    @EE Finally out of the store! Tablets/system.. they had to switch to the main computer but that was slow too.. think it was credit check was slow or problematic because it wasn’t working on the tablet 2/3 times.

    @EE Yes - I believe the issue is that @bt_uk can't get a technician out change the line over. Which is understandable, people let you down, especially outside of your organisation. I'm just dissappointed with 1) The time it took to tell me that the agreed date was no longer happening

    @EE I've spoken to about 12 people from EE so far! Asked for a PAC code got a PUK code. Had to go back only to be told i can't have a PAC code for 24 hours and they will ring my EE phone (That never works as EE is always down) to give it to me. lol You can't make this stuff up.

    .@EE put this in your file for bad customer service. After 11+ years of loyalty as both a mobile and broadband customer tomorrow I move house. Despite doing everything asked of me and being told over the phone that my broadband will be ready on my move day I am told 4 days before

    @EE so upset! topped my phone up at 12:30am last night, went to sleep and woke up to find all 43.5GB of my data had been used by 4am while i slept (and had data turned off) customer service said they can’t do anything and i just need to buy a new pack?43.5gb used up in 3.5 hours?

    @EE Do @EE and @BT not have the technical capability to provide an alternative while it is down. Lots of roadworks around SE23 and SE26, so I guess a spade has gone through cables.

    I find it funny when @EE offer me 500 mb p/s WiFi but it takes over 3 months for @BTOpenreach1 3 god damn months to even consider getting the gigabit server in my area. Don’t offer a service you can’t instantly offer ee

    Eventually spoke to someone at @EE who seemed to know what they were doing, within minutes he'd sent me a QR code so I could return the unwanted phone. Why this took 7 calls, and 2 visits to a store over 5 weeks, before it was even mentioned as an solution is beyond me

    @EE i went into the store as well and they told me that nothing can be done. even the people who rang me earlier couldn’t understand why my data was used up so quickly in my sleep. i can try ringing again but they spoke to ‘level 2’ or something on the phone and they couldn’t help
