    @EE hi there why has the broadband internet become so poor recently. When I switched a few months back from @virginmedia the signal was always reliable around 50 to 60mbps never dropping out. Recently keeps dropping out to below 2mbps which is the reason I switched from virgin.

    Oh what joy paying for the pleasure and expense of having a EE 5 g mobile phone then look at the signal on the screen and it says 3G eeer something thing is wrong here @EE

    @EE so how comes you guys aren't extending signal coverage to Ackers Fold, Wigan, WN7 4BQ the cell coverage is pathetic. And their about to hike another 400 homes that side

    @EE still waiting for my 5G SIM card which I ordered on Wednesday morning. Allowing for Covid delays, would have expected it here by now via first class post. If you weren’t the only decent 5G signal round here, would be thinking about cancelling! 😳

    @EE I have no 5G signal in the TW9 area when two weeks ago it was on full I was told there are no issue in that area but clearly there is. Not had a single second of 5G in same Area. Did all steps on my phone to see so I assume it’s a transmitter issue your end. Barnaby

    @EE Oh, yes, its all sorted. Apparently it was an outage country wide and affected quite a lot of people, not just me. It was fixed after about 24hrs and a member of customer service was kind enough to keep me informed.

    @BenConsiglio @EE I've had problems since toping up with a PAYG voucher since 3 days back. It topped up but in this new app it had it as credit and not a £10 pack. CS activated the pack but still no data but I can make calls.

    @EE service in Hampshire appalling and been to Isle of Wight today is even worse. @NokiaMobile G50 owned for 7 months, very laggy, slow, battery only lasts for half a day. Not fit for purpose. Would like a response please and to give notice on EE account
