  • pauljonesking #hellomynameis Paul (@pauljonesking) reported from Stockton-on-Tees, England

@EE Would be more than happy to rejoin EE even without my NHS discount if someone would actually call me back. Don’t think I can take another week of important missed calls from @virginmedia - yes I know they use the EE network but not the enhanced 4G+ side 🙄

  • RyderBike Chris Ryder (@RyderBike) reported from Hartlepool, England

  • Stonehouse88 Scott Stonehouse (@Stonehouse88) reported from New Marske, England

@EE @chrismarsh90 Did you get this sorted? Mines the same. Used it for over a year. I phoned BT today, on the phone for an hour & neither their customer service or tech support dept can see I've got BT, or ever had BT sports?!

  • rachsclarke rachel clarke (@rachsclarke) reported from Middlesbrough, England

@virginmedia No as I’m unable to get through 1. Because my signal is horrendous and 2. Because your lines are constantly closed. It seems easier for me to just go back to @EE as I need reliability, I’ve missed too many important phone calls since using VM.

  • BobblesTea Amy (@BobblesTea) reported from Middlesbrough, England

@jamesdrob @EE Yeah I’m well in the car (not driving) before I get any signal.

@EE No haven’t as yet, as wasnt sure if it was a local area issue or a more broad outage

  • dogemars46 TOTHEMOON (@dogemars46) reported

@EE hi, having problems with my WiFi at home, won’t work but says it’s connected to phone, etc. having to use 4G. None of the devices in house are able to use services requiring internet

  • matt_game Matt'll do (@matt_game) reported

@EE I’ve been through this process many many times - rec’d new routers, had engineers out etc. It can only be down to a poor BT line install which cuts out intermittently. @WeAreOpenreach need to offer a fibre to the house option. Or a-n-other fibre provider.
