Put my sim in phone, went to EE/join online, followed steps and now greeted with “were unable to retrieve your account details right now”. Should I just give up before I’ve ever started? It’s impossible to report via 150 when you have no reception. The Report A Problem web page is down and tells us to phone! 🤯
