  @EE Reported my wifi keeps dropping, the lady I spoke to said she could see it had been dropping for a few days & changed the channel. Also said she would send a text with a link if it dropped again - that never happened! Wifi still dropping & spent 20 minutes on phone in a queue.

  @EE I was also promised a call by Tuesday at 11am and that never happened. Im cancelling the service, but I wish to speak to a manager, as its now becoming a legal matter which I am trying to avoid.

  @EE Apparently you have fixed the roaming issue but Im still not connected. I have tried all the 'help' from your AI but nothing has worked, and then that's the end of the conversation! I have no way of calling anyone. What can I do?
