@EE my 4G is still terrible even though you say it’s now resolved. With bt wifi crashed I can’t use phone as a hotspot as your signal is so poor. I’m out of contract and will now be off to another provider.

@EE hi there why has the broadband internet become so poor recently. When I switched a few months back from @virginmedia the signal was always reliable around 50 to 60mbps never dropping out. Recently keeps dropping out to below 2mbps which is the reason I switched from virgin.

Hey @ee your 4g signal is a bit rubbish in my house, especially downstairs, whereas @ThreeUK was really excellent but sadly (for them) they don't do the watch SIM. Is there any way I can improve it? Or can you just put some more masts up and move to 5g asap. Thanks 👍

@EE You can't help its not in your remitt. Rachel passed it on. I even told the lady who called to forget smart watches, ear buds and just reduce my contract renewal price to compensate but nothing. I've been with you lot since you took over from Orange but this is my last contract.

@EE Hi Jess, it had previously but that number was moved onto another SIM card. Honestly, at this point I’ll just wait for the posted SIM card, I’m just amazed that EEs processes are so cumbersome and that the one time I needed a quick resolution to something I couldn’t get it.
