  • suhailpatel Suhail Patel (@suhailpatel) reported from London, England

@Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

  • life_of_nads Life of Nads (@life_of_nads) reported from City of London, England

@Evertonzck @ThreeUK @Apple @EE @TheO2 @VodafoneUK Waited 2 hours to speak to customer relations at Three. Finally someone explained to me that it’s basically because Apple hasn’t delivered the phones to anyone and they’re waiting for a new batch...

@EE Thank you Peter W on this occasion EE have failed on ever count and I’m angry and saddened that after being a loyal customer with EE I’m treated in the way I’m being treated by EE and it’s staff. Just think it time to cut my ties with EE when my contract up

  • timpar2109 tim parsons (@timpar2109) reported from Poplar, England

  • sxcmitha Salima Chitalya Mitha (@sxcmitha) reported from Islington, England

@EE Hi David, thanks for your lovely msg. Sadly, after 20 yrs I think it’s time for me to leave @EE. Apart from the EE’s Social Media team I’ve only ever had really bad customer service. It shouldn’t be like this; EE is too big to care. Thanks for trying.

  • TrevBenton79 Trevor Benton (@TrevBenton79) reported from City of London, England

@EE I’ve had some messages online today with your team but there doesn’t seem to be any commitment or emphasis to try and keep me as your customer considering I’ve been with you for over 10 years #EE #eecustomerservice

Dear @O2 why in Northfleet where a good signal used to be found. Is it now complete toilet I’ve been a customer for many years but due to the terrible inconsistencies I may have to look to @EE or @VodafoneUK as they have far superior signal strength here. Is this going to improve

@EE Given that your average home broadband router has a 192.168.1.x address with a /24 subnet, most broadband will support up to 254 devices, so 100 devices is not really a selling point. Not saying performance would be any good…but it is do-able

  • SapAud Sapere ✝️ Aude 🎸 ◦ Ḓ🄹@🆖☉ 🦁🧡 (@SapAud) reported

@EE Hello, It isn't about 'feeling' that way - what else are we supposed to do? Plusnet said that there are no plans to offer Wi-Fi calling and so there is no choice in the matter - we have to find a network which does. Browsing the Plusnet forum, I imagine that we are not alone.
