@EE huge help needed. I had my phone stolen so I got my sim blocked. Managed to get a replacement phone and sim. How do I get my old number back

@EE Hi I did call they managed to help me reset my network settings and so far it’s been okay. It’s been one hour so hopefully it stays fine thanks.

@EE worst customer service I have ever experienced ! Terrible WiFi and stuck with a phone and watch my husband didn’t want!! Thank god for @virginmedia allowing us to come straight back as customers and showing what customer service actually is!

@EE How can I actually speak to someone about accessing my account? I've been unable to log in for months and you still seem incapable/unwilling to help. OTP never gets sent to my phone. This new "Digital IVR" nonsense doesn't work, said I'd get a call within 15 minutes 3 hrs ago

@EE I'm a pay monthly customer on the top unlimited package for calls/messages/data. I know I get access to EE WiFi Auto on the undrground, but do we also get access to EE WiFi in towns/cities? Everytime I connect it says you have to pay.

Been bounced around by @EE for weeks – moved from eSIM to physical SIM and still having issues. Longstanding customer and getting nowhere with support. This is beyond frustrating. Can someone actually take ownership and fix this? #EE #CustomerService
