@EE hi! I purchased the roam further add on before leaving the UK, but now I’m in New Zealand it doesn’t work. My phone won’t connect to any of the local networks despite turning device off and on, disabling 4G, manually selecting a network, toggling flight mode etc. please help?

@EE @steve_8776 Hi 2nd watch exactly the same , what they didn't know was Samsung watches are having software issues ,ie changing from trz to Google. A Samsung guy came to ee shop and told us . Question is why are you still selling them?

@EE seriously you need **** right off with the relentless 150 texts I've text STOP yet they continue if this bullshit doesn't end I'm dumping the EE 2nd SIM. If you Google other users are just as pissed off, we know what to do if we want to add data etc.

@EE I have to wait for 30+ minutes on a charged phone call just to request month by month data usage on my plan that used to be visible online, but now isn't? That is really crap.
