@VodafoneUK I've just switched to you and am disappointed to find out that you have no network coverage in Tyne & Wear @My_Metro tunnels. With @EE I got 4G suitable for video calls and uninterrupted Teams meetings from home to work. Now I can't even get 2G. When will you upgrade?

@EE walked past my local ee store today and heard the worst sale's pitch being given to two elderly people,something along the lines of "once this whole covid thing is over you can use this phone to do as much as you like" such a rediculous pitch and out of order

@EE I got a message saying you're going to be doing work and it may interfere with my mobile. I've enabled WiFi calling however I'm still concerned. I'm classed as vulnerable and my landline also isn't working. If your network fully goes down I can't contact emergency services.

This, by the way, happened just as another employee reassured my son his phone would be sorted. To be honest I’m glad. Alarm bells were ringing due to the pathetic service. @EE seems as though @Mobilescouk could learn a thing or two about customer service from you guys. AVOID

@Emily_Benn I have been with @EE for many years and Orange before that. I find their customer service and their broadband service overall to be exceptional. I wouldn’t recommend lightly.
