    @EE I am trying to book my phone into repair with the screen - about £90 according to your website. I booked an appt. And took the phone in. I was quoted £630 which I was told was an error as your system is down.

    @EE Can anyone in the complaints team help? Waiting since Thursday for someone to confirm that you have a) accepted EE has fraudulently added lines on my account and b) mis sold me on upgrade and won’t in-suspend my account! Back to Ofcom we go! Shameless

    @MartinSLewis @EE absolutely APPAULED to find my mum has being paying £33.50 a month for her contract for the last 18 months when her handset was paid off. @EE you have sent 1 text and now have told her your contracts don’t work like that you never pay the handset off….
