Awful service from @EE in Bristol, (Mangotsfield). My mum has been without service since last Friday albeit an hour here and there. Lots of people are in the same boat. EE £40 refund for these people is a joke! Can’t supply the service, all contracts null & void? @BristolLive

@Liam_Saunders_ @EE Their all as bad as each other I’m sure! I pay for 80 get about 5! They do their test which is a copy and paste job and tell me I’m wrong! If I’m watching iPlayer and using my phone at the same time the tv stops dead!! Brilliant service from @sky

Helen is trying to download 1.8Mb on @O2 4G, It’s painful and still going even while I type this slowly. Just as bad as @EE slow poor signal quality everywhere. It’s almost as if a new service is coming 🤔 3 minutes and counting

@EE I wish to formally complain that you are not making it easy to move an eSIM to a new phone. Apple have a process for this but you have not implemented it. It is maddening and a bad user experience that you have to send me a new QR code in the post. In the post ffs.

@EE Hello! Was missold a sim only contract in your store in Woolwich Arsenal. Attendant was hasty, fraudulent and didn’t inform me of the Terms and Condition. I decided to cancel less than 24hrs but the store didn’t process it. says I have no right to cancel #AvoidEEscam

@EE do you price match competitors? I've seen deals where I can get the iPhone 13 for £42 w/ 30GB data & no upfront cost. Your cheapest is £56 for 4GB and £80 upfront. How are you able to do this? (pls don't say due to having the best signal cos that's not true)
