@EE I spent 30 mins last week talking with your customer services about a refund for a wrong debit - I checked my statement and you seem to have doubled the cost NOT given me a refund .. your app seems to prevent me calling anyone so perhaps we can talk here ?

@EE smart hub management only work on apple not pc platform down stream speed goe crazy all the time never stable since bad storms also cant get hold of tech support for boad band on the week end its shut down

@EE Hiya, I'm looking to swap network provider when I upgrade, however I am still paying off a PlayStation monthly until December this year, do I HAVE to upgrade with you as I'll still be paying the PlayStation off or does that not matter?
