@EE No 4G for hours. And no way to contact EE. Fair enough if you don't want to answer you customer service calls or online chat, but you would think you could at least put out a status update since so many people are without service and alerting you. Ignoring is hardly helpful!

@EE while I know abuse cannot be condoned on here, you have to understand that us customers are reporting a National outage and getting very frustrated that you are denying there is a problem and treating us as stupid.

@EE I’ve had horrendous problems trying to access the internet for over 3 weeks now and no one seems to be getting back to me with any valid reason why so I have resorted to Twitter as a last measure to try and resolve this? Can anyone please help?
