    @EE It’s due October. I can upgrade early but the cost is ridiculous. It’s cheaper as a new customer and I have been with you guys for yonks so it’s a bit naughty

    @EE Thank you! Just transiting through to head to Switzerland. I’ve restarted my phone several times and turned off WiFi. It’s not giving me an option of purchasing an add-on for 10 days. Please help as I don’t want to be stung with daily charges.

    @vis_unita In all my years of driving and using my phone (hands free!) I have never had a call drop out! Never not been able to connect! Some people really do just imagine up things to be angry about! @EE customer

    @EE Been on messaging service since 13:58 today - told I’d beconnected with manager at 14:55 (after several requests for matter to be escalated). 15:20: still waiting to be connected. 15:25: Billing desk manager introduced himself - have not heard from him since. Total time wasting

    @EE We did a home move 2 years ago and have so far had no issues, other than the extortionate price we’ve been paying! The switch over is on you @EE not us but we’re having to suffer because of it and had to sign up to a new contract that apparently, we can leave at any time

    My broadband service is up soon and was possibly looking at leaving my current provider. Now @bt_uk, @EE and @Plusnet have now added a setup fees they can do one

    @DerekAllan61 @EE We are the same EE crap and sorry we went with them..installation was horrendous..I could have done better..finished up giving us boosters ..shite D x

    @EE I’ve done that, they opened a case, heard nothing since and internet been on and off since. I rely on the WiFi calling to talk to my oncologist each week. I pay over £30 per month for a service which doesn’t deliver. Got better service from BT copper wire!!!!!!!

    @EE rubbish customer service. Plusnet changed over my contract to you 2 weeks ago and each day I have to reset my Internet connection to sky. On hold for almost an hour tonight and no reply. I do not want online help I want to speak to a human who can explain why this happens.

    @EE why have I only got one bar of signal strength in my location? From the so called best network in 🇬🇧 I’d expect slightly more..

    If anyone is paying @EE for Game Pass Ultimate be aware they are ripping you off. Game Pass Ultimate is currently £16.99pm however EE are charging £22pm. Hit that cancel button and buy direct from @XBOX
