    @EE if I move to your network in November, would my 4G data be subjects to blocks from certain streaming servers? Only Iโ€™m sure @VodafoneUK who Iโ€™m currently with have blocked my access to steaming servers with which I do my live radio shows

    I joined @EE not 4 weeks ago. Check out their record... 1) sent my chip to the wrong address 2) conflated my account with them with some other poor soul. Therefore mixing all and theirs details! 3) then after 3weeks of no phone use, they send me a data only sim... Meanwhile...

    @MarcAllera today between 1400 - 1500, my friend and I received the worst customer service ever at @EE in Walworth London SE17. Basically, the agentโ€™s rude attitude was raised as a problem and he became aggressive, raised his hand ready to assault and asked us to leave the shop!

    @EE what is going on? Can't connect to the App, my 5G is just about getting 3Mbs. The service is supposed to be the best coverage in the country. I live in London and I feel like I have dial up speeds. Sort it out. I'm sick of this, it's constantly happening. No I won't DM you

    @EE That is what I'm reporting. If the only way to check if there is a problem with signal is to go to an area with signal to check, that's not very useful in an area with no signal. Is there no way to submit a signal reading to help in the future?

    Appalling service from @ee @samsung @Bluewater. Booked 8:30pm repair to splitting screen on Flip phone and firstly they said it's too late to repair it, so why offer such a time and secondly a small mark on the outside of the phone means that a poorly manufactured, and 1/2

    @EE Without Internet Alexa just sits there telling them she's having trouble connecting, try again later. Unfortunately she doesn't have the memory to remember how many times she's been asked that before to give a different reply.

    @briavelsjon @EE That is literally what I did. I logged it with the the app and I tweeted it here. There was no signal in somewhere I'll likely go back too. Is it a dead spot? If I don't say anything, nothing will change. I really could log onto indoor WiFi where there was no signal? Whose?

    @EE hi there why has the broadband internet become so poor recently. When I switched a few months back from @virginmedia the signal was always reliable around 50 to 60mbps never dropping out. Recently keeps dropping out to below 2mbps which is the reason I switched from virgin.

    @robbopalmer @EE They miss sold me their latest package and then tried to add on extra charges for the parts of the package that they had already promised were included. I cancelled within 14 days but they then charged me for early termination and equipment I never had. Absolute racketeering.

    @EE your service absolutely shocking Iโ€™m on your customer care line for the 3rd weekend running,due to poor internet performance. After 30 mins in the queue to be disconnected coz you tech service is now finished !!

    @EE why does your internet go down for a few seconds multiple times every evening? If itโ€™s for updates how do I change the time that this happens because itโ€™s exactly when I need it most! Service has been appalling since day dot!
