    @EE My home broadband is not working. It said I had to call yous but I done have your advice time of 20 minutes. Is there a fault in the NE11 area of Gateshead?. Thanks.

    @EE I got a message saying you're going to be doing work and it may interfere with my mobile. I've enabled WiFi calling however I'm still concerned. I'm classed as vulnerable and my landline also isn't working. If your network fully goes down I can't contact emergency services.

    @EE Yes this morning. You were still a very long way from @skytv. It seems that customer loyalty isn’t worth as much as a new customer is. All 3 lines will be moving to sky.

    I've known stress like trying to cancel a contract for an apple watch (haven't had an iPhone in over a year) and ive been paying 21 quid a month for **** all and now @EE are making it near impossible for me to cancel as I DONT HAVE A VALID MOBILE NUMBER

    @EE @imjonnychambers He's reporting a key issue that will affect any and all users, and gave you all the info you need to investigate it. The 'leaky feeder' (as the old method in tunnels was called), isn't broke on the Tyne & Wear Metro between Gateshead and Gateshead Stadium. Investigate it!

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Make it the law, ofcom, that if there’s no decent reception on your chosen provider then mobiles piggyback onto a service which is actually available whenever you are, akin to the 999 thing - your mobile provider pick up the cost. Arguably just one UK network would be better
