    @EE I've been unable to top up, the signal was affected, the sim that came with my phone gave me an error that it was not provisional for voice, or something like that, have to come here to my mothers work which has usable internet, and then staying at my uncles as they won't fix it

    Bit of a pisstake when @EE bar your Internet service not once, but twice, in the space of a week for no reason. Just glad the customer service agents get it sorted but still how ridiculous.

    @EE Had issues with lack of Phone Signal and No Data in my area. Been ongoing since the 14th of October. Annoyingly I decided on purchasing the new 5gEE box for my WiFi connectivity. Turns out to be a massive mistake.

    @EE why is it you have to pay an upfront cost to upgrade now? My contract runs out this month and every phone I think about upgrading to you want a £50 upfront fee. I’ve been with you for decades and never had this before. #isittimeforaswap #newo2customerperhaps
