@EE It’s due October. I can upgrade early but the cost is ridiculous. It’s cheaper as a new customer and I have been with you guys for yonks so it’s a bit naughty

@EE When customer service says there is nothing they can do, I believe the representative. However, they are also saying that there is nothing EE is WILLING to do to provide what they said they would.

@EE worst Service provider so far: My husband bought a third line ...took advisor 45 minutes, manager 5 minutes, then gave £1 discount. Wrong contract length, advisor hung up and then the SIM card was sent to my neighbour's address ...avoid @EE AT ALL costs.

@EE Broadband has been totally down in PO14 3LR since 11am. Infuriating as I am working from home and every hour that passes is one I will have to make up later. Not easy with a newborn and a 4-year-old. Please sort it out ASAP and/or tell me when it will be fixed.

@EE I am aware of current issues in my area but I have been having issues for over a week. I went into your store and called online and there was nothing they could do so I’m paying for data I cannot use as nothing will load unless I am on WiFi or private browsing.

@EE You obviously didn’t read my post. The issue isn’t “speeds” it’s about being told I could no longer retain my LANDLINE if I want to renew my contract and retain speeds close to my existing ones. #DiscriminationAgainstTheElderly

@EE Well here's the thing. I am with you and I've never come close to those speeds. You sent an engineer who said there's nothing wrong and as long as I'm getting 200mb then that's acceptable. Well I'm not even getting that. I used to get 75mbs over wifi from a possible 80mbs.

@carlitaswayy @BOFClareriviera @EE Groverner place to Covent Garden rank I asked the pass if they gonna pay cash or card ,it’s card google search 19 mins journey I asked pre pay £20 got to CG was £19 gave them£1 back they gave me £1 tip,my Twitter would not work by the rank,plan B worked until EE sort out issue.

Hey @EE amazing black friday deal sale but please don't be sending your tech items WITHOUT BOXES and just in mailing bags WITH NO PADDING. For such expensive items it sucks to see the the item box itself dented so much!!
