    @EE huge help needed. I had my phone stolen so I got my sim blocked. Managed to get a replacement phone and sim. How do I get my old number back

    @EE It’s due October. I can upgrade early but the cost is ridiculous. It’s cheaper as a new customer and I have been with you guys for yonks so it’s a bit naughty

    @SkyHelpTeam @EE There's a problem with sky you can't call or receive a call from anyone on sky .other networks seem ok . Hopefully sky can fix it. Hopefully telling everyone on the website about it.

    So @EE have moved my mum's broadband installation date from next week to October, giving her barely any notice. She's an 86 year old widow and this is the second time they've let her down in a year. Her existing deal with @SkyUK is ending soon so she'll have no communication.

    @SkyHelpTeam is there a problem with the mobile signal or outage as I can't ring my dad on sky network or my mum on @EE and they can't call out to.

    @EE what’s happening? I’ve received another text saying that equipment is ‘in its way’. It’s already been cancelled in July but EE refused to collect it having left 3 unwanted boxes in my front doorstep for me to fall over. This building is structurally unsound and the equipment isn’t needed. I was told by EE to put it in my recycling bin but the council refused to take the bin with your junk in it. EE customer service is a nightmare

    @whatdoumeantho @EE Nope! I got sent in a circle of Jargon and just gave up very disappointed as i have been an EE customer for over 10 years

    Heads Up! I have finally seen sense, and ditched @EE , for my Broadband, which was costing me £50 per month, for a very slow connection. Certainly not the "UK's Best Network". I have a final bill for £44, just received, but @EE have passed it onto debt collectors, demanding £59.
