@EE I wish to formally complain that you are not making it easy to move an eSIM to a new phone. Apple have a process for this but you have not implemented it. It is maddening and a bad user experience that you have to send me a new QR code in the post. In the post ffs.

  • AdzCrawford2003
Adam Crawford (@AdzCrawford2003) reported from Bathford, England

@EE you can actually give a timeframe on network issues unlike @VodafoneUK who take 2 months to fix problems. That’s what I call quality. Glad to be working for you and @btcareers this year on my apprenticeship.

  • SupriyaKaur
Supri (@SupriyaKaur) reported from Bristol, England

Terrible customer phone service from @EE today BUT I went into store and the customer service was great. All sorted now so I’m happy #RetailPriceIndex

@littlenaughty38 @MarcAllera @EE After almost 4yrs of promises that it would improve at my home, I was told that it was not going to happen and tech support said “as you are near the end of your contract, you know what to do....leave!” Left for #vodafone, better coverage, speeds and can make/take calls at home!

@JirwinArt @O2 I know how you feel. In the centre of Bath, O2 is horrendous. I managed to get their attention and had someone call me to tell me that they were aware of the network congestion and were working on it. I’ll be going to @EE as soon as I can

  • rr123xx
Gary (@rr123xx) reported from Trowbridge, England

@EE Waited week & half for new phone: it comes WITHOUT A PLUG? which has to be PURCHASED SEPARATELY?!! I cant use the handset I have signed up for. Unbelievable. Also, what a waste of plastic - what am I supposed to do with the perfectly good old one? @Ofcom #Sustainability fail

  • joannas94

@EE the only network that prides themselves on being the best then tells you it’s your own fault for taking a contract out with them and not getting any signal ever 🙃🙃🙃

  • shahanshahan
Shahan Miah #DateShahan (@shahanshahan) reported from Bristol, England

Either the network is having problems where I am, or I just can't seem to have phone calls without losing signal throughout @EE

  • acematrees
Mat Rees (@acematrees) reported from Bristol, England

So apparently, noone from @EE can call me back. The best they can do is refer me back to their 150-customer service helpline hell.

  • AmySprongle69
Amy Johnston (@AmySprongle69) reported from Bristol, England

@EE I don't use your service. I owe about 2 grand to you from an old phone so I wouldn't register with your service again. Stay safe though.

  • Chunky_Lozza
LAWRIE MILLS (@Chunky_Lozza) reported from Kingswood, England

@EE Would of thought seeing as I’ve been a customer of yours for 22yrs (orange beforehand), I would of been treated better since you want me to upgrade. NOT HAPPY !!

  • Jones2204Jones
    Martin Jones (@Jones2204Jones) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Cambridge is meant to be our tech capital, but half the city has terrible coverage. And if you if you enter a building anywhere in town, its almost non-existent.

  • jontechilovsky
    Jon Techilovsky (@jontechilovsky) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE It's funny how when the private sector is doing something well it's solely down to them, but when the private sector performs badly it's the government's fault. BT(EE) made a profit of £1 billion last year. There is nothing stopping them using those funds to improve coverage.

  • colwyn0077668
    Colwyn00 (@colwyn0077668) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE mobile networks have been **** for ages. we have agents out up and down the uk and difference contracts with different providers and over different handsets have all been garbage.

  • krish_shah1999
    Krish (@krish_shah1999) reported

@jamie_wallis @EE @TomTugendhat I’m also with EE in London, frequently have issues - had zero signal at Liverpool Street the other day!

  • RyanNoKneel
    CookieBuoy (@RyanNoKneel) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Charge it to the taxpayer on expenses and get the govt to bankrupt them. And then **** off, parasite

  • Ummnope7
    Umm...nope (@Ummnope7) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE It's not the government's job to help you choose a decent mobile phone service. You're a grown man. You can make your own consumer choices, whether they be sensible or stupid.

  • ximmat
    (im)mature student (ex) 🇺🇳🇪🇺🇬🇧🏳️‍🌈🏁➕🖤 (@ximmat) reported

@BTGroup should delve into @EE bb pricing/retention. Long term 1.6gbps customer, £85pcm. New customers? £28 for first year, 35 from May 27, 41 from May 28. 2yr deal would be £769. Me? £2040 if I change nowt. 'Special' retention deal was £1941. Shocking difference. @MartinSLewis
