@EE It’s due October. I can upgrade early but the cost is ridiculous. It’s cheaper as a new customer and I have been with you guys for yonks so it’s a bit naughty

@EE Hi, I was on your website yesterday and it froze, I tried via Chrome and it worked but was very slow. Now on my normal browser which is Safari I cannot get your site at all.

@EE It was a response to my friend @thetwerkinggirl who had been left without use of a phone when she’s fully insured. You keep responding to her, but yet you haven’t resolved the problem at hand, so maybe you should respond to her DM’s??

@EE any reason why your network is so rubbish today? Nothing is loading on any app requiring a signal yet my phone is showing 2 bars and 4G coverage. Not impressed at all

@EE I've sent my phone off for repair due to it not working, so decided to give me a replacement phone and then send off for repairs but not told it was to cost me although I asked, very annoyed because I could have sent it to my phone insurer. Why am I being charged?!
