@EE hello! My stepdad recently died and his phone says no SIM Emergency calls only. Any ideas? It doesn't look like airplane mode is on. We think the hospital may have changed a setting or disabled something as settings appear to be picking up a SIM

@EE I just spoke to Reece in your Newcastle contact centre. Just wanted to say 10/10 for customer service. He went above and beyond. First contract phone and he was very reassuring. Even gave me his work email in case I have any issues. Glad I swapped to EE now!

@EE Shite service as usual in #Tynemouth Don't know why I pay my bills

  • RockcliffeFiles
Rockcliffe Files (@RockcliffeFiles) reported from Whitley Bay, England

Woke to learn my @EE mobile contact is going up by 14.4%. Whilst I’m closer to pensionable age than 21 I should be pleased BT will pay dividends on obscene profits and help my pension but that’s 14.4% less money I’ll spend in the economy, it all feels a bit flawed and inequitable

  • Gemma_Hall25
Gemma Hall (@Gemma_Hall25) reported from Stanley, England

@EE is EE network down in #DH9 #CoDurham

  • laurafarrow91
Laura Ashley Anderson (Farrow) (@laurafarrow91) reported from Whitley Bay, England

  • Patrick_Rice
Patrick Rice FCMI (@Patrick_Rice) reported from Blaydon-on-Tyne, England

@EE @imjonnychambers He's reporting a key issue that will affect any and all users, and gave you all the info you need to investigate it. The 'leaky feeder' (as the old method in tunnels was called), isn't broke on the Tyne & Wear Metro between Gateshead and Gateshead Stadium. Investigate it!

  • RobbyRSSRobot
Robby #StayHome #SaveLives (@RobbyRSSRobot) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England

@EE any chance of a response to the DM I sent please? Vulnerable customer here asking many times for help.

  • RobertReay
Robert Reay (@RobertReay) reported from South Shields, England

My house without the @EE signal booster! 🤙🏻😍 ..... (N.B. @EE Had to send me said signal booster after years of shit signal & hours of complaining to them about it! And you can tell @kevinbacon that his career peaked after ‘The River Wild’ the melt) #MoneyGrabbingBastards

  • RobbyRSSRobot
Robby #StayHome #SaveLives (@RobbyRSSRobot) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England

@EE I got a message saying you're going to be doing work and it may interfere with my mobile. I've enabled WiFi calling however I'm still concerned. I'm classed as vulnerable and my landline also isn't working. If your network fully goes down I can't contact emergency services.

  • petekilty
pete kilty❗ (@petekilty) reported from Consett, England

@EE So your answer is to try and sell me something, wow @EE for the win your just as bad as the people calling the number in the first place!!!!

  • Mr395008
Mr395008 (@Mr395008) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England

Trying to join @EE from another network. Put my sim in phone, went to EE/join online, followed steps and now greeted with “were unable to retrieve your account details right now”. Should I just give up before I’ve ever started? It’s already becoming stressful. 🙄

  • Lordylord

@EE your tnt sports activation process is virtually non existent online. Wasted 45mins of my life before resorting to having to wait in queue for telephone support (god knows how much more waiting is needed there)

@EE @EE this afternoon I've tried your WhatsApp help - the bot kept going round in circles and wouldn't put me through to anyone. Now I've tried 150 and it's a 20 min wait time

  • WillWri36918764
    Will Wright (@WillWri36918764) reported

@Kezmeister82 @EE @BT Doesn't surprise me, even once they connect you, don't be surprised if it won't connect on laptops and mobile phones. Good luck trying to raise an issue after! Have been awful

  • RageByRich
    RageByRich (@RageByRich) reported

@picklefork1965 @bmstewart2004 @EE Yeah, EE isn't a rip-off at all, espcially considering at nearly 4 years, we've had one drop-out on broadband and we rarely go below 900Mbps, when their guarantee is 700Mbps. I'm well aware, just with any company, if you ring up, they'll give you the best possible deal. My whole point is, we shouldn't HAVE to ring up. The deals should be there as standard on the app that they so excessively want, everyone to be on. It's not just EE, every major Broadband/Phone/TV company want you to use their apps. For £100/m we get 1Gig Broadband, Now TV Sports, Entertainment, Netflix and Xbox GamePass. My problem is, the broadband is cheaper for me to let it run the contract down from EE and then apply through my credit card company and get the same broadband speeds at half the price for the same 24 month contract.

I’ve read time & again that a toxic workplace often reflects the character of its management, from senior leadership down to operations. @Concentrix is a clear example of this! And @EE is complicit in this with the upselling and unending sale targets. @Ofcom needs to look in.

  • jacqui_archer
    Jacqui Archer (@jacqui_archer) reported

@EE Hi, I'm trying to work from home and my broadband keeps going down. This is the 2nd time I've reported it
