    @EE Hi thanks for the patronising response we’re not idiots and already tried that! The point is your service often goes down when your offices are closed!

    @CalamityCatie @EE If you're choosing to upgrade your phone chose any other network they lie and tell you the service is fantastic but in reality it is very poor in store they'll say anything!!

    @EE You already know about this issue. It’s just taking a very long time to fix and it’s the second time in two weeks.

    @EE That worked. However the contact person had not update on the problem or the expected timeline expected to have that fixed. Apparently, @WeAreOpenreach is yet to fix whatever problem there is in my neighbourhood and EE doesn’t seem to have any alternative solution for those affected. We’re stuck in a limbo.

    @EE I have phone 150 a few times this morning to report issues with my broadband service. After selecting a couple of options I’m told that a message will be sent to help work out the issue. An hour later still no message.

    @EE why don’t i have any signal at all? i’ve done all the device resets and i have checked my postcode but if i come off wifi i cannot use my phone at all….

    @EE 01282 573603 received a call saying they were calling from BT/EE sound like scammers as they said number would be blocked next few days due to new sims rolling out due technical issues,wanted me to confirm memoword/email I ignored him.

    I’ve spent so much money with them over the years with phones, watches, AirPods. Like, where’s the reward for loyalty? Ugh! What’s a good phone network to go with these days? @EE

    Started new job & get 1st wage end of July. Phoned direct debit companies such as @EE and asked for a payment break until I receive wages, they were great. However, I called Creations @CurrysServices @currys who advised me to let direct debits go unpaid. Very poor and let down!

    @GorwayGlobal @EE Their website is so bad.... im always on the phone to them. They take your name, say ses there is a problem, add you to a list available say it will be back to normal in 24Hrs

    @EE It's impossible on the iPhone. As soon you as you swap out of the login process, it is gone. No, I was in an area without mobile signal and I was trying to reach a relative. I am replicating this again at home, this is the last page I can see, out of here it starts from scratch:
