    @EE Disappointed? More like ripped off? Buy a new phone and SEPARATELY buy a new plug? So far,so #unsustainable I was told what a loyal, wonderful customer I was for staying with EE but failed to mention I needed a ruddy new plug!!! How? From where? What if I had limited mobility?

    @EE Waited week & half for new phone: it comes WITHOUT A PLUG? which has to be PURCHASED SEPARATELY?!! I cant use the handset I have signed up for. Unbelievable. Also, what a waste of plastic - what am I supposed to do with the perfectly good old one? @Ofcom #Sustainability fail

    @EE I’m trying to unlock an Huawei P30 lite that I got from yourselves in Feb but your website isn’t recognising the IMEI number and Iv spoken to you 3 times on the phone. Keep getting told to go on the website! Please help!!

    Awful service from @EE in Bristol, (Mangotsfield). My mum has been without service since last Friday albeit an hour here and there. Lots of people are in the same boat. EE £40 refund for these people is a joke! Can’t supply the service, all contracts null & void? @BristolLive

    @JirwinArt @O2 I know how you feel. In the centre of Bath, O2 is horrendous. I managed to get their attention and had someone call me to tell me that they were aware of the network congestion and were working on it. I’ll be going to @EE as soon as I can

    @EE @WeAre8Official I only switched my family to @EE for the first time last year. My contract is up in January 2022. If you persist in this idiotic idea you've lost three contracts from me. Funny how no other network needs to screw it's customers in this way to, "invest in the network".

    @EE I wish to formally complain that you are not making it easy to move an eSIM to a new phone. Apple have a process for this but you have not implemented it. It is maddening and a bad user experience that you have to send me a new QR code in the post. In the post ffs.

    @EE Can you please sort out your network infrastructure in the Gower. I get that it’s far from the most populated part of the uk, but it gets busy during the summertime, I have 2 or 3 bars of 5G but connections speeds are never better than 1 or 2 mbps down so it’s unusable!

    @EE just seems never ending with EE app, got all sorted previously, but now can get a data reading in the app, tried 150 they can't sort it, changed email and password, uninstalled and reinstalled app but to no avail, I need to see my data info but app won't show it...

    @EE Hello, I have a problem during my visit to Britain to spend a 15-day vacation. When I left, I called the company’s number to cancel the Internet package and I was surprised that one of your employees gave me a two-year contract. This is wrong. I hope you can help me solve this p
