Honestly regret going with @ee - after all of the sim issues this week when they ineptly cancelled my phone it turns out they also didn’t put me on to a 5G plan despite promising on the phone that they had. Why are mobile phone companies so useless

So after 3 of @EE #broadband "quality" assurance team break their appointments with no apologies with one lying about trying to phone late, the fourth says reason for poor service is my @Sonos equipment. So I have to live without sounds for 24hrs. #ee #badcustomerservice

@EE Giffgaff has unlimited everything for £35 and even that is very expensive and crazy for the price in the current day’s we are living networks need to help their customers

@EE just had the absolute displeasure of speaking to EE Mobile CS. Explained the network problem at my new place and added the agony we have had with EE BB. Must say consistent service by both the CS teams, zero Fs given by them 👌🏼 Can’t wait to finish my obligatory contract.

Wow @EE customer service is about as effective as it's new app - which looks like it's been designed my 3 year olds and has none of the functions it previously had. On hold again for over 20 minutes to get them to sort out the last **** ups from the previous call this week. Fun!
