The 'leaky feeder' (as the old method in tunnels was called), isn't broke on the Tyne & Wear Metro between Gateshead and Gateshead Stadium. Investigate it!

Not in a nasty way but Just a bit of feedback, the AI and chat function is bad when the issue doesnβt fall into a category and you cant be transferred and you should let phone agents do preorders.
