@EE I’m using my iPhone, I’m on website but it’s not letting me switch my number over with the pac number from previous network, who have confirmed pac number is correct, Iv tried doing a live chat but that doesn’t seem to be working either

@EE really poor service I placed an order on last Friday 18th everything was fine all in stock etc got advised it would be delivered today so waited in all day nothing has turned up so I ring and get told it’s out of stock yet it wasn’t when I ordered on Friday and payed 😡

Accidentally ordered a 24 month sim only plan with @EE then Immediately ordered a 12 month instead. Do I have to ring up to cancel the 24m or does it remove one of them automatically?

@sohailsquared @kitcub @EE The Ukrainian network will likely extend just beyond Ukraine's borders (same as UK and ROI and vice versa). So if someone is just over the border and still conn to UKR network then it would be recognised as UKR and not charged. As such region is probs more accurate in this case.

@EE @chrismarsh90 Did you get this sorted? Mines the same. Used it for over a year. I phoned BT today, on the phone for an hour & neither their customer service or tech support dept can see I've got BT, or ever had BT sports?!

Shocking customer service from @VirginMediaCorp as per. Same convo with 5 rude people, multiple hanging up on me, online set up “not valid” apparently… and I’m still being charged double from the quote on the website that no operator says exists 🙄. Jumped ship to respectful @EE

@EE I have moaned about this too many times. Pathetic signal, calls drop every single time !! The name everything everywhere is pretty rich. Try “sometimes, some places” when my contract ends it’s goodbye, that’s if I can make the call to cancel !!!!

@EE Thanks Holly but I frankly can’t be bothered. Last time I called, they tried to sell me an Apple Watch, gave me their email in case of any problems, then never replied to my emails. EE have blown it for me I’m afraid. Your service & support is a fraction of what it was.

@EE as must as I love speaking with you on the phone, I’d rather not have a my regular 4-5 month chat about restarting my phone due to poor internet service. So fix up! PS I would like compensation for the terrible service last 48 hours in my area.
