    @EE i have tried to remove the bt sport casting service by messaging 150 as advised on the app and it doesnt work! Ive been charged again this month for it!

    @EE No seems okay now. It's just a bit weird. Came up that my SIM card wasn't recognised. I restarted the phone and then it couldn't access MyEE. It still didn't think I was on a network but I could make calls. Strange.

    @EE My voicemail has been deactivated and calls to Customer Service have been ended after 15m 32s twice in the last half hour! Can someone please help me activate voicemail? VM ON doesn't work! 😢

    @EE My 4G has been super slow recently. And our EE WIFI is broken (a second time) due to be fixed in the morning. Not ideal having awful 4G and broken WiFi. As well as this I’ve used loads of data due to broken WiFi :/ can you reimburse?

    I've known stress like trying to cancel a contract for an apple watch (haven't had an iPhone in over a year) and ive been paying 21 quid a month for **** all and now @EE are making it near impossible for me to cancel as I DONT HAVE A VALID MOBILE NUMBER

    @EE Hi, is there any transmitter problems affecting DH5 area? My mam has no mobile signal despite turning phone off & on numerous times. She’s 76 so doesn’t quite understand the technicalities of signals, transmitters etc so I said I’d contact you.

    Trying to join @EE from another network. Put my sim in phone, went to EE/join online, followed steps and now greeted with “were unable to retrieve your account details right now”. Should I just give up before I’ve ever started? It’s already becoming stressful. 🙄

    @EE Yes this morning. You were still a very long way from @skytv. It seems that customer loyalty isn’t worth as much as a new customer is. All 3 lines will be moving to sky.

    @EE Hi Gavin. I have spoken to your colleagues and they weren’t able to help. One colleague advised me to leave it as it is...like a rolling plan to benefit from my old offer. I did raise my concern about whether the price charged, would be full, but she advised it should be okay

    @EE have you had anyone else have network signal issues with the s21? I'm having issues and even been sent a brand new handset and still having network issues. Looking on Google the s21 seems to have network signal issues. Just wondering if anyone else has reported this to you?

    Hello @EE - my Samsung A3 keeps telling me it's 'not registered on network. I cannot make any calls. This happened last week briefly but worked when phone turned on and off. Status says I have no mobile network. Can you contact me as soon as possible please?

    @EE I am a loyal longstanding customer and have Fibre Broadband with you. Lockdown has shown that there are dead spots upstairs, any ideas as to what I can do to eliminate or increase the range of WiFi? Thanks.

    @LesleyField5 @EE @Apple Hahaha just leave mate. I was with them when they were Orange for years until I realised that they’re not the best, they’re the most expensive. I moved to O2, I was offered a better deal and I can actually get signal in my house now without connecting to Wi-fi 👍🏻

    @EE hello I private messaged you in regards to myself needing to cancel my contract. I am in Qatar so cannot ring. This had been a long process and my contract runs out this month, I am unhappy with the service from customer care and would like the contract cancelled immediately
