I’m planning to #leave @EE network as they are NOT providing few free international minutes. They have 20£ 500 min and 10£ 1000 min (math is wrong) I need at least 300 min free per month, I am having 24£ plan. @lebara @LycamobileUK has unlimited min in 15£ with 8GB data

Trying to join @EE from another network. Put my sim in phone, went to EE/join online, followed steps and now greeted with “were unable to retrieve your account details right now”. Should I just give up before I’ve ever started? It’s already becoming stressful. 🙄

I've known stress like trying to cancel a contract for an apple watch (haven't had an iPhone in over a year) and ive been paying 21 quid a month for **** all and now @EE are making it near impossible for me to cancel as I DONT HAVE A VALID MOBILE NUMBER

@EE No seems okay now. It's just a bit weird. Came up that my SIM card wasn't recognised. I restarted the phone and then it couldn't access MyEE. It still didn't think I was on a network but I could make calls. Strange.

You can always trust @EE to make a mess of any situation! Renewed my EE broadband which came ‘active’ on 22nd and went down to 2mbps. Call support and after being on the phone for one hour (to a quite polite guy) can’t get through to remote services. EE MAN! I want my Xmas movies

Has anybody else with @EE had trouble using their phone in America? I got a text letting me know I can use my plan as normal, but my data is not working at all! Unless I'm connected to Wi-Fi, I basically don't have a phone 🤬 I've spoken to 3 members of staff and no resolution!

@EE have to be the worst internet provider in the UK right now Internet has been spotty at best for weeks. Got a new box and nothing changed, it’s still disconnecting and reconnecting every few minutes Turned it off and on and still no improvement

Incredible service from @EE sadly fell over (embarrassing) smashed my Apple Watch 9 and it’s getting replaced in 48hrs that’s what you pay insurance for
