@EE It’s due October. I can upgrade early but the cost is ridiculous. It’s cheaper as a new customer and I have been with you guys for yonks so it’s a bit naughty

@mindsetcoach121 @EE @VodafoneUK It's worse everywhere. I've been getting 1mbps for two months now in a 5G area. Only happened when I 'upgraded' to unlimited with unlimited speeds! It's an utter joke. Top dollar for bottom dollar service.

  • r1b1ker Mike (@r1b1ker) reported from Poplar, England

@EE Hi. No, I was just pointing out some errors on your web page.

  • coolhandle01 Vacci-Nathan (@coolhandle01) reported

So I called @EE and there's a tower down near me. They are waiting for paperwork to say they can go fix. The fella on the phone from @EE, he was _awesome_. A-Grade customer service.

  • Gnidde90 Indiana Jonsson (@Gnidde90) reported

@EE Haven’t had any phone signal, 4G data or 3G data working since moving to my Zone 2 London Flat in April. Relying solely on WiFi-calling. Been in touch with #EE several times. Ridiculous that you ensure 4G on a remote mountain but not in Central London.

  • Nikki_newhouse Nikki C (@Nikki_newhouse) reported

@EE FURIOUS! Wanted BT Fibre 300 smart hub 2 complete wifi £59 pm 24 months. EE sales agent matched cheaper - EE fibre max 300 with smart wifi £52 without smart is £42 (loyalty discounts). Agreed to £52. Connection, no discs, wrong hub, wrong tariff, no service, EE charging!

  • al7fox Alberto F (@al7fox) reported

@EE I agree it shouldn’t but unfortunately is not the case as confirmed also by EE c support. The worst part is it that when I told the EE agent how serious this bug was he replied: “just add the country code man so you don’t get charged” like it wasn’t a big of a deal.

  • mattmashup Mo Abd Mateen Robinson (@mattmashup) reported

@EE you dont care about your customers. You have been charging me for a phone i paid off in February. Still charging for the phone. I spend £57+ a month. You are fraudsters, bandits and con artists. Have been loyal customer for 20 + years. SCR3W YOU #thieves #robbery #fraudsters

  • HungerGames_mad laura (@HungerGames_mad) reported

.@EE I am absolutely fed up with your shocking signal at my house. The whole cul-de-sac is like it. I have to find the one position in our bedroom by the window or at the front door or to get an actually signal that’s more than 2 bars, go and stand outside to ring someone

  • MissyARH1990 Arlene Rae-Hewitt (@MissyARH1990) reported

@EE clearly gone down hill Service is much slower than normal, and advisors don't call u back when they cut you off like they used to!

  • thejock1967 Scott Sutherland (@thejock1967) reported

@EE Had no phone signal all morning, I’m in Telford
