    @EE Hi yeah it's ne290rt, my address is 9 glendale Grove, North shields, honestly it's been going on for nearly a year, signal is shocking around our area, I have rang up a few times. Was even told I was not in a contract so I could get another provider, found that comment so wrong

    I don’t understand how @EE can say I have excellent signal on their app when I currently have 0 bars in my house and missed a important phone call because I have no signal 😡I’ve never known a network like it

    Woke to learn my @EE mobile contact is going up by 14.4%. Whilst I’m closer to pensionable age than 21 I should be pleased BT will pay dividends on obscene profits and help my pension but that’s 14.4% less money I’ll spend in the economy, it all feels a bit flawed and inequitable

    @EE I have had no phone signal for the last 3 days. It seems to go off around 8am and comes back at 9pm. Very frustrating and also dangerous. I am a childminder and need to be able to make and receive calls

    @EE phone signal been off in NE25 since September 5th. When will this be resolved? There is an acknowledged fault but keep being told it will be repaired within 16 hours.

    Looks like it’s Day 4 of ringing @EE to find out yet again they have no idea why the broadband I renewed is still cut off. Undoubtedly I’ll be told it will be on by end of the day again. Well, they can **** off!

    This customer service is severely lacking. @SavageXFenty need to check out how @EE or @Airbnb_uk do it. You can actually talk to a REAL PERSON to sort out your problem.
