@EE Despite my phone stating I have a 5G signal, I cannot use my phone at St. James' Park, Newcastle. People on other networks don't seem to have this issue. I've tried manual selection of network, switching off 5G etc. but no joy. Why is this happening?

@EE Hi yeah it's ne290rt, my address is 9 glendale Grove, North shields, honestly it's been going on for nearly a year, signal is shocking around our area, I have rang up a few times. Was even told I was not in a contract so I could get another provider, found that comment so wrong

@EE I was going to and then you started roaming charges, Vodafone invest in the network without roaming charges. I know so many people who are looking at leaving EE because of this.

@EE what is up with your service ? 4g don’t work. Didn’t even think 3G existed. But have to settle for that when that works. No service at home when it used to be fine. Been like this for months now.

@EE 2/ the phone. Nine of them.fixed the problem but the advisor wanted me to download ITUNES to continue testing. When I refused he advised you couldn't replace my handset. I asked to.make a complaint which he said was raised. He was also sending me a package to return my phone

@EE if I wish to add text from anywhere and calls from anywhere for the 10th of August when do I need to ask for these to be added to my line? If I called today would they be added today or does it go from the billing period and is it month by month so I can cancel it?
