We think the hospital may have changed a setting or disabled something as settings appear to be picking up a SIM

First contract phone and he was very reassuring. Even gave me his work email in case I have any issues. Glad I swapped to EE now!

People on other networks don't seem to have this issue. I've tried manual selection of network, switching off 5G etc. but no joy. Why is this happening?

I've enabled WiFi calling however I'm still concerned. I'm classed as vulnerable and my landline also isn't working. If your network fully goes down I can't contact emergency services.

Joanna Roberts (@Wanna_24) reported@EE Day 4 of no WiFi. Customer support advised it’s a nationwide problem with @WeAreOpenreach No other mentions on local social media platforms suggesting it’s a problem. ETA for the fix is Monday. Please advise if this can be resolved sooner! Compensation expected
