Was even told I was not in a contract so I could get another provider, found that comment so wrong

People on other networks don't seem to have this issue. I've tried manual selection of network, switching off 5G etc. but no joy. Why is this happening?

Plus got told I had to wait 8 weeks for a phone o2 said I could order for next week. Wont be sad to see the back of EE
