Linda Knott 🏴 (@L1ND4K) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE I resisted swapping out my copper for fibre for a long time exactly because of this. Peter Jordan (@jordanpaj) reported@EE Thx. The issue is that many users are generally older not very tech savvy, (my neighbour is 92) and so could well end up with no service if there is a power cut.
-
Neal (@wxmsmith) reported@EE please provide a contact link or phone number to discuss my mother’s account with you (I am on the account). Your website is no help
-
Create Action (Alan) 🎯 (@CreateActionLtd) reported@EE I raise a complaint with you as you clearly can't look after my data. You send me 2 emails to say a complaint has been raised. You then send me a 3rd email saying the complaint is now resolved. You've done nothing! You've got 'no-reply' on your emails and the helpful link you've listed would require me talking to a chat bot for 30 minutes. Sort it out.
