    @EE I have had the most shocking & disgraceful service from EE!! Stuck with @apple iPhone 11 Pro which cannot contect to network, no service while looking after my 100 year old grandmother. Exec office sent me to a shop to get a loan phone, which EE aren’t allowed to do.

    @Liam_Saunders_ @EE Their all as bad as each other I’m sure! I pay for 80 get about 5! They do their test which is a copy and paste job and tell me I’m wrong! If I’m watching iPlayer and using my phone at the same time the tv stops dead!! Brilliant service from @sky

    @EE It goes from bad to worse!!!! Just waited 10 mins to be served in Sainsburys Emersons green only to be ignored and the guy jumps to the young lad who just walked in. On way to O2. Highly advise to stay away from EE folks!

    @EE has anyone from #EE ever travelled from Bristol to Manchester by train and experienced quite the worst connectivity I have ever seen in the UK - not even 3G for the majority of the journey! Looking forward to @Blu_Wireless providing #5G powered trackside Wifi in future.

    @O2 can’t believe you Discriminate against people with learning disabilities. I can’t drive ever so no need for d/licence and to scared to travel abroad so no passport. I was a loyal customer that will be joining @EE as they happy to help

    After being 20 years with @EE contract, there customer service (now I'm on pay as you go) has reached an all time low. Actively looking at other providers.

    seriously @EE - it's now 3 weeks that you've been reporting (and we've been experiencing) bad coverage in OX9. Broadband speeds <5MBs - it's not workable. WHEN are you going to fix the network

    @EE I have moved my shared date contract to pay as you go, one of number gone through and another not, even I cannot access internet and buy any date right now.Thanks for horrible experience after 6 years contract with EE!!! Just making life harder than it is today.

    @EE I have change my contract to pay as you go for 2 numbers ,they misinformed me and don't have internet now, even I am not able to buy date.Waiting about an hour on the line and they couldn't sort that out and line cut off. Horrible customer service after 6 years with them!!

    @EE Hi! I rang last month on my fellas behalf to change his direct debit date as he keeps getting charged late fees! We was assured it had been changed but he’s got a text saying the original date? Please help as the late fees really add up 😩
