    @EE huge help needed. I had my phone stolen so I got my sim blocked. Managed to get a replacement phone and sim. How do I get my old number back

    @EE It’s due October. I can upgrade early but the cost is ridiculous. It’s cheaper as a new customer and I have been with you guys for yonks so it’s a bit naughty

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE They are probably using the same masts. It is a lack of masts that is the problem. No one wants them in their backyard but everyone wants good coverage.

    @EE I’m not ‘having a spot of bother’ as you put it, I’ve got no internet- no TV, Alexa or Heating control - and no help from EE (so far)

    @EE can someone call me as getting seriously pissed off with incorrect orders, cancelled subscriptions and generally just really bad customer service from EE and BT

    @EE I have tried this to no avail. Do me a favour, you try and navigate your website to report service disruption and see how you get on. The UX you offer is dreadful.

    @EE I rang on the 6th and told you when the issue for me first started - it’s not just today I can’t connect. I pay a lot every month for the “plus” service for the abroad element and it’s not worked for almost two weeks
