  • Mattyyy_YMCMB
    Mattyyy (@Mattyyy_YMCMB) reported

@EE Hi. I’ve just gone onto the EE app and there are random phone numbers appearing on my account? When I should only have 2 associated numbers with my account. Is this a bug? Or the app is having issues?

  • theGrimey
    Tobes (@theGrimey) reported

@EE @EE your option here is to escalate this appropriately, such as @bt_uk did historically with a similar issue (and before this godforsaken merger saw such a decline in service quality) - or I shall opt to seek your executives out directly.

  • T_Northernbloke
    Andrew Harbot-Taylor (@T_Northernbloke) reported

@Farmeronecow @O2 That's why I left. Well that and when I complained about the signal I got told I needed to buy land and get planning permission myself and then they would look at putting one up. Moved back to @EE and normal service resumes.

  • LasallianSean
    AnnunciationSean (@LasallianSean) reported

@EE Sorry, are you suggesting that the issue was that I didn't wait long enough on hold and that I should do the same thing again?

  • AIIsopp
    Allsopp (@AIIsopp) reported

Moved into my new house end of March and still no broadband with @EE. Absolutely piss poor. Day 14 of hot spotting off the work phone. Let’s see what the 3rd @WeAreOpenreach visit brings when again, they stand round a socket, headscratching, looking like they’ve been lobotomised.
