@EE We never got any text or letter regarding it. Does the Apple TV enable live streaming for tv channels like EETV? Or is it just on demand and online streaming service?

@EE We’ve randomly woke up this morning with no tv service just a random notice that EETV is closed or shut off. We were never informed about the TV service shutting down. So Is our only option to get the apple tv service now?

@EE I’ve got a message it looks like it’s a mobile number claiming their is a problem with my EE bill And to avoid suspension I need to update my details Im assuming it’s a scam and if their is an issue you would write or call ?

@EE I’ve tried calling multiple times since and still not had an answer, whatever time I call I’m told there are “very high call volumes”, unacceptably I’ve now been unable to cancel my mobile broadband contract and still haven’t got any access to BT Sport.

@EE Hi, thanks for communicating. I swapped smart benefits, removed the Video pass and reinstated it. Did another check with the EE app, there was 1.8GB left. I then watched a video on YouTube; checked again and it's down to 1.1GB left. The Video pass is not giving me free data.

@teresaobrien1 @EE It is a shame it was a great service but check your bill as @EE is still charging customs And you can still watch your recordings and record press the yellow button and type what you want to watch.

@EE Only if I pay for broadband internet, which I don’t. Why should I need this when I’m paying for EE’s service?
