@JudyMansfield @EE No network is better than another unfortunately Judy ... I'm with EE and rarely get a good signal here in London in my own home. They also keep upping their prices, so make sure they give you a good deal.

@EE although I have had the Welcome texts from 150 on my iPad so I can definitely get texts from you, it’s just the MyEE registration code that’s not come through, although your colleague did help me top up by debit card over the phone which seems to have worked OK. 2/2

@watson_sonny @EE I've done my latest with no problems, they used to be around twice a year, but seem to be one a month lately, I've looked into it online, and the consensus seems to be the pros outweigh the cons, so ; annoying as they are, guess we're all stuck with them.

You have to hand it to @BTGroup and @EE - announce a substantial price increase (CPI of 5.4% *plus* 3.9%) but try to soften it by noting they use "renewable electricity" and answer their calls in the "UK and Ireland". How does that help pay the bills? 😬

@carolynharris24 @EE Oh I had one of these "deals" too - they offered a "free" iPad, never mentioned they were charging a monthly fee on it. We never used the iPad once - only realised we'd been charged a year later.

@EE received letter telling me an ipad expired in 2016 due to renew. Despite numerous calls to upgrade phones and WiFi over these years, this device never mentioned.Nice ******* phone offered me a 3-month refund as an offer of good will! I don't think so !! Waiting on callback.

@EE Yet the network and the service is getting worse and your profits are increasing? I have nothing against @EE as a business they have been great when I first joined. Just the slow decline is making the increase in cost less and less worth it
