Such a shame that after so many years I'll be leaving @EE in July. They just can't come close to matching deals from other websites online, even when those deals are still on the EE network!

@mouthwaite @EE Don’t know about EE / O2 or any other provider but right now ALL customer service is pish with the constant line of “reduced service due to the pandemic” NAH, not having it! So what they working from home... same amount of people - same sorry excuse which is a very poor one🤨

@EE As a service provider on how many levels can you fail? Having been ridiculed in your store I made a complaint and told that someone would be in touch, 7 days nothing, call to be told we don't tell customers about the result of a complaint, but someone will call me, no call.2
