I've enabled WiFi calling however I'm still concerned. I'm classed as vulnerable and my landline also isn't working. If your network fully goes down I can't contact emergency services.

Put my sim in phone, went to EE/join online, followed steps and now greeted with “were unable to retrieve your account details right now”. Should I just give up before I’ve ever started? It’s already becoming stressful. 🙄

Char (@AbitofCharlieb) reported from Gateshead, England@EE My 4G has been super slow recently. And our EE WIFI is broken (a second time) due to be fixed in the morning. Not ideal having awful 4G and broken WiFi. As well as this I’ve used loads of data due to broken WiFi :/ can you reimburse?

She’s 76 so doesn’t quite understand the technicalities of signals, transmitters etc so I said I’d contact you.

Janine Price (@J9apachePrice) reported@EE Hi yes, this has been an on going problem. All off her boast have not been activated. Only had 1gb data when it renewed and she has 21 data boasts which should equate to 1.5gb. Pack didn't renew despite there being £10 on the account
