    @MissLauraHolmes @EE Where i live EE signal is a Black hole, it just didn't work, despite numerous complaints nothing changed, a close family member had a stroke, it took three attempts to get through to me due to dire signal. Complained again, nothing, voted with feet, left and will never use again.

    @EE Still have problems. Thought I'd replied so apologies. I am getting a text each day, same message, 'taking longer than expected'. Data speeds down at @ 1mb at best now since Aug 15th. Did use website to raise complaint 3 days ago. Received auto response, nothing since!

    @EE I have ordered a new sim from you almost 2 weeks ago and it hasn’t arrived. I have tried to get help online but no one can help and now I have had a text asking how I rate the delivery of my sim, which has not been delivered

    @MissLauraHolmes @EE Come on @EE! If the service Laura is paying for you to provide, you need to agree to cancel the contract without fees, or provide signal booster. You've got to have one or two of those knocking around that you can install without charge.
