Jules (@julesw1lko) reported@EE Yep - just spent an hour on the phone. No resolution other than to transition to digital voice which will take till the 8th!!! What’s worse - is your phone people were utterly unrepentant there was an error from EE’s side. I now need to teach a 90 year old to use a mobile for the first time!!

No one to fix my unbreakable wifi .. Utterly disappointing - unable to work or enjoy my paid subscriptions for 5 days .. Dreadful..

Dad's on the emergency roster for energy, cos of oxygen machines, but it's soooo cack-handed. The govt is always blindsided by tech and the lobbyists money. They are all morons
