@EE I was given false information, the lady that signed my new contract assured me it was cheaper than the previous year, that turned out not to be true and now there's a £4 rise. Time for a change, the huge increase in the cost of living benefits EE but not the customer

@EE If you work for ee then my issues has gone to complaints and no manager had attempted to call me like advisor have said. I spoke to on the web chat who clearly was reading from a script saying he’s a manager. But wasn’t even in this country.

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK are THE worst company I have ever, ever had to deal with. The customer service online, on the phone, everything is just diabolical. Thank god I left and went to @EE who’s customer service are impeccable.

Imagine finding £240 worth of fraud @GooglePlay charged on your @EE phone bill. It’s inconvenient but surely they will do everything they can to help??? NOT A CHANCE!!!!! Google want correlation ids, ee can’t/won’t provide them. And neither of them care.
