@EE I have had no signal all day. I know multiple people nearby who have the same issue. Your signal checker says it is fine. The lovely lady I spoke to on the phone says there is maintenance planned in 3 days so it might be off until then. Not good enough.

@EE are there issues with ur transmitters in cardenden, and near the Victoria hospital kirkcaldy? I used to get a great signal on my phone, but last few days I can't. Or, is my phone faulty?

@EE Hi there This is the third country I’ve been in within 12 months where you tell me my phone will be ok and if not to call 150. Again my phone is not working so I can’t call you on 150 as was advised by a member of staff this morning. I need urgent help

@EE How do I talk to someone about an accessory order I've made? I'm not an EE customer and calling the 'non-EE' customer number doesn't have the option to discuss this.

@EE Got the passcode working but now it needs to send me one to my phone, which I can't get as there's no signal to receive it. I can't get a new password, so I'm back at square one

Hey @EE I don’t know what’s going on with your service lately but mine has been horrendous for about 2 weeks now. No phone signal and no 4G , either get it sorted or I don’t pay my bill thanks.👎

@EE I now want to leave my hotel room to enjoy my holiday but can’t as this is my only way of contacting you. Even then I’ve needed to beg you to reply. It’s just terrible service at this stage

@EE we have been struggling with our eetv since we signed up. It regularly breaks up and stutters and we cant use it. The app says that there isnt a problem. All apps work perfectly so can't be a connection problem. We turned the TV on today and there are no channels available
