    @Ofcom Thanks, I will. The inability to turn off @EE's voicemail on their digital voice landlines is a serious, unresolved issue.

    @EE That is what I'm reporting. If the only way to check if there is a problem with signal is to go to an area with signal to check, that's not very useful in an area with no signal. Is there no way to submit a signal reading to help in the future?

    @EE's broadband: TERRIBLE DON'T GET IT, JUST BECAUSE IT'S CHEAP DOESN'T MEAN YOU SHOULD GET IT. I'm actually sick of them and my dad, refused to leave them because they're cheap and stuck us with shitty broadband again for 2 years ๐Ÿ™ƒ๐Ÿฅด๐Ÿ™ƒ #FixMyBroadbandEE

    Appalling service from @ee @samsung @Bluewater. Booked 8:30pm repair to splitting screen on Flip phone and firstly they said it's too late to repair it, so why offer such a time and secondly a small mark on the outside of the phone means that a poorly manufactured, and 1/2

    @EE Thanks after spending about two hours waiting to chat to a customer service representative. I am completely shocked to see the horrible service provided by him. God forbid I was paying for a service.โ€ฆ. Ohโ€ฆ wait. I am!

    @madebygoogle @EE when will there be a fix for the WiFi connection issues between the EE routers and certain Pixel phones. I have an 8pro and have constant disconnects and have to reset the WiFi all the time. No one seems to have a solution.

    I am so gutted I canโ€™t watch @WestHam all thanks to @btsport and @EE when I pay ยฃ15 a month for a service and now I can not log in because my BT ID no longer works and get told I have to wait 72 hours for it to be sorted. Absolute Joke. ๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก

    @EE Done that, been told to suck it up. That's what 37 years as a customer does. Don't worry, I wont take out new stuff with you but I'll keep my mobile with you as your charges are ok. But nothing else I'm afraid and in March 2027 I'll cancel this dumb SIM card and forget about it

    @DerekAllan61 @EE My wife and I buy brand new mobiles every 3 years (usually Xiaomi previous years model at knocked down price) and have our sim with Talkmobile. Has been ยฃ5 per month for years for 10 years, just every now and then they increase the data allowed. Never been a problem.

    @EE just had a representative of EE at my door saying they are "fixing peoples problem with slow Internet". He then asked my my ISP. This is a unhanded way of trying to get people to switch if they didn't know any better. @CTSI_UK
