So far,so #unsustainable I was told what a loyal, wonderful customer I was for staying with EE but failed to mention I needed a ruddy new plug!!! How? From where? What if I had limited mobility?

I managed to get their attention and had someone call me to tell me that they were aware of the network congestion and were working on it. I’ll be going to @EE as soon as I can

If you persist in this idiotic idea you've lost three contracts from me. Funny how no other network needs to screw it's customers in this way to, "invest in the network".

Apple have a process for this but you have not implemented it. It is maddening and a bad user experience that you have to send me a new QR code in the post. In the post ffs.

MS (@m_shinkwin) reported@EE Can you please sort out your network infrastructure in the Gower. I get that it’s far from the most populated part of the uk, but it gets busy during the summertime, I have 2 or 3 bars of 5G but connections speeds are never better than 1 or 2 mbps down so it’s unusable!
