@EE It’s due October. I can upgrade early but the cost is ridiculous. It’s cheaper as a new customer and I have been with you guys for yonks so it’s a bit naughty

Not @EE adding random charges to my account telling me outright that it is a system error and forcing me to pay it. Terrible customer service. They also have terrible phone service as well. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Sick of there crap and astronomical pricing.

@EE For over the past week I've been experiencing mobile connectivity issues in Lowestoft. Your website says there is a problem in the area. When is a fix likely? I get no service in areas that were previously great.

Paid @EE on Friday. They claim I never payed them. 1.5 hours of calls to #EE and my bank. @LloydsBank super helpful twice first gave me a code for EE which EE refused to use. Now Lloyds are claiming a refund from EE. EE as ever unhelpful + insist failed/late payment.

@EE My two sims have somehow stopped working, sayin’ register failed. Somehow your company, a whole f*ckin’ EE, can’t do nothing to change it. Tellin’ me to get a new sim and ****. Wtf! Fix it instead, bruv!
