Awful service from @EE in Bristol, (Mangotsfield). My mum has been without service since last Friday albeit an hour here and there. Lots of people are in the same boat. EE £40 refund for these people is a joke! Can’t supply the service, all contracts null & void? @BristolLive

@EE has anyone from #EE ever travelled from Bristol to Manchester by train and experienced quite the worst connectivity I have ever seen in the UK - not even 3G for the majority of the journey! Looking forward to @Blu_Wireless providing #5G powered trackside Wifi in future.

@O2 can’t believe you Discriminate against people with learning disabilities. I can’t drive ever so no need for d/licence and to scared to travel abroad so no passport. I was a loyal customer that will be joining @EE as they happy to help

@Liam_Saunders_ @EE Their all as bad as each other I’m sure! I pay for 80 get about 5! They do their test which is a copy and paste job and tell me I’m wrong! If I’m watching iPlayer and using my phone at the same time the tv stops dead!! Brilliant service from @sky

Helen is trying to download 1.8Mb on @O2 4G, It’s painful and still going even while I type this slowly. Just as bad as @EE slow poor signal quality everywhere. It’s almost as if a new service is coming 🤔 3 minutes and counting

@littlenaughty38 @MarcAllera @EE After almost 4yrs of promises that it would improve at my home, I was told that it was not going to happen and tech support said “as you are near the end of your contract, you know what to do....leave!” Left for #vodafone, better coverage, speeds and can make/take calls at home!

@EE It goes from bad to worse!!!! Just waited 10 mins to be served in Sainsburys Emersons green only to be ignored and the guy jumps to the young lad who just walked in. On way to O2. Highly advise to stay away from EE folks!

@EE we have been struggling with our eetv since we signed up. It regularly breaks up and stutters and we cant use it. The app says that there isnt a problem. All apps work perfectly so can't be a connection problem. We turned the TV on today and there are no channels available

@EE So far I’ve been told it was an external fault, then an internal fault, then I had a new router, then it was an external fault again which was resolved today. Yet my internet is still terrible, it still drops out all the time. It’s impossible to do a days work! What is going on?!

Hello @EE /@EE__SupportTM You have closed my complaint VOL013-974971800184 without resolving it. Broadband faults continue, service is poor, and I’ve had no redress. Under @Ofcom rules and the Consumer Rights Act, this is not acceptable. #ConsumerRights

I attempted to test @OpenAI GPT5 today by asking it if @EE has an online chat for its customers, something I knew in advance EE doesn't provide. It ended up giving me a scum page which was asking for money to provide support for EE services.
