When you call @EE you hear a message that they’ve been voted the best for 8 years. WHAT A JOKE! I have had the worst internet service but locked in 2 year contract even though I haven’t received the service I pay for. Now have to pay another provider just to be able to work.

@EE why do you, as a supposed leader in the tech world, send out eSims by Snail Mail? I am still waiting for one. Surely there must be a more efficient way. And don’t suggest I go to a store. Your staff are rude and unhelpful.

Orders an iPhone 14 pro max upgrade from @EE on the phone after a beyond woeful retail store experience. Told it would be delivered today. Now told it’s not and no idea when. That’s a day off wasted. Thanks EE for reminding me of woeful service.

It is *impossible* to speak to an @EE Team Leader or Manager; I’ve been trying for days to resolve an issue, had callbacks promised that never materialise. Sick to the back teeth. On hold now to get my PAC code to return to @VodafoneUK.

@O2 With all due respect I don’t need these tips to know how to work a phone and ensure it’s data is on etc! Everyone I know on o2 is having appalling signal. My daughters @EE phone works everywhere and I’ll be stood right next to her with 4g showing but actually no signal.

Seriously thinking of ditching @VodafoneUK in favour of @EE. Using Vodafone’s “help” last night to set up mobile data on my Apple Watch resulted in my phone losing connectivity with the mobile phone network. Job is now in a [very ******* long] queue to get reconnected.

@MartinSLewis @EE always seem to be a *lot* faster and more reliable in London, and indeed the pricing reflects this. Are there any ways to get deals / offers to bring EE pricing down in line with the rest? They seem to be a good £5-7 more expensive for the middle (20-50gb) data bundles

@EE The store have been ok - its the logistics that have let them down. I’m expecting reasonable renegotiation of contract, esp. given the monthly fee will be going up in a couple of months, on top of up-front extra charge
