  • alanhewittphoto Alan Hewitt (@alanhewittphoto) reported from Ashington, England

Anybody in rural Northumberland on @VodafoneUK? I’m looking at upgrades, on @EE at present and their offerings are terrible in comparison to changing to Vodafone.

  • onet18975 David Paterson (@onet18975) reported from Morpeth, England

@EE worst network provider in this postcode area ever! False advertising

  • mikee3711 Michael Wilkinson (@mikee3711) reported from Ashington, England

Very disappointed with @EE Ashington branch. My dads @SamsungMobile still has a fault turning off randomly despite 2 ‘repairs’. Told by @EE phone would now need to be replaced BUT my dad needs to take it to Newcastle @SamsungMobile store HIMSELF for support. Appalling service @EE

  • onet18975 David Paterson (@onet18975) reported from Morpeth, England

@EE Customer service equally as poor. Dialogue started only to be waiting 30mins between replies

@EE Overpriced and worst customer service! Been a loyal EE customer for years but poor customer service and upgrade options is making me leave you for O2! Would never recommend you to anyone.

  • BonniedaWestie 😇 Dame Angel Bonnie🌈💜⭐😇⭐ (@BonniedaWestie) reported

@EE I'm on EE but also on O2. Better signal with O2. Can't use my phone in some places in Cornwall whereas O2 coverage everywhere. So EE not totally the best! On a par with O2 I'd say.

  • tigerjames77 Tigerjames77 (@tigerjames77) reported

@EE The one and only network..I want there help as I had an accident and my phone got damaged (nearly fell off a ladder 25ft sorting guttering) and I'm sure its going to cost far to much money to fix as I'm on limited income. So gutted my oppi find x2 pro is damaged.upgrade next year

  • flobo3000 floey 🪐 (@flobo3000) reported

@EE why does my 4g never work

  • CityView1904 Jarvo (@CityView1904) reported from City of Kingston upon Hull, England

@lauraMH91 @EE That's ridiculous, surelythey must cover the full month? I'm at the Ombudsman stage, but they are not helpful either. I had to leave EE and join another network.

  • sadiqayaz Sadiq ayaz (@sadiqayaz) reported

@EE Was part of EE for the last 10 years. But due coverage in my home and no reduction in my tariff as customer loyalty has compelled me to leave EE for O2. Anyway, good NetWork.

  • STEVEtheP1R4TE STEVEtheP1R4TE (@STEVEtheP1R4TE) reported

When you call @EE several times to say your upload speed is below the guaranteed speed at a certain time every single day and it's never fixed. (upload needed for streaming and it seems to be throttled at two certain times every single day 🤬) *CS are great though. #WhenItCounts

  • dazzaellis Darren Ellis 💙 PLEASE WEAR A MASK (@dazzaellis) reported

@EE Supposed to be good the building im in now my son is on EE and is struggling big time but I'm on the better @VodafoneUK and I'm getting 5g with no issues .....
