John Lavender - #Speedowarrior (@finswimmerjohn1) reported from Whickham, England@EE are you trying to Appeal to a younger customer base with your latest (ad nauseum) advertising campaign? If you are, then using the senile geriatric Actor that is Kevin Bacon isn't gonna help. Also, try using someone British...
-
Shaun Edge (@sedge1989) reported from Ryton, EnglandYou can always trust @EE to make a mess of any situation! Renewed my EE broadband which came ‘active’ on 22nd and went down to 2mbps. Call support and after being on the phone for one hour (to a quite polite guy) can’t get through to remote services. EE MAN! I want my Xmas movies

Iam Burn Photography (@IamBurnPhoto) reported from Whitburn, England@EE Despite my phone stating I have a 5G signal, I cannot use my phone at St. James' Park, Newcastle. People on other networks don't seem to have this issue. I've tried manual selection of network, switching off 5G etc. but no joy. Why is this happening?
-
Luke Madden (@ifellintoawell) reported from Whitley Bay, England@EE Been having the internet cut out entirely every few minutes since early yesterday evening, is there an outage in the area due to weather or anything that could explain it?

-
Rockcliffe Files (@RockcliffeFiles) reported from Whitley Bay, EnglandWoke to learn my @EE mobile contact is going up by 14.4%. Whilst I’m closer to pensionable age than 21 I should be pleased BT will pay dividends on obscene profits and help my pension but that’s 14.4% less money I’ll spend in the economy, it all feels a bit flawed and inequitable
-
Michael Young (@micky9nufc) reported from Lanchester, England@EE is there a problem with galaxy smart watches and mine now say standalone emergency calls only and it was fine earlier
-
Robby #StayHome #SaveLives (@RobbyRSSRobot) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England@EE I got a message saying you're going to be doing work and it may interfere with my mobile. I've enabled WiFi calling however I'm still concerned. I'm classed as vulnerable and my landline also isn't working. If your network fully goes down I can't contact emergency services.
-
L🍩ui💲e (@RobbyRSSRobot) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England@EE I just spoke to Reece in your Newcastle contact centre. Just wanted to say 10/10 for customer service. He went above and beyond. First contract phone and he was very reassuring. Even gave me his work email in case I have any issues. Glad I swapped to EE now!

-
Sharon (@hydref) reportedOur @EE broadband has been down in Keswick since at least 6am yesterday, your service status page isn't working, and all we've heard from you is a text saying you're looking into it. An update of whats happening would be nice!
-
Andy Livingstone (@andylivi1) reported@MarkyTalk @EE Mark. I had exactly the same recently. I too have been a customer since the orange days. Completely uninterested in customer service unless it involves selling you something you don’t really need. I ended up going to Klarna mobile.
-
human (@GarethSalisbur1) reported@DerekAllan61 @EE Robbing ***** . She put phone down and not heard anything back about the phone bill . So I’m just leaving £15 in bank and if they take more out then I’ll take it further

-
Kate (@KatieBrownriggg) reported@EE hi, why is it when customers use an offer from a third party website to get their broadband with you - you then cancel it? Apparently you’re cancelling 2 out of 3 people who do this so it feels like i’ll be wasting my time if I sign up?
-
karl fairbrother (@liver14) reported@MarkyTalk @EE I 100% agree with this, I’ve been with them for a very long time and the service I’m getting for trying to upgrade and get a decent deal is shocking. Prices are sky high @EE
-
Ben (@WorbleGames) reported@lizardbutts @MarkyTalk @EE As I said to Mark, buying the phone outright upfront is often significantly cheaper long term. Obviously the upfront cost is quite large but generally i've found you save about £100-£200 over 24 months doing it that way. I'm with EE for internet as well so that brings it down
