@EE hi my EE broadband appears to have an issue in Hastings, in the south east. The blue lights are flashing on the router so isn’t connecting. Are there any reported issues in the area. I have tried restarting the router etc

@EE How do I physically speak to a human being to try and resolve an issue? Your call service is dreadful and the only way to solve our issue while abroad is to speak to a person. Are you any help?

@EE u managed to prove crap service in less than 3 months, it's deffo worth the £500 early termination fees just to get away from the worst customer service i have ever experienced ever, highly recommend ppl to stay away from EE broadband!

@EE And what option to speak to a human? We’ve been round your system seven times now. A text sent every time but not a chance to speak to someone. It’s an easy fix, but needs a human to sort, it’s dreadful.

@EE Same every day for about half a mile before and after the station. Shows I have 5G and 4G but total internet blackout. Been like that for months

@EE Outcome is i left the company for a better one, got to pay early termination but worth it so i never have to deal with ee call centre incompetence again
