@EE what can’t I make and receive calls . No 4G or 3G . No service when I am out only if I connect to wifi at home. Can’t even ring EE to find out the problem or get sorted .

@EE hi, I phoned customer service last Monday to update my account with my nhs code. Its still not reflected on my account. Was told to call back if not showing in 7 days. Call times are really long to hoping you can help. Thank you.

Over a week now that the @EE hub has been playing up. Flickers on and off unpredictably, then takes ages to flicker on again. Anyone else having this problem?

Worst companies to deal with following a bereavement @EE claimed we owed them £164 when we didn't..@SouthWestWater not interested in your loss just the money owed on the account... but they gave us 28 days to find £240.... Magic money tree asked for part 1

After something like 16 years, I've finally left @O2 and moved to @EE Signal issues and inconsistent coverage finally made me leave, after a number of calls and no improvement in the mobile reception. Shame, but I get much better signal in King's Hill now.
