  @WeAreOpenreach @EE The issue is the lack of momentum by Openreach to gain this permission. I got this myself and passed it on via EE but they were advised by you that it had to be you that got this. So I gave details and now you’ve emailed once.

  @EE why is your App so rubbish. I try to pay my bill and I get an error, I don't know if it is paid or not. Every month it's the same problem. I can't find anywhere to contact customer services if it even exists. Such poor service.

  @SkyHelpTeam @EE There's a problem with sky you can't call or receive a call from anyone on sky .other networks seem ok . Hopefully sky can fix it. Hopefully telling everyone on the website about it.

  Ordered a new phone through @EE at 10am on Tuesday, still hasn't been dispatched and the online help is next to useless. I won't be able to take delivery for the next week so they'll just have to lump it.
