@EE walked past my local ee store today and heard the worst sale's pitch being given to two elderly people,something along the lines of "once this whole covid thing is over you can use this phone to do as much as you like" such a rediculous pitch and out of order

@VodafoneUK I've just switched to you and am disappointed to find out that you have no network coverage in Tyne & Wear @My_Metro tunnels. With @EE I got 4G suitable for video calls and uninterrupted Teams meetings from home to work. Now I can't even get 2G. When will you upgrade?

I've known stress like trying to cancel a contract for an apple watch (haven't had an iPhone in over a year) and ive been paying 21 quid a month for **** all and now @EE are making it near impossible for me to cancel as I DONT HAVE A VALID MOBILE NUMBER

@EE I got a message saying you're going to be doing work and it may interfere with my mobile. I've enabled WiFi calling however I'm still concerned. I'm classed as vulnerable and my landline also isn't working. If your network fully goes down I can't contact emergency services.

Hey @bt_uk @EE I got sent a mini hub to use as my BT connection went down. It went down again so tried to use it but apparently I've exceeded my limit (despite NOT having ever used it) - am I to believe I have to top it up with credit to be able to use it? If so, that sucks.

@EE we are having issues getting a phone signal. We went into branch and the guy inthe shop sad there was a degradation with the tower and report the fault. We are unable to report the fault because the signal checker wont let us

@bt_uk @EE Internet keeps dropping out since going digital, despite now on ‘Complete’ Wi-Fi Mobile phone signal indoors is terrible since changing from BT to EE! Additional disc not arrived as promised. Not happy 👎

@EE Best Network my backside Can't even get much of a signal indoors Whereas my Tesco (o2) & Lebara (Vodafone) signals are all on two bars 5G signal is garbage also Sorry I ever joined you lot, can't wait until my contract end date I won't be renewing 😤😤😤😤

Hi @EE how do? There seems to be a common issue with being able to use the mobile billing service with Google / Google play purchases. Quite a large thread on EE community…. Is there any update as to why this feature has disappeared? I #EE #google
