    I spent over an hour yesterday speaking to customer services who said no point complaining we know the issue & nothings going to change and NO I cannot speak to a manager. This is pandemount to obtaining monies by deception @VodafoneUK @EE have perfect service in same area

    Really disappointed with my service with @EE - I pay over £100 a month and I haven’t been able to get any data. I’m away on a work trip and haven’t been able to keep in touch with my family 😒

    @EE I was on 4g I’ve got a iPhone 12 Pro And yes he asked me to change the network and also reset it Aswell

    @EE There w/o not help given i called twice regarding it Germany was a good place Couldn’t share it with the world due to internet not goodwill or proper help was given Instead yourcolleague turned off my data roaming and I actually turned it on Next time it’s a different network
