@EE I wish to formally complain that you are not making it easy to move an eSIM to a new phone. Apple have a process for this but you have not implemented it. It is maddening and a bad user experience that you have to send me a new QR code in the post. In the post ffs.

Awful service from @EE in Bristol, (Mangotsfield). My mum has been without service since last Friday albeit an hour here and there. Lots of people are in the same boat. EE £40 refund for these people is a joke! Can’t supply the service, all contracts null & void? @BristolLive

@EE the york branch is useless! I had my iPhone 13 pro max repaired on 05/07/2022 & screen flickers & doesn't work since returning from Thailand. They are trying to charge me another £380, this is the repair shop's fault not mine I need my phone for medical reasons @AppleSupport

@MartinSLewis @EE I had very bad experience with EE after 12 years been a good customer. And even threatened me. If I speak with executive i will loose everything. And left me stress and anxiety by EE customer care supporter including Executive.
