@EE I got a message saying you're going to be doing work and it may interfere with my mobile. I've enabled WiFi calling however I'm still concerned. I'm classed as vulnerable and my landline also isn't working. If your network fully goes down I can't contact emergency services.

@EE Despite my phone stating I have a 5G signal, I cannot use my phone at St. James' Park, Newcastle. People on other networks don't seem to have this issue. I've tried manual selection of network, switching off 5G etc. but no joy. Why is this happening?

@VodafoneUK I've just switched to you and am disappointed to find out that you have no network coverage in Tyne & Wear @My_Metro tunnels. With @EE I got 4G suitable for video calls and uninterrupted Teams meetings from home to work. Now I can't even get 2G. When will you upgrade?

@ee I’ve got to be honest. For a company that claims to have the best speeds in the uk, your internet is atrocious. Even Vodafone has been better. I’ve been using mobile for years and recently bought your broadband and was the biggest mistake. Awful coverage.
