    @EE I’m using my iPhone, I’m on website but it’s not letting me switch my number over with the pac number from previous network, who have confirmed pac number is correct, Iv tried doing a live chat but that doesn’t seem to be working either

    @EE Would be more than happy to rejoin EE even without my NHS discount if someone would actually call me back. Don’t think I can take another week of important missed calls from @virginmedia - yes I know they use the EE network but not the enhanced 4G+ side 🙄

    @EE just been on hold to get through to @BarclaysUKHelp for 2hrs and 30mins Hope I dont get charged for that in these horrible times. Especially when I was on the phone to help me out of a bad situation

    @EE @chrismarsh90 Did you get this sorted? Mines the same. Used it for over a year. I phoned BT today, on the phone for an hour & neither their customer service or tech support dept can see I've got BT, or ever had BT sports?!

    @EE I have no service on my phone for 3 days! I had 2 contracts with yourselves and cancelled one which was a portable wifi device for the car and you have cancelled the wrong contract!

    @EE paid over £400 to upgrade early plus an additional £9+ for next day delivery only to recieve the wrong device and have to go through the returns process of 7-10 days. Not a happy customer at all.

    @PorscheSauce @EE I’ve been with 3 for 10 years. Never been any agro at all. Two contracts. Even when I lived in The Dales coverage was good.

    @virginmedia No as I’m unable to get through 1. Because my signal is horrendous and 2. Because your lines are constantly closed. It seems easier for me to just go back to @EE as I need reliability, I’ve missed too many important phone calls since using VM.

    @EE is not number 1 network far from it here in north Shropshire since February we have had a transmitter fault almost every week I get a text from cretinous EE telling me but no fix has been done no we have no internet connection on mobiles it’s a absolute disgrace

    @LDNLutonAirport is bat s**t crazy. Seriously. Even WiFi or @EE 5G don't work, 4G extremely slow. I really respect all the staff at the restaurants cause it is friggin crowded and people are just rude and disrespectful. I don't know what, but something should be done.

    @EE why does my daily phone call on my commute always get loss of signal on the m56 (one of busiest motorways in Britain) by Bowden turn off????? Is this really something that should happen still in 2022????!!!! Please sort this and get us out of the 90s!!!
