@EE It’s due October. I can upgrade early but the cost is ridiculous. It’s cheaper as a new customer and I have been with you guys for yonks so it’s a bit naughty

@EE have great customer service 👏🏻 thanks to the person I spoke to on the phone, who apologised for keeping me on hold while they sorted something, and was all round kind and understanding 👏🏻

@EE when are you going to fix the service in my area???? Nearly a week of no signal or if I have any it’s 2 bars on 3G compared to 5 bars on 5G I normally get??? Kinda impacts some areas of work I need my phone for.
