@EE It’s due October. I can upgrade early but the cost is ridiculous. It’s cheaper as a new customer and I have been with you guys for yonks so it’s a bit naughty

@EE EE my broadband is with you, but I have an issue regarding the wire that goes into the phone socket, it has been severed near the skirting by the door (not by us but by prior tenants) and I was wondering whose responsible for fixing it? Is it BT? Or can you arrange it?

@EE after returning the iphone to you i am now 8 days into having no phone still awaiting contract to be sorted out never known it to take so long hope to get it sorted asap
