    @VodafoneUK I've just switched to you and am disappointed to find out that you have no network coverage in Tyne & Wear @My_Metro tunnels. With @EE I got 4G suitable for video calls and uninterrupted Teams meetings from home to work. Now I can't even get 2G. When will you upgrade?

    @EE I got a message saying you're going to be doing work and it may interfere with my mobile. I've enabled WiFi calling however I'm still concerned. I'm classed as vulnerable and my landline also isn't working. If your network fully goes down I can't contact emergency services.

    @EE Hi. None of our phones can make or receive calls. Wi-Fi calling is also not working. Location is Glasgow postcodes G11, G12 and G13. Can you advise if there is an issue.
