Very disappointed with @EE Ashington branch. My dads @SamsungMobile still has a fault turning off randomly despite 2 ‘repairs’. Told by @EE phone would now need to be replaced BUT my dad needs to take it to Newcastle @SamsungMobile store HIMSELF for support. Appalling service @EE

@EE Not impressed, broadband is basically not working. Shocking that I pay for wifi and it doesnt even work! Took me 10 minutes to load up twitter. Maybe I need to go to @SkyHelpTeam or @BTGroup

@VodafoneUK @EE They knew i was misadvised and I spoke to someone called Abraham, was on the phone for 1hr 17 mins and 26 seconds, on hold for 20 mins and no one called back, and now waiting to get through to someone for 55 mins after being told the queue would be between 5-9 mins what a #fail🙈

@EE Really disappointed with the service in my area. Ongoing issues for weeks now. My phone goes straight to voicemail so I’m missing work calls. I have to come off WiFi to use the internet. What am I paying for?!
