I cannot confirm if the child was broken, I wasn't given that information. I was only told about the phone. The person did suggest I get the phone number removed from the Google business listing. @bt_uk @EE any idea how I do this? (2/2)

Recently had @bt_uk @EE fibre broadband & phone line installed. The phone number we've been allocated used to belong to a phone repair shop. We're getting calls daily. Today's call: "hello, my husband threw his phone at our child and it's broken (the phone) can you fix it?" (1/2)

@EE why is it so much more expensive when upgrading a monthly contract than if I was a new customer wanting the exact same phone & plan? Quite disappointing for loyal customers…

EE’s network has been terrible lately. I can’t make any calls. I can’t even call 150 to speak to someone about it. This is unacceptable considering the high monthly costs @EE

Wow, @EE continue to be appalling. They've "closed my complaint". They haven't dealt with my complaint.

@EE was told that there would be some maintenance on the network in my area on the 5th but my phone calls are cutting off and the person at the other end can’t hear me well. I can’t receive texts either. When is it going to be fixed?

@VodafoneUK I’ve moved 900 yards from home and the reception has dropped to one bar. When will you sort out your network in London! It’s hugely disappointing and very annoying. @VodafoneGroup. Even more reason to leave and go to @EE
