    It is *impossible* to speak to an @EE Team Leader or Manager; I’ve been trying for days to resolve an issue, had callbacks promised that never materialise. Sick to the back teeth. On hold now to get my PAC code to return to @VodafoneUK.

    @O2 With all due respect I don’t need these tips to know how to work a phone and ensure it’s data is on etc! Everyone I know on o2 is having appalling signal. My daughters @EE phone works everywhere and I’ll be stood right next to her with 4g showing but actually no signal.

    When you call @EE you hear a message that they’ve been voted the best for 8 years. WHAT A JOKE! I have had the worst internet service but locked in 2 year contract even though I haven’t received the service I pay for. Now have to pay another provider just to be able to work.

    @EE This sums it up you have this all wrong - the In store team were brilliant but you won’t let them do everything- you now brush me off with a patronising statement like this - how poor is your customer centric approach or do you even have one - don’t blame the store !

    @EE I have been trying to access myee app for 2 days and it keeps saying there is a problem. I have deleted and reinstalled it. Can't hang on hold forever either. Need to send data to my son. What's going on?

    @EE yes it kept taking me to the login page on the app and my laptop. I was on live chat for over an hour and went through 3 different advisors. I kept refreshing the page you had stock then all sold out while chatting to one. He told me to try any add on but its still not working
