You can always trust @EE to make a mess of any situation! Renewed my EE broadband which came ‘active’ on 22nd and went down to 2mbps. Call support and after being on the phone for one hour (to a quite polite guy) can’t get through to remote services. EE MAN! I want my Xmas movies

  • RobbyRSSRobot Robby (@RobbyRSSRobot) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England

@EE Yes this morning. You were still a very long way from @skytv. It seems that customer loyalty isn’t worth as much as a new customer is. All 3 lines will be moving to sky.

  • engg_rky Raj (@engg_rky) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England

  • engg_rky Raj (@engg_rky) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England

I’m planning to #leave @EE network as they are NOT providing few free international minutes. They have 20£ 500 min and 10£ 1000 min (math is wrong) I need at least 300 min free per month, I am having 24£ plan. @lebara @LycamobileUK has unlimited min in 15£ with 8GB data

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • lisamcintyre507 Leese (@lisamcintyre507) reported

@EE I have been having signal issue and slow internet for about 8 weeks now and all my family have been the same and now the home internet isn’t working. What’s going on, just keep getting text messages to say issues in my area, then got a call from India saying they were EE.

  • NLeespeaking Norma Leespeaking 🙂 (@NLeespeaking) reported

    @EE Is your system down?

  • jgoodliffe_ James G (@jgoodliffe_) reported

@MartinSLewis Ofcom and the Communications Ombudsman don’t put enough pressure on telco’s to deliver the services they charge consumers for. I’m not sure what your daily experience is with your mobile network but mine is pretty poor with @EE - Huge gaps in coverage and a very unstable network.

  • thomas_quinlan Thomas J. Quinlan (@thomas_quinlan) reported

@EE Ordered a watch-only eSIM. Took quite a bit of explaining to your own customer reps to explain the concept - of something you sell. Finally managed to get it done after speaking with 5 people. The gent told me it would take an hour to set up and to watch my email. 6 hours later I called back to be told it might take 24 hours. 30 hours later, I still have nothing. I can see the number in my account, however, so it's provisioned, but still no eSIM. Meanwhile, I've had to reset my account three times now because every time I log in, you treat it as a suspicious login. That's whether I use the app or the website. I can't imagine eSIM provisioning is outside your wheelhouse, being a phone provider and all, but my actual experience suggests otherwise.

  • willams9189 JohnWillams9189 (@willams9189) reported

@EE 9 weeks and still no closer to my signal issues being sorted out…. Also can tell I’m close to my contract ending as had a number of scam calls today…..

  • CABBYn1 Scott (@CABBYn1) reported

  • SatanicTaxi DanBoy (@SatanicTaxi) reported

@Dinky63387209 @russtxy @EE worst network in London now. Dreadful

  • actionjaxon666 Shaun (@actionjaxon666) reported

@EE Yo! I discovered a few days ago that the cover had fallen off of the grey OpenReach fibre box on the outside of my house, it was wet and windy that day. Could this have potentially contaminated the fibre and cause me sub-par connectivity? I’m on a 1Gb service.

  • McLintock73 smaca73 (@McLintock73) reported

@EE I’ve been in touch with your customer service department since July and its like the never ending story. So disappointing to know With the power and No1 network in the UK it’s taken 4 months to get nowhere? What are you actually doing to *** this? @EE

  • Robyn297Robyn Robyn Clarke (@Robyn297Robyn) reported

@EE I would like to make a complaint about an ongoing issue, I need a paper trail for the ombudsman though, so I do not want to call 150 or use the community for help. Please provide me with an email address for your billing department.
