  @EE why does your internet go down for a few seconds multiple times every evening? If it’s for updates how do I change the time that this happens because it’s exactly when I need it most! Service has been appalling since day dot!

  @EE your service is absolutely shocking,my 86 year old dad still can’t get his WI FI set up,had two engineers visit,try and call but can’t speak to a human,never using you again
