  @EE It’s due October. I can upgrade early but the cost is ridiculous. It’s cheaper as a new customer and I have been with you guys for yonks so it’s a bit naughty

  @dave_aldrine Can’t wait! Been with @EE for several years as IMO they are best, felt they are getting worse and worse. Even upgraded to the priority line. Still ****. They are throttling 5G or got too many customers on it, but something is not right! Bring on the starlink 👌🏽

  @JamesHiggs76 @EE Since they merged with BT, it’s a joke! Customer service reps who stick to a script with no deviation..gaslighting customers even when you tell them you can’t afford the plan they’re offering

  @EE thank you EE for another bad experience, now moving away from this company, all they’ve ever done is cause me hassle… almost 2 years ago lies and problems (someone did fix the issue after couple weeks) and now issues with broadband.

  @_Deano__ @EE I've been with EE broadband twelve months and it goes down four or five times per day and it probably goes when we're all asleep but we don't know, was great to begin with but horrendous now.

  @mattsprake @O2 @EE I also left 02 after 15 years and went to EE even on full signal phone hardly ever worked. EE far better with more 5G
