Simon Archer (@BelvedereVicar) reported from Crayford, England
@minidvr @EE It’s the first time it’s been completely down since we’ve been here but they did take months fixing the dodgy line into the vicarage. Main issue is I have Zoom and Google Meet meeting today and I will have to use up my data on mobile to do them.
-
Markus Mühlberger (@mmuehlberger) reported from London, England
Thanks again @Experian_UK for being a shitty company. You are messing with my life. After 18 minutes on hold, your employee just hung up. I have no bad credit, but can’t get a £20/mo phone contract with @EE, because you’re not willing to identify me (or help you do it).
-
KATEGEORGINA (@KATEELDRIDGEx) reported from Sutton at Hone, England
@EE you are literally the worst network. ! I pay £100 a month for people to say on the other end of the phone I can’t hear you !!! Sort your network out !!!!
-
Nicky Hanson (@HansonNicky) reported from Basildon, England
@EE every avenue I try to contact you with to terminate my contract doesn’t work! I’ve tried calling 150 (got cut off), live chat doesn’t work. Just want to terminate my contract as of November 30th. It shouldn’t be this hard!
-
PapaQ69 (@AddicksGlenn69) reported from Bromley, England
@EE I tried the link it was the same. Also ....no I never received anything else after the call but Taylor did say when I was on the call it was all sorted. Which in fairness to her, it was.

-
AgentGrizzle ™ © (@AgentGrizzle) reported from Tottenham, England
Hello @EE 👋 Just wondered, as a current customer on a soon to be expired Swappable Benefits plan with you, if I were to put my SIM card into a 5G enabled phone, would I gain access to 5G signal or would I still only have 4G access? (Hope this makes sense)
-
Warren (@warrenmcgrath1) reported from Bromley, England
@EE Problem solved since this.
-
Mr Martin Calder (@Mr_MartinCalder) reported from Walthamstow, England
@EE Also this network (EE) has to improve the signal/coverage at my post code E178SN on 3&4&5G is rubbish for everyone in Walthamstow London

-
Emyr Glyn Rees (@emirrelevant) reported from Tottenham, England
. @EE I’ve been requesting a call back from your business support for over a month but getting nothing. Call in, I get an answer phone saying try later. Currently paying over the odds because contract is up and you have no interest in helping me. Call me, please.
-
Markus Mühlberger (@mmuehlberger) reported from London, England
@ExperianExperts @Experian_UK @EE It is not EE’s decision, if you’re unable to provide me with a credit report claiming you can’t “identify who I am”, while NEVER asking for additional details or evidence. I’ve been trying for 8 months now to get this sorted.
-
Hugo Slime (@HugoSlime) reported from Walthamstow, England
So after 3 of @EE #broadband "quality" assurance team break their appointments with no apologies with one lying about trying to phone late, the fourth says reason for poor service is my @Sonos equipment. So I have to live without sounds for 24hrs. #ee #badcustomerservice
-
𝕂𝕚𝕣𝕤𝕥𝕪 (@custard71) reported from Tottenham, England
@EE my internet is down 🥺🥺🥺
-
Mr Martin Calder (@Mr_MartinCalder) reported from Walthamstow, England
@EE your pay and go price plan are overpriced and very expensive I mean 60GB for £30 is a rip off as with the smarty network price plan at £18 for unlimited everything!!!...
-
Warren (@warrenmcgrath1) reported from Bromley, England
@EE are there any outages or problems in Bromley? Internet down and has been most of the day.
-
Emyr Glyn Rees (@emirrelevant) reported from Tottenham, England
@davechaps @EE Bruv. They are ***************, and about £45 a month too much from me. Business customer too. Idiots.
-
James Gill (@JamesGillComedy) reported from Bromley, England
Fair play to @EE. They've clearly watched The Social Dilemma and been worried about me. Thankfully, I can never get a signal where I live so my phone is practically useless. #wellness #DigitalDetox 🙏
-
GraemeT (@75Snapper) reported from London, England
@EE come on guys the wife has two callbacks regarding an upgrade process that’s gone wrong at this rate you’ll be losing a valuable customer or even still lost it already #notahappywife

@EE just upgraded to iPhone 14 Pro Max. Whilst chatting to the extremely helpful, funny Sasha I told her I’d been with Orange -> EE since 1997. She told me she wasn’t born… Crushed 😭 Sasha was brilliant & the new digital service is a doddle. #EE #feelingold
-
Vicky Clutterbuck (@Vikc32) reported
@EE No signal in Newbury for a week now. Whole family and work colleagues affected. Is there a problem in the area?
-
Vicky (@vickysky24) reported
@EE been a loyal customer of yours for over 20yrs way before you were EE back when you were Orange and now your increasing my bill by £9.43 and I’m going to be paying £75 so I will be leaving you when my contract is up I think what you have done is disgusting!!
-
Adam Shearsmith (@adamshearsmith) reported
@EE I'm a new customer and just had an email saying my phone bill is going up £7.36 a month. This is apparently to match the CPI (inflation rate) You do realise you don't have to match that rate. That's why people are struggling. Your now adding more to that inflation rate.
-
skeng’sther. (@esthergbenz) reported
@EE @jasebyjason I too am having problems with my signal! Wasn’t too happy about the price increase either
-
John Downes (@John_2799) reported
@EE Not ramping up everyones bills mid contract by a unprecedented amount would be helpful. Not blaming inflation would be helpful. Not saying a 20% line rental discount will kick in when it never will would be helpful. I'll just sit back and wait, and see which issue gets help first
-
Owen Vincent (@Username_Valid2) reported
Money greedy .. everyone's over here going up by £3.. @PetsatHome hay now £5, @Plusnet extra £3 which is going over limit of set money i have going into debt meanwhile @EE greedy bleeps going I know let's add £7.50 .. talk about making money out of a bad situation and its not
-
Nadia (@NadiaSMS) reported
@EE WTF?! We wanted to let you know that on or after 31 March 2023, your price plan for the following number will increase by £11.09 a month. This increase is linked to inflation in line with your terms and conditions What a joke!
-
soph (@sophsleia) reported
@EE I’m trying to transfer my old number on to my new phone, but the transfer form link just keeps taking me back to the help page- is there any way I could receive the form directly?
-
James Lewis (@jamesLewis84) reported
@EE Is there first of all awareness and plans to fix the terrible mobile network speeds in Leeds? Ok around 07:30 and gets progressively worse as the day goes on.
