@EE I presume so, but what about what I’ve overpaid? It’s a small amount that has gone unnoticed but I have paid an extra £50 over the last two years. It seems very wrong as you have no evidence of me agreeing to this charge - because I know I never would have. Customer for 20 years.

@EE Refusal to bring a customers price plan down when their data usage is dramatically reduced is profiteering. Not impressed with pinching the pennies from customers. Unnecessarily inflexible. (Perfectly willing to adjust the contract for me to pay more though, que suprise!)

@EE Hi EE, i have been having signal problems indoors with most of the time no signal at all , this has been going on for the past 4 days , my mum is also with ee and is having the same issues 🙄 it's really problematic
