@EE Despite my phone stating I have a 5G signal, I cannot use my phone at St. James' Park, Newcastle. People on other networks don't seem to have this issue. I've tried manual selection of network, switching off 5G etc. but no joy. Why is this happening?

@EE Hi yeah it's ne290rt, my address is 9 glendale Grove, North shields, honestly it's been going on for nearly a year, signal is shocking around our area, I have rang up a few times. Was even told I was not in a contract so I could get another provider, found that comment so wrong

@EE Bit late for that, Neil. There was a national outage earlier in the week, there was no signal, no internet could be accessed, it just happened to coincide with a social media blackout and you've used that as an excuse. It's very very poor behaviour.

Stuck travelling in UAE with data roaming which is already paid for and not working. Instead EE seems to keep pushing me to buy a data bundle on top of current plan. No help either through their website @EE where are you?
