Put my sim in phone, went to EE/join online, followed steps and now greeted with “were unable to retrieve your account details right now”. Should I just give up before I’ve ever started? It’s already becoming stressful. 🙄

Call support and after being on the phone for one hour (to a quite polite guy) can’t get through to remote services. EE MAN! I want my Xmas movies

First contract phone and he was very reassuring. Even gave me his work email in case I have any issues. Glad I swapped to EE now!

With @EE I got 4G suitable for video calls and uninterrupted Teams meetings from home to work. Now I can't even get 2G. When will you upgrade?

Yep 3 hours as you have not provided our free EU roaming as promised when she bought a new phone and renewed her contract in March. Dai John (@Dai_John_7) reported@EE since switching from BT to EE with the new hub all I’ve had is problems, having to constantly switch it all off and reset it. WIFI still off and call centre shut, looks like my plans to work from home tomorrow are gone. Terrible service, time to switch providers
