    @EE and its impossible to find out on your website how to report a fault, your customer service line is closed despite stating its opening hours as 8am-9pm mon-fri, the app is useless and im paying quite alot of money for what is often slower and less consisten BB than 5 yrs ago

    @EE I have three lines so I get the total amount of the three bills which is fine but then it has the 20% interest of the total amount but it’s not broken down separately so have to work out the 20% of the two other bills and the people who have the phones think I’m adding extra

    @EE Hi yeah it's ne290rt, North shields, honestly it's been going on for nearly a year, signal is shocking around our area, I have rang up a few times. Was told I was not in a contract so I could get another provider, found that comment so wrong, have been a customer for years

    @EE I have had no phone signal for the last 3 days. It seems to go off around 8am and comes back at 9pm. Very frustrating and also dangerous. I am a childminder and need to be able to make and receive calls

    @EE big thank u 4.a new replacement phone foc due to camera fault that @samsung would not repairs due to tiny mark. On screen thank u again for all.your help in this matter

    @EE My 4G has been super slow recently. And our EE WIFI is broken (a second time) due to be fixed in the morning. Not ideal having awful 4G and broken WiFi. As well as this I’ve used loads of data due to broken WiFi :/ can you reimburse?

    @EE Hi was on the phone yesterday & they confirmed there’s a fault in my area but its not a priority for you guys to fix as you didn’t know what was causing the fault. It’s getting worse and worse we’ve got four EE devices in our household and we’re struggling to make calls

    @EE walked past my local ee store today and heard the worst sale's pitch being given to two elderly people,something along the lines of "once this whole covid thing is over you can use this phone to do as much as you like" such a rediculous pitch and out of order

    I have made multiple complaints to @EE and even though I told them the signal is not good where I live and that I need the fibre, they insisted on sending me a mini WiFi hub as a show of "good faith" it was supposed to arrive today, guess what, it never did, such poor service

    @EE Ordered a phone Saturday 11th, called customer service Monday 13th 60+ minutes on the phone, called to again Tuesday 14th again 60+ minutes informed to reorder the phone, called again today another 60+ to be informed you don't have the phone in stock RIDICULOUS SERVICE

    @DerekAllan61 @EE My phone broke and couldn't switch on so phoned and got a new one and when it got delivered the delivery driver said I needed a code, guess where they sent the code 🤦 explained to them that my phone is broken and they said it can only be delivered with the code texted to me 😭

    Had to call @EE twice for two separate issues today. Both call centre operatives listened, were polite and helped quickly. Massive improvement on when I dealt with BT previously. Well done EE I’d moan if you were bad so credit where credit’s due. 👏👍
