@EE It goes from bad to worse!!!! Just waited 10 mins to be served in Sainsburys Emersons green only to be ignored and the guy jumps to the young lad who just walked in. On way to O2. Highly advise to stay away from EE folks!

@littlenaughty38 @MarcAllera @EE After almost 4yrs of promises that it would improve at my home, I was told that it was not going to happen and tech support said “as you are near the end of your contract, you know what to do....leave!” Left for #vodafone, better coverage, speeds and can make/take calls at home!

Awful service from @EE in Bristol, (Mangotsfield). My mum has been without service since last Friday albeit an hour here and there. Lots of people are in the same boat. EE £40 refund for these people is a joke! Can’t supply the service, all contracts null & void? @BristolLive

@EE has anyone from #EE ever travelled from Bristol to Manchester by train and experienced quite the worst connectivity I have ever seen in the UK - not even 3G for the majority of the journey! Looking forward to @Blu_Wireless providing #5G powered trackside Wifi in future.

Helen is trying to download 1.8Mb on @O2 4G, It’s painful and still going even while I type this slowly. Just as bad as @EE slow poor signal quality everywhere. It’s almost as if a new service is coming 🤔 3 minutes and counting

@EE Can you please advise when NN9 5AJ will be working correctly? Ongoing issues since Dec 21. Get 3/4 texts a week from you saying ‘sorry there’s a problem we’re working hard to fix it’ then the ‘it’s all fixed’ text to check and I’m still only getting 0.69mb/s data 🫤🫤

@Nreal Never partner with @EE to deliver hardware again. Every @EE person I have spoken to does not understand you can buy them as a non-EE customer, even though it clearly states you can on the website. A lot of people are resorting to buying your product from Japan on Ebay.

@EE I used to be able to download VAT invoices, this stopped at some point. Are you going to fix this? - I have no interest in changing account types. I need to know if I should stay with EE or not.
