    @EE It’s due October. I can upgrade early but the cost is ridiculous. It’s cheaper as a new customer and I have been with you guys for yonks so it’s a bit naughty

    @EE in Mauritius and I’m unable to call customer services using my roaming package. It just says call ended, what can I do? I have an iPad coming and I have received no delivery confirmation email/texts but I spoke to a DPD driver on my doorbell as he attempted delivery yesterday

    @EE I contacted you in June regarding my parents tv broadband mobile and land line, ringing 150 was perfect and we received excellent service over the phone, sadly that’s where it ends My mum is now without mobile data, and they have no internet or land line absolutely shocking

    @EE I called 150 and the robot operator took me to the "new interactive service" which took me back to the same broken page, It is broken in web browser and in app

    @SkyHelpTeam is there a problem with the mobile signal or outage as I can't ring my dad on sky network or my mum on @EE and they can't call out to.

    @EE So far- Broadband and phone goes down on Friday. 3hrs in total trying to find out what’s going on. Friday I couldn’t work Waited all day for an engineer to come, no one does Was promised a 4g devise, just found out order wasn’t ready processed. Monday phone gets put down!.

    @EE I am due to get a call from Kevin (around 12.30) only because I went into your Richmond upon Thames shop and Samira was very helpful. Otherwise, as a loyal EE customer, I feel let down and disillusioned with your service, which certainly doesn’t live up to your marketing slogans.

    @EE Please can you confirm if there a network issue as boardband is down and there is no fix with the help recommendations. Is there a global outage. In CO11 area.
