  • nw1gunner Anwar Hussain (@nw1gunner) reported

@EE @Ofcom I have registered a complaint for loss of service was told a manager will call me back. I have rang back twice since and been put on hold twice and cut off twice. Poor customer service by #EE. I do not recommend EE to anyone.

  • MattBondVocal Matt Bond🇺🇦 (@MattBondVocal) reported

Yet more fiasco with @ee turns out you think that consumer law doesn’t apply to you. Wouldn’t replace a broken product even though @Apple said it was through no fault of my own. It’s less than two years old. Been a customer for 10 years. Not for much longer.

  • jellabellabean Jo (@jellabellabean) reported

@EE I have had broadband with you but have just changed to BT.. I was told that it will automatically cancel my contract with you now the new service is up and running, but can you confirm that please.. I don't want to be charged twice.. Thanks..

  • Leelamou 🌻 Sophie 🌻 (@Leelamou) reported

Omg. I just got off the phone to EE. They charge £40 a month for 10gb sim which she “heavily discounted” down to £12. Absolute pisstakers @EE - so I’ve got my PAC code and I’m leaving. Even if she discounted to £5 I’d be gone because they’re ripping off customers.

  • ZoeAnneGrace Zoe (@ZoeAnneGrace) reported

@EE Nope, it’s still down in Birmingham
