@EE Despite my phone stating I have a 5G signal, I cannot use my phone at St. James' Park, Newcastle. People on other networks don't seem to have this issue. I've tried manual selection of network, switching off 5G etc. but no joy. Why is this happening?

@VodafoneUK I've just switched to you and am disappointed to find out that you have no network coverage in Tyne & Wear @My_Metro tunnels. With @EE I got 4G suitable for video calls and uninterrupted Teams meetings from home to work. Now I can't even get 2G. When will you upgrade?

@mortynator @EE EE, I am currently receiving the same issue. I received my headphones few months ago but thought it went down this normal but my friends definitely don't go down as fast.
