Put my sim in phone, went to EE/join online, followed steps and now greeted with “were unable to retrieve your account details right now”. Should I just give up before I’ve ever started? Tried to order a bundle of bits for my new phone online, you took my money and promptly informed me it's all out of stock and it wont be refunded to me for up to 14 days. Not great!
