@EE I'm not sure why you can't just reopen my case from last year and send the engineer that you were going to, but I cancelled when my local council said you should only have people in the house if its an emergency and since we weren't working from home it didn't seem like one.

Oh hey @EE how long is normal for hold when being transferred to insurance from customer service? Seem to have been forgotten here and wife needs to go to nursery/work!
