@EE I have been trying to cancel my broadband for the last month as I had to leave the country. Your operators keep telling me that there is an issue with your system. I am calling you from abroad and it costs me a lot in roaming charges. Why are you doing this to your customers?

@EE I’ve have registered a complaint about 2 agents I spoke with on your chat service. Why would I get a text within 5 mins saying that a compliant have been registered and if I don’t contact you within 7 days you will close it as resolved. No one has even looked into it?

@EE @virginmedia The worst part is they have now listened to both call recordings and confirmed I was told I would get a free WiFi extender if the engineer visited to confirm poor speeds which he did. Upon hearing the recordings I’ve got an offer of 3 months free instead of correcting situation
