@Liam_Saunders_ @EE Their all as bad as each other I’m sure! I pay for 80 get about 5! They do their test which is a copy and paste job and tell me I’m wrong! If I’m watching iPlayer and using my phone at the same time the tv stops dead!! Brilliant service from @sky

@EE I wish to formally complain that you are not making it easy to move an eSIM to a new phone. Apple have a process for this but you have not implemented it. It is maddening and a bad user experience that you have to send me a new QR code in the post. In the post ffs.

Helen is trying to download 1.8Mb on @O2 4G, It’s painful and still going even while I type this slowly. Just as bad as @EE slow poor signal quality everywhere. It’s almost as if a new service is coming 🤔 3 minutes and counting

@EE It goes from bad to worse!!!! Just waited 10 mins to be served in Sainsburys Emersons green only to be ignored and the guy jumps to the young lad who just walked in. On way to O2. Highly advise to stay away from EE folks!

Awful service from @EE in Bristol, (Mangotsfield). My mum has been without service since last Friday albeit an hour here and there. Lots of people are in the same boat. EE £40 refund for these people is a joke! Can’t supply the service, all contracts null & void? @BristolLive

Just a heads up to anyone thinking of going into contract with @EE on TV & Broadband. I was miss sold on their call of which they now have no recording of. Leaving me with the only option to cancel free of charge, rather than just including Netflix that was offered 👍🏻 steer clear

So sad coming back to uk and finding the usual abismal mobile network speeds, having just come back from island in the med with great reception even indoors. @EE cant even cover the area where we live outdoors, never mind how much we have to pay here too!
