@EE I got a message saying you're going to be doing work and it may interfere with my mobile. I've enabled WiFi calling however I'm still concerned. I'm classed as vulnerable and my landline also isn't working. If your network fully goes down I can't contact emergency services.

@EE Despite my phone stating I have a 5G signal, I cannot use my phone at St. James' Park, Newcastle. People on other networks don't seem to have this issue. I've tried manual selection of network, switching off 5G etc. but no joy. Why is this happening?

@VodafoneUK I've just switched to you and am disappointed to find out that you have no network coverage in Tyne & Wear @My_Metro tunnels. With @EE I got 4G suitable for video calls and uninterrupted Teams meetings from home to work. Now I can't even get 2G. When will you upgrade?

@EE horrific service from EE. My mum has been told she has a £41,000 phone bill after 1 day. They have now blocked mine, my mums and my dad phone whilst we are all abroad. I am abroad by myself now without a working phone. This needs to be sorted ASAP

@EE Thanks for cutting me off while I'm overseas and all paid up. Customer service says it seems like someone pushed a change to accounting system which promptly cut off roaming customers in USA, Mexico, Australia and NZ. Poor show and bad change management. I expect better 😠😡
