  @djmattye @EE Seems to happen on WiFi and 5g phone calls. Resorting to WhatsApp voice calls which work fine. Issue is definitely with network.

  @EE @Vizique During my protracted time wasting with your customer service somewhere along the very long, frustrating line you ascertained that I indeed have a fault. All I am asking is, if I have said fault all I want is an engineer sent round to have a look.

  @EE im not a customer & dont feel comfortable giving my surname & date of birth. Especially as EE was fined for data breach & by ofcom millions of pounds. I will give person who claims to live at my address their account number, my address as they claim to live here & my phone #

  @EE There was no damage on the phone it was 5 weeks old. Now there is i refuse to accept the phone back so I cant be blamed for anymore I cant do an insurancd claim because ive not damaged it and it'd be fraud! But yet theyre telling me its damaged and was when it was sent & it wasnt

  @EE between store snd your repair centre there has been damaged caused to my phone yet all denying it and saying ive caused the damage yet it wasnt logged when booked in!! Won't let me complain! COVER UP!!!

  @EE how on earth can you have 4 bars of signal and 5G and yet you can’t do anything online. Horrendous!
