@EE It’s due October. I can upgrade early but the cost is ridiculous. It’s cheaper as a new customer and I have been with you guys for yonks so it’s a bit naughty

@EE what is wrong with your customer services in the billing department. Had two very rude and disrespectful staff. One who just transfer me to Apple due to a returns and another just left me on mute and not allowing me to explain the just hung up. Sort this out! @ee

@EE please give me a call on +447584167047 or give me a number to call. My broadband is useless, always dropping signal. I don’t want to pay my bill anymore until I receive better service !!!!!
