  • danieldurrans Four Seasons Durrans (@danieldurrans) reported from Bristol, England

    @EE I wish to formally complain that you are not making it easy to move an eSIM to a new phone. Apple have a process for this but you have not implemented it. It is maddening and a bad user experience that you have to send me a new QR code in the post. In the post ffs.

  • CaptSauve Dan White (@CaptSauve) reported from Bristol, England

    @EE @WeAre8Official I only switched my family to @EE for the first time last year. My contract is up in January 2022. If you persist in this idiotic idea you've lost three contracts from me. Funny how no other network needs to screw it's customers in this way to, "invest in the network".

  • EvelKeevil Malcolm Cupis (@EvelKeevil) reported from Keevil, England

    @Femi_Sorry @EE Hi @EE, I was on Orange since I started using mobile phones and switched to you almost as soon as you took them over. But I will switch service provider immediately if you give in to this fascism. #cherishfreedom

    @JirwinArt @O2 I know how you feel. In the centre of Bath, O2 is horrendous. I managed to get their attention and had someone call me to tell me that they were aware of the network congestion and were working on it. I’ll be going to @EE as soon as I can

  • danieldurrans Four Seasons Durrans (@danieldurrans) reported from Bristol, England

    .@EE Good afternoon. Your CEO Marc Allera posted on LinkedIn (14th Jan. 2021) “Customers must be able to trust network claims…” Your CS person ‘Orlande’ just tried to justify charging £15 for 20 local ‘phone calls by insisting I had made calls lasting over an hour. I did not.

  • EminaBougaard Lauren Emina-Bougaard (@EminaBougaard) reported

    @AnitaGoga @EE I’m having the same problem!

  • donnaphillipsx donna phillips (@donnaphillipsx) reported

    @EE What security reasons? Its not her address? If you want people to feel 'secure' stop making pathetic excuses for not sorting the problem... you are the ones risking their security not me. Maybe you could ring the farmer and ask him to open the gate, or just climb over it?

  • RDiz82 Dizzle🇩🇪 (@RDiz82) reported

    @dBoi_massive @EE I usually dial 150 and get through after a couple of minutes to be fair. Probably know it’s you though, then just hang up.

    @EE So customers generate a 1.5bn profit for BT and are then charged more because that isn’t reinvested in the network?
