I keep finding I’m in the middle of a data-hungry operation and I’ve been logged off or lost Wi-fi connection. Several months in a row I’ve run out of data as a result.

You are entitled to a transcript of the call when you made your complaint, but not the recording of it

They have cut off my phone service for an overdue bill, because their systems can’t collect money from my bank account or my credit card. I have spent hours on the phone trying to pay them. Jack (@JackCooper92) reported from Aston, England@hayleyjane7 @EE Calls are supposed to be kept for a certain amount of time. Not all calls are recorded though, that’s the only issue. But if that one wasn’t recorded it’s your word against theirs because they can’t do the transcript
