    @EE It’s due October. I can upgrade early but the cost is ridiculous. It’s cheaper as a new customer and I have been with you guys for yonks so it’s a bit naughty

    @EE huge help needed. I had my phone stolen so I got my sim blocked. Managed to get a replacement phone and sim. How do I get my old number back

    I can’t believe that in this day and age @EE is allowed to offer such atrocious broadband services. Good luck if you can even speak to customer service and if you do they are utter useless and incompetent Can’t even get basic things right. @EE you should be ashamed of yourselves

    @EE then turned it back on after a LOT of discussing and promised to go back and listen to the sales call and call back and NEVER DID. Phoned back again and got fobbed off again. And the complaints form online doesn’t work

    @WriteMindedPub @EE @Plusnet i switched to plusnet about 6 months ago, brilliant service first class customer service too, and deffo cheaper than EE my previous provider
