So far,so #unsustainable I was told what a loyal, wonderful customer I was for staying with EE but failed to mention I needed a ruddy new plug!!! How? From where? What if I had limited mobility?

This issue has been going on for well over a year. Every staff member here avoids EE for this reason. Its clearly a coverage issue rather than a device specific one.

Tried to contact support who are supposed to reply within 60 mins. 2 hours later and nothing. Glad I didn’t get a contract. Nothing but roadblocks with this company
