  @EE hello! My stepdad recently died and his phone says no SIM Emergency calls only. Any ideas? It doesn't look like airplane mode is on. We think the hospital may have changed a setting or disabled something as settings appear to be picking up a SIM

  @EE It's an issue with your website. I've reported it many times but nothing gets sorted I just get told to phone up all the time. When I phone up I get asked a million security questions which were set up 14 years ago 🙄
