  • RockcliffeFiles Rockcliffe Files (@RockcliffeFiles) reported from Whitley Bay, England

Woke to learn my @EE mobile contact is going up by 14.4%. Whilst I’m closer to pensionable age than 21 I should be pleased BT will pay dividends on obscene profits and help my pension but that’s 14.4% less money I’ll spend in the economy, it all feels a bit flawed and inequitable

  • Rainbowztwit Sarah (@Rainbowztwit) reported from Whitley Bay, England

@EE is there currently a mobile outage both mobiles in our household are currently unable to make calls - phones working fine earlier (NE29 area)

  • MarkR1892 Mark R (@MarkR1892) reported from Peterlee, England

@EE @jon_mann Many contracts were taken at inflation levels nowhere near where they are today. You can't possibly suggest that people should have expected last year's 10% increase and this year's 15%, especially when there's no significant improvement in the service.

  • micky9nufc Michael Young (@micky9nufc) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England

@EE No thanks. I’ve been a customer for the best part of two decades. I shouldn’t have to ring up to barter for a deal. Loyalty should be two way

  • robotbella Anna B (@robotbella) reported

@EE what’s the deal with phone signal being so bad around Oxford st Clements / Marston rd / cowley rd / iffley rd / the plain? Any plans to fix this? Or compensate customers for the inconvenience? Here’s a w3w indication of the location but it’s a wide area: ///garage.bunny.cute

  • AManCalledPaul Paul (@AManCalledPaul) reported

@EE your roaming add on costs are daylight robbery. £15 for 7 days when only 2 or 3 years ago you could add on for £7.99 for a month. How do you justify that price increase? My contract is up in 2 months. You’ve just lost a customer of 15 years - TV, Broadband and Mobile

  • iRobG Rob Gordon (@iRobG) reported

@EE the worst internet provider in the UK. It's 2025 yet videos need to buffer on streaming services and YouTube?! Do ourselves a favour and got to Virgin Media. Faster Internet, cheaper per month.

  • luckylady456 Julie (@luckylady456) reported

@EE what is going on with your website? It's absolutely awful! Can't find my bill or plan details anywhere. And I don't want the App so please don't suggest that. I just want to log into my account on the website from time to time to check things. Why can't I do this anymore?

  • _darkangel316 Sam 🦋 (@_darkangel316) reported

@EE This information isn’t available anymore in order to call and calling isn’t exactly accessible for all! Why have social media if you’re no longer helping customer or past customers via this means but accounts claiming to be yourselves are DMing your customers obtaining their info
