@EE It’s due October. I can upgrade early but the cost is ridiculous. It’s cheaper as a new customer and I have been with you guys for yonks so it’s a bit naughty

@EE @jonjontaylor Ha that’s a laughable response! I contacted EE in the Autumn last year about being worried I couldn’t pay my bill and was told they couldn’t do anything to help. Now you are raising the bill further. You don’t care about loyal or vulnerable customers at all.

@EE Don't try to give some lying corporate excuse for why you "have" to put prices up this much. A lot of inflation cost is being driven by food prices & that is NOT an input into your service. How much have you increased the wages of customer service staff, I bet it is not by 15%?

@ee so...mobile data turned off today. Can't text/ do calls. I've had issues all week. This isn't good at all..this is my only means of contact! I see from others on twitter that I'm not the only one. Is there an issue with the server? Do you know why this is happening? #help
