    @EE Come on...you can't defend this.... The performance is poor and certainly not what a 4g user would expect. You should've providing more bandwidth to share in known busy places... If I was out in the countryside or in the lake District I a could understand but not as KX station

    @EE Thank you Peter W on this occasion EE have failed on ever count and I’m angry and saddened that after being a loyal customer with EE I’m treated in the way I’m being treated by EE and it’s staff. Just think it time to cut my ties with EE when my contract up

    Since @EE put my bill up (WITHOUT NOTIFICATION!!!) my internet has been VERY slow. Taken 20 minutes to get @primevideouk to load. Then nothing but buffering. @BBCiPlayer is STILL loading. Such bullshit!

    @Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

    Why are companies like @EE rolling out 5G when they can’t even get the capital city to have signal strong enough to make a call for more than 5 mins without having failures. It happens too often in London at so many locations it’s insane. Money wasted on ‘better’ than improving!

    @EE I can only add data to my 4GEE service if I disconnect my WiFi. Which means I can no longer reach my 4G router using the 4GEE SIM. You haven't thought this through, have you?

    @BangkokRam @jonesstevene @EE To be fair, you could go O2 SIMO and then you can upgrade it at anytime to another SIMO deal or the same one. So you could upgrade it just after the price increase to knock the price down again. We have EU roaming as standard.

    @EE yrs as cust w/3 phone accts, EE cust services killed my loyalty + its poor website & app. Aimed to renew sim only contract but other deals better, incl uswitch deal w/ee. EE replied it treats @UswitchUK customers worse than direct ones. A lie & poor that EE agents peddle it.
