@EE It’s due October. I can upgrade early but the cost is ridiculous. It’s cheaper as a new customer and I have been with you guys for yonks so it’s a bit naughty

@EE I've tried that number before and it asks you for an EE mobile number which I don't have. I got sent a letter today saying I have a late payment. I haven't been a customer since 19th December. I would like a refund on the payment I had to make to be able to apply for a mortgage.

@EE Nope, no time frame given. And considering we have been waiting since the end of Nov for this I think this is awful customer service. Maybe we should switch provider this Nov to someone who fulfills their promises to their customers?
