Was told when agreeing new contract with @EE that i may find they are more because of their service etc. Well i agreed had confirmation on saturday, dispatched email monday rung today to find out where it is and its been cancelled?! Was anyone planning to inform me???

Lol at @ee sending me a broken used iPhone then replacing it today for the driver to unpack it in front of me god knows why and drop it down the stairs then get pissed when I wouldn’t accept it?

@EE it’s a shame after 27 years with you I get a call from customer retentions to say how much of a valued customer I am, then offered a deal that’s worse than my initial upgrade offer 🙈. Is this a common practice?

@bt_uk @ee very disappointed with your service so far, just moved into a rental for the first time, am with EE for my phone contract, so ordered BT full fibre through them. Wasn't informed on the phone that it would need an engineer to set up, wasn't until the order went (1)
