    @EE I wish to formally complain that you are not making it easy to move an eSIM to a new phone. Apple have a process for this but you have not implemented it. It is maddening and a bad user experience that you have to send me a new QR code in the post. In the post ffs.

    @EE Going to leave this so-called network on the day of end of contract....It doesn't work, numerous faults, extraordinarily expensive and a rip-off.

    @EE I have had the most shocking & disgraceful service from EE!! Stuck with @apple iPhone 11 Pro which cannot contect to network, no service while looking after my 100 year old grandmother. Exec office sent me to a shop to get a loan phone, which EE aren’t allowed to do.

    @EE Oh well off to care phone whare house I do sim only better for me as used to be with you only when it came time to up grade never ever did I get a phone I wanted ony what you wanted to give and I'd been with orange as you were since 18 years old first mobile motorala.

    @Liam_Saunders_ @EE Their all as bad as each other I’m sure! I pay for 80 get about 5! They do their test which is a copy and paste job and tell me I’m wrong! If I’m watching iPlayer and using my phone at the same time the tv stops dead!! Brilliant service from @sky

    Awful service from @EE in Bristol, (Mangotsfield). My mum has been without service since last Friday albeit an hour here and there. Lots of people are in the same boat. EE £40 refund for these people is a joke! Can’t supply the service, all contracts null & void? @BristolLive

    @EE It goes from bad to worse!!!! Just waited 10 mins to be served in Sainsburys Emersons green only to be ignored and the guy jumps to the young lad who just walked in. On way to O2. Highly advise to stay away from EE folks!

    @EE has anyone from #EE ever travelled from Bristol to Manchester by train and experienced quite the worst connectivity I have ever seen in the UK - not even 3G for the majority of the journey! Looking forward to @Blu_Wireless providing #5G powered trackside Wifi in future.

    @O2 @virginmedia @EE Well deserved, we are so impressed! Our area isn't even covered by Virgin so we were nervous about trying another provider but for the last (3 years in April 2022), we have had maybe 3 occasions when our internet has been down for max 5 minutes... Pretty awesome if you ask me! X

    @MarcAllera @EE Relatively big town like Thornbury has barely and signal in many places. Despite your map showing good coverage outdoors and indoors. Message every day there’s a fault it’s becoming a joke.

    @ee If I enable "wifi calling" on the cellular telephone; how do I make an emergency call when away from a wifi connection? [unfortunately wheelchair-dependancy = more likely chance of 'emergency' occurrence.]
