@EE My 4G has been super slow recently. And our EE WIFI is broken (a second time) due to be fixed in the morning. Not ideal having awful 4G and broken WiFi. As well as this I’ve used loads of data due to broken WiFi :/ can you reimburse?

@EE Yes this morning. You were still a very long way from @skytv. It seems that customer loyalty isn’t worth as much as a new customer is. All 3 lines will be moving to sky.

@EE No seems okay now. It's just a bit weird. Came up that my SIM card wasn't recognised. I restarted the phone and then it couldn't access MyEE. It still didn't think I was on a network but I could make calls. Strange.

Trying to join @EE from another network. Put my sim in phone, went to EE/join online, followed steps and now greeted with “were unable to retrieve your account details right now”. Should I just give up before I’ve ever started? It’s already becoming stressful. 🙄

I've known stress like trying to cancel a contract for an apple watch (haven't had an iPhone in over a year) and ive been paying 21 quid a month for **** all and now @EE are making it near impossible for me to cancel as I DONT HAVE A VALID MOBILE NUMBER

You can always trust @EE to make a mess of any situation! Renewed my EE broadband which came ‘active’ on 22nd and went down to 2mbps. Call support and after being on the phone for one hour (to a quite polite guy) can’t get through to remote services. EE MAN! I want my Xmas movies

@EE i have tried to remove the bt sport casting service by messaging 150 as advised on the app and it doesnt work! Ive been charged again this month for it!

@KennySmithPhoto @EE @O2 Was fixed last night neebs, the problem here is they don’t have rights of access to their mast on private land and need permission each time which adds a day to the repair. They should have rights of access but alas ….. normal service has resumed

@EE EE told me I needed a new plan. I signed up and got sent a new SIM. Now EE tell me it will be TWO WEEKS to migrate my original number to my phone's new SIM. TERRIBLE RUBBISH CUSTOMER SERVICE! Swerve EE if you need to keep your old number.

@EE why are we suffering more outages in Kingsbridge, South Devon? This is intolerable. Two days running now, yesterday 19th Sep and now again today. Have I really got to go and buy an O2 pay as you go SIM. We've had up to 5 days outage and other random days from May.

@EE Mobile data service repeatedly dropping out at my McDonalds morning venue. You've investigated and find nothing amiss. My hypothesis is that a concentration of users coming and going at this location means that available bandwidth is spread too thin.
