@EE It’s not confusing, it’s factually incorrect. It should say remaining not used. I’m making an official complaint, and would appreciate a proper response, rather than some insincere platitudes.

@EE hi I have not recieved my sim card and I'm being charged I dont have a phone number because I've not received the sim card can someone help please

  • HaradineRichard Richard Haradine (@HaradineRichard) reported

@EE so far this year you have advised me 20 times of a problem with the network in my area. Now I'm no expert but maybe you need to change aerial suppliers. And some advice: no signal still = no signal even after restarting my phone... just want a reliable signal 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

  • CherriBalm 🌸 (@CherriBalm) reported

@EE I’m in spain and it’s not allowing me to make calls back to Uk. What do I do? Network is picking up Moviestar.

  • taratomes Tara Tomes (@taratomes) reported

@Pattimwr @EE It’s so frustrating, isn’t it. Like we haven’t already done that. My personal favourite is the request to sign up to service updates, which basically is a daily “there’s a problem that should be fixed within eight hours” text message.

  • lord_lordy Steven Lord (@lord_lordy) reported

@EE it is but I'm not sure it's an external problem - each time I check up upload and download speed it looks ok. I was just asking in case there was a known intermittent outage

  • Farmer54 Nathan Parkes (@Farmer54) reported

@EE is it policy for your advisers to tell customers what they do and don't want? Rude and unhelpful doesn't even cut it
