@EE I got a message saying you're going to be doing work and it may interfere with my mobile. I've enabled WiFi calling however I'm still concerned. I'm classed as vulnerable and my landline also isn't working. If your network fully goes down I can't contact emergency services.

@VodafoneUK I've just switched to you and am disappointed to find out that you have no network coverage in Tyne & Wear @My_Metro tunnels. With @EE I got 4G suitable for video calls and uninterrupted Teams meetings from home to work. Now I can't even get 2G. When will you upgrade?

@BryenOHare @EE @climo2009 I also have the same issue. EE digital told me that they haven't been sending them cos people have been redeeming the code and retuning the ps5 for a full refund. No chance that's happening. Ee won't reply to me

@EE So is there no way I can get that back now? This hasn’t always been the case has it? Reason bought pay as you go sim was because it’s for a back up phone, designed to not be used unless needed and other phone is down!
