@VodafoneUK I've just switched to you and am disappointed to find out that you have no network coverage in Tyne & Wear @My_Metro tunnels. With @EE I got 4G suitable for video calls and uninterrupted Teams meetings from home to work. Now I can't even get 2G. When will you upgrade?

@EE Despite my phone stating I have a 5G signal, I cannot use my phone at St. James' Park, Newcastle. People on other networks don't seem to have this issue. I've tried manual selection of network, switching off 5G etc. but no joy. Why is this happening?

Here is a (long) story about how @EE screwed me over and can’t fix it. My phone started having dropouts on calls, this went on for weeks. I thought it wasn’t me, then it started on landlines as well. I went into my local store and was told maybe it was the SIM. Ok.

@EE can anyone help I have ordered a new phone of Sunday, I’ve received an order confirmation and then nothing, tried to track my order and there isn’t anything there? I was told my new phone should be with the delivery company within 24 hours, it’s now been 4 days!

@EE hi - why was my message deleted? We have no internet in Our area and been told it’s because a mast is damaged in rangers road Buckhurst Hill. It’s been a week now with no working internet and we cannot work from home! This needs resolving urgently it’s so bad service
