  @EE I’ve spent allday being told there’s no issues, when in fact 30house down the road have had no internet allday and have been affected if your on EE, BT & Sky so why aren’t your staff being open and honest about the situation????.

  @EE I am due to get a call from Kevin (around 12.30) only because I went into your Richmond upon Thames shop and Samira was very helpful. Otherwise, as a loyal EE customer, I feel let down and disillusioned with your service, which certainly doesn’t live up to your marketing slogans.
