Been trying to get through since 9.30am to resolve the issue of them sending the WRONG phone and wanting to give in my Pack Code and they are literally hanging up the phone on you after holding 30 mins. Been contacting customer service for 4 months and they never call back or even sort out any issues. EE is hardly 5G No1 it’s a poor unrealible service.

Your conventional telephone plugs in to the router and voice calls are digital Broadband connection may be fixed wireless access but this has got nothing to do with WiFi

Now they can't guarantee being able to phone for assistance during a power cut. Had to get new mobiles because 3G was turned off yet I work in parts of the country with no signal at all.

CraigH (@cragz_uk) reported@stuuk11 @LeilaniDowding @EE Copper is being phased out for Fibre Optic not WIFI. Maybe its different for mobile companies but you would have to be insane to get your home phone and internet service with a mobile network company.
