@EE It’s due October. I can upgrade early but the cost is ridiculous. It’s cheaper as a new customer and I have been with you guys for yonks so it’s a bit naughty

@EE The guy on the phone did not really feel sorry. It’s being a long customer and have the same deal than a new one. It’s bit light as customers service. No effort at all

@EE I waited 25 minutes and when I made staff aware that I was there at 15 minutes past my appointment time, they said basically “so what”. I had to wait in the queue like anyone else. There was only one person in the shop and they did not even go into the office and ask for support

@EE 7th no signal, only connect via WiFi. Was advised a new sim would sort this, arrived yesterday and have limited signal and still no Internet. Seems the issue has completely thrown your tech team and they can't explain it. Been with ee for years but maybe a switch is easier.

@EE lack of services in edgware is beyond diabolical. No Internet access at all in the area unless connected to WiFi. Have to leave the area completely to get service. When is the mast going to be completed? The inconvenience caused is incredible.

@EE How #three give a Bette deal and you can’t match it. Also where I live it’s been 3 days that I received text saying there is problems on the network. The deal the guy was giving was the same than a deal for a new customer

@EE I attended your Dartford store yesterday to get an upgrade. I want to let you know that all the staff, but especially Keiran, were very helpful and patient with me. People are quick to complain when things go wrong so I thought I would praise good service
