I've known stress like trying to cancel a contract for an apple watch (haven't had an iPhone in over a year) and ive been paying 21 quid a month for **** all and now @EE are making it near impossible for me to cancel as I DONT HAVE A VALID MOBILE NUMBER

Trying to join @EE from another network. Put my sim in phone, went to EE/join online, followed steps and now greeted with “were unable to retrieve your account details right now”. Should I just give up before I’ve ever started? It’s already becoming stressful. 🙄

@EE Hi, is there any transmitter problems affecting DH5 area? My mam has no mobile signal despite turning phone off & on numerous times. She’s 76 so doesn’t quite understand the technicalities of signals, transmitters etc so I said I’d contact you.

@EE why is it that me and my wife have had our phones on EE for over a year and in that time we have not made a single call from our home without the signal being awful or the call being cut off? I'll be moving networks if we can't get a signal boost

@EE My 4G has been super slow recently. And our EE WIFI is broken (a second time) due to be fixed in the morning. Not ideal having awful 4G and broken WiFi. As well as this I’ve used loads of data due to broken WiFi :/ can you reimburse?

@EE walked past my local ee store today and heard the worst sale's pitch being given to two elderly people,something along the lines of "once this whole covid thing is over you can use this phone to do as much as you like" such a rediculous pitch and out of order

@EE Is EE ceasing support for iPad sims? I’ve had a nightmare trying to top up via the web and had to use the app instead on my non-EE phone but now can’t add any data. And the status checker doesn’t recognise my iPad sim number either. Tried from iPad and phone.

@EE due to incompetence in your fraud department I and many others, lost their phone service on Wednesday 18th. I’m still waiting to be reconnected in spite of assurances on the 19th that it would ‘be as soon as possible’. I’m still waiting. Completely unacceptable.

@EE @TopSpaceXFan An somebody get in touch as I continue to have signal problems, you well know as you have been reducing my bill and will need to do again. Still a poor signal for 2 months, keep saying that it is the mast. 4 phones £300 per month crazy for barely 2 bars and you still not sorted

Be careful of visiting an @ee shop. Went to u/g mob and persuaded to switch from ee braodband to BT since all customers would be switching over. Was on 70mbs and now pay slightly more for just 50mbs. Started complaint process with BT and will do same with @ee for miss selling
