Put my sim in phone, went to EE/join online, followed steps and now greeted with “were unable to retrieve your account details right now”. Should I just give up before I’ve ever started? I've enabled WiFi calling however I'm still concerned. I'm classed as vulnerable and my landline also isn't working. If your network fully goes down I can't contact emergency services.

I was with BT but they couldn’t offer me the same service when I moved, so they suggested I moved onto EE as that would be the best option but it’s been utter rubbish. Router needs reset around once a day and the connection is mediocre at best
