    @EE and its impossible to find out on your website how to report a fault, your customer service line is closed despite stating its opening hours as 8am-9pm mon-fri, the app is useless and im paying quite alot of money for what is often slower and less consisten BB than 5 yrs ago

    @EE My voicemail has been deactivated and calls to Customer Service have been ended after 15m 32s twice in the last half hour! Can someone please help me activate voicemail? VM ON doesn't work! 😢

    @EE phone signal been off in NE25 since September 5th. When will this be resolved? There is an acknowledged fault but keep being told it will be repaired within 16 hours.

    @EE Yes this morning. You were still a very long way from @skytv. It seems that customer loyalty isn’t worth as much as a new customer is. All 3 lines will be moving to sky.

    @EE No seems okay now. It's just a bit weird. Came up that my SIM card wasn't recognised. I restarted the phone and then it couldn't access MyEE. It still didn't think I was on a network but I could make calls. Strange.

    My water bill has gone up 9% @NorthumbrianH2O despite waterway pollution, my phone bill has gone up 14.4% @EE despite garbage 5G coverage!!!!! Keep pushing and and something has to give,

    @EE hi I'm having trouble upgrading from the App. I follow the link but I get this message (pic attached). When I log on direct from website it doesn't give me the option to upgrade the line I want ( the others on my account are all visible). Help!

    You can always trust @EE to make a mess of any situation! Renewed my EE broadband which came ‘active’ on 22nd and went down to 2mbps. Call support and after being on the phone for one hour (to a quite polite guy) can’t get through to remote services. EE MAN! I want my Xmas movies

    @EE Nope!! Doesn’t work ! Gets me through to a bot, to report a FAULT , and then it tells me that an engineer has been booked for Wednesday . No one to fix my unbreakable wifi .. Utterly disappointing - unable to work or enjoy my paid subscriptions for 5 days .. Dreadful..

    @LeilaniDowding @EE So the answer seems to be an emergency generator. Or you can plug starlink into a car adapter - that’s another emergency option, run it off your car battery.

    @hevvuhh @EE they’re terrible, customer service worst I have ever dealt with. moved to Virgin, got gigabit and only pay £28 odd quid a month!
