    @ee #5G #mobile Poor 5G speed from EE. Even after tech support refreshed the network only getting speed 45meg down 2meg up. 4G was so much better. Wasted money changing to a โ€œfasterโ€ 5G as itโ€™s shite. Ongoing now for 4 months.

    @minidvr @EE Itโ€™s the first time itโ€™s been completely down since weโ€™ve been here but they did take months fixing the dodgy line into the vicarage. Main issue is I have Zoom and Google Meet meeting today and I will have to use up my data on mobile to do them.

    I always had totally respect for EE @ee but after speaking to one the Executive Customer Resolution Team This has left doubt in my mind one rude man unhelpful all I want is receive a good service in the DA9 area feel let down as a customer๐Ÿ˜ข๐Ÿ˜ก#DA9 #serviceissues @MarcAllera

    I joined @EE not 4 weeks ago. Check out their record... 1) sent my chip to the wrong address 2) conflated my account with them with some other poor soul. Therefore mixing all and theirs details! 3) then after 3weeks of no phone use, they send me a data only sim... Meanwhile...

    @EE on hold to customer service for 20 minutes, then when itโ€™s answered they immediately hang up. Ahhhh! No wonder thereโ€™s โ€œhigh volumeโ€ on your cancellations line (Not me being a Karen ๐Ÿ‘€)

    @EE really you ******* penalised me for not paying my phone bill but you ******* can't even fix the ******* EE App as I said before the ee app is ****** because it doesn't allow me to look at my bills which gives me the option to pay my bills

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE The UK mobile companies have been dealing with massive 4G and 5G investment costs and ever decreasing margins due to reducing contract prices. Meanwhile mobile use continues to rise leading to network congestion. All part of a healthy competitive market you might say.

    Iโ€™m so glad Iโ€™m out of contract with @EE finally!!!!! Never in my life have I seen a company go downhill so rapidly over the last few years. Canโ€™t use apps if Iโ€™m not at home connected to wifi. Any good network in Pembrokeshire??? Please do NOT respond EE. I donโ€™t care.

    @EE Apparently thats already been done, but it hasnt. My broadband speed has been diabolical for over a year. I raised this in February this year. Since then your service has been nothing short of disgusting. Ive phoned again this morning and have been "promised" a call today.....
