@EE phone signal been off in NE25 since September 5th. When will this be resolved? There is an acknowledged fault but keep being told it will be repaired within 16 hours.

Woke to learn my @EE mobile contact is going up by 14.4%. Whilst I’m closer to pensionable age than 21 I should be pleased BT will pay dividends on obscene profits and help my pension but that’s 14.4% less money I’ll spend in the economy, it all feels a bit flawed and inequitable

@EE Hi yeah it's ne290rt, North shields, honestly it's been going on for nearly a year, signal is shocking around our area, I have rang up a few times. Was told I was not in a contract so I could get another provider, found that comment so wrong, have been a customer for years

My water bill has gone up 9% @NorthumbrianH2O despite waterway pollution, my phone bill has gone up 14.4% @EE despite garbage 5G coverage!!!!! Keep pushing and and something has to give,

@EE I have had no phone signal for the last 3 days. It seems to go off around 8am and comes back at 9pm. Very frustrating and also dangerous. I am a childminder and need to be able to make and receive calls

@EE Can someone please investigate why I haven’t had a response to my complaint yet. It’s been 2 weeks & and I also sent a further complaint online. I was also due a callback last week about my mobile/broadband/tv package but no one bothered phoning. Terrible customer service.

@EE I was told I would be upgraded to a plan that has roaming and credited back the price difference. Which I agreed to but wasnt done. I was told they have to do a call listening to confirm that 3 weeks ago and till now nothing has been done. I had to call in yesterday and the advisor downgraded me back saying they would add the roaming as a tech add on as it should be which I agreed to only for the downgrade to happen but he still couldn’t add the roaming and asked me to go online as no department was ready to act on it which was very annoying. How do I go online to chat with a bot when humans on phone cant fix my issue? I have had enough with ee really because every time I call I spend some time over two hours or my valuable time and still nothing is resolved. This is affecting me

@bt_uk why the hell did you push your broadband customers to be managed by disaster that is @EE??? Calling their complaint policy stupid is understatement. They will close your complaint automatically if I don't answer their phone call during my work hours. Ever heard of email?
