  @EE As a business I should receive my bills, the app doesn’t work nor can I download these online. I have to call to receive my bills - this is very poor service if you cannot even give business customer their bills. Hopeless customer service based in India -no manners

  @EE spent ages on the phone with auto customer services. For it to end with you must text for this service and they ended the call. I do the text thing and get a response "we cant match your details to an account" So yeah.....useful service. WiFi signals been awful for days!

  @EE @SuzJamieson Has it occurred to EE that people don’t have time to sit holding on in the vain hope that someone might speak to them? I binned EE years ago because they were awful and expensive
