Put my sim in phone, went to EE/join online, followed steps and now greeted with “were unable to retrieve your account details right now”. Should I just give up before I’ve ever started? First contract phone and he was very reassuring. Even gave me his work email in case I have any issues. Glad I swapped to EE now!
