Was even told I was not in a contract so I could get another provider, found that comment so wrong

With @EE I got 4G suitable for video calls and uninterrupted Teams meetings from home to work. Now I can't even get 2G. When will you upgrade?

But unfortunately itโs not working and allowing me to use its services. I tap that Iโve joined through EE multiple times.

Iโm not sure why itโs become so bad, but I live in hope that things will return to normal SOON.
