    @virginmedia No as I’m unable to get through 1. Because my signal is horrendous and 2. Because your lines are constantly closed. It seems easier for me to just go back to @EE as I need reliability, I’ve missed too many important phone calls since using VM.

    @EE Would be more than happy to rejoin EE even without my NHS discount if someone would actually call me back. Don’t think I can take another week of important missed calls from @virginmedia - yes I know they use the EE network but not the enhanced 4G+ side 🙄

    @EE just been on hold to get through to @BarclaysUKHelp for 2hrs and 30mins Hope I dont get charged for that in these horrible times. Especially when I was on the phone to help me out of a bad situation

    @EE I have no service on my phone for 3 days! I had 2 contracts with yourselves and cancelled one which was a portable wifi device for the car and you have cancelled the wrong contract!

    @PorscheSauce @EE I’ve been with 3 for 10 years. Never been any agro at all. Two contracts. Even when I lived in The Dales coverage was good.

    @EE so 8 weeks after reporting issues nothing is sorted with broadband your call centre staff run the same diagnostics over and over again and do nothing! £75 a month for what!!

    No surprise there then.. @EE time and time again ringing me back regarding the problems with my phone not ringing out and shock asking for more examples for this happening 🤬 just getting fobbed off all the time. In the mean time expect me to pay for a service I am not getting

    @EE Well i live in a small village and my daughter got a new I phone on ee. The reception was terrible she is 20 and just wanted to be on social media also she could never receive a call. We did complain but a few months half price was all they could manager.

    Shoddy customer service from @EE Made assurances both verbally and by email on several occasions that they would rectify a serious fault - one which was also a potential hazard as involved live wires. And yet have still failed to comply.

    @EE, unhappy customer alert! Ordered new phone following help from your colleagues for upgrade and can't use it as dual sim to support another network, wasn't told this at the time. Annoyed!

    @EE I’ve been a ee customers way bck to when they were called 121 I asked for an upgrade back in 22nd feb I asked for a Samsung s20 ultra 512g !! Yesterday I was sent a Samsung s20 u 126g used not happy been customer for so many yrs this is how I get repaid

    @cccammy1 Seriously people if you are leaving sky which everyone with sense should, look into @EE 2 years no issues with broadband 70 odd meg with no drop and the apple tv box has made me cut the cord

    Hopeful my new phone arrives tomorrow. Left @EE due to ridiculous prices and poor signal. Moved over to @tescomobile with much more reasonable prices.
