@EE It’s due October. I can upgrade early but the cost is ridiculous. It’s cheaper as a new customer and I have been with you guys for yonks so it’s a bit naughty

You can send men to the moon but you can't get a ******* phone signal from @EE ... Talk about 5g I don't even get 3g its about time you stepped up. Even your wee map says I'm in a black spot so why sell us a product we can't use 😑

@EE Hi 👋 are you able to advise potential customers the likely speeds will be in their area? I hear your average speeds on 4G are around 36 Mbps (nationally) which is a massive improvement on what my current network provides. 🚀📶

So glad I’ve left @EE as provided with so much conflicting information/advice over the past week. even an advisor told me over the phone that the upgrades team cause more billing problems than they solve. been advised and then charged through the advise taken. appalling.

@EE Not waiting it's just that there's some unresolved problem that is preventing getting the connection set up. Sounds like communication is poor.

@EE Customer service equally as poor. Dialogue started only to be waiting 30mins between replies
