@EE What a joke of a company, two hours spent on the chat trying to sort out an issue of a tablet upgrade, and being charged for two tablets. All I get is bullshit, by no marks, almost trying to insinuate its my fault. Not taking it laying down. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

@EE Hi Casey, I have messaged Apple and they have confirmed that EE have to reset as it is a carrier account. If you also have a look at your support forums you will see multiply members having the same issue - which needed to be reset by EE. Thanks for your assistance :)

@cjh4rrison @EE Recently support services are very annoying...my account was having this same issue earlier today, I contacted support but they wouldn’t help me, all thanks to those who referred @wyke_tech to me, they were very helpful,reliable and trustworthy am sure they can help

@EE stop sending me bullying emails threatening to close my account. I closed it months ago and have not used your SIM since April 2020…. Any other ex EE customers had similar problems?

@cjh4rrison @EE Do yourself good, these walls are silent unfortunately they lack knowledge of fixing there apps, got mine fixed with the help of @wyke_tech thanks to them for helping me access my account I have tried so many times to get help but they never respond
