  @EE So today our internet has been down since 10:30am, 30 houses have no internet so there sending an engineer out tomorrow he’s going to be busy!!!!! Why didn’t they just say there’s a site wide outage!!!!.

  @EE We already have every day for the past 5 weeks multiple failed visits it’s been escalated so many times with an open complaint still keep blaming each other, on the verge of cancelling the contract as you’re not providing the service we’ve signed up for and going elsewhere

  @EE well after nearly 4 weeks and numerous calls and posts here we are nearing a resolution- however an engineer has got to attend tomorrow because there is still something wrong with the connection!!!! For heaven’s sake ! But don’t think that’s the end of it

  @Samishlol @EE I'm paying my contract off as it works out cheaper than paying the amount for a service I mistakingly taken up on my recent upgrade for next 24 months & when my TV & Broadband contract finishes that will be cancelled as well

  @WeAreOpenreach @EE If Openreach can’t sort them self out and supply a reliable service, then we should be allowed to cancel our contracts free of charge. It’s a complete shambles that many of us are self employed and can’t work. @Starlink can you come to the rescue!!!!.
