@littlenaughty38 @MarcAllera @EE After almost 4yrs of promises that it would improve at my home, I was told that it was not going to happen and tech support said “as you are near the end of your contract, you know what to do....leave!” Left for #vodafone, better coverage, speeds and can make/take calls at home!

Lots of people getting threatening scam calls from 'HMRC' prompting them to 'press1' to avoid imminent arrest for fraud. It should be possible for @EE to trace and see who pays for the service, pass on details to police and put an end to this? Last example 02032010838

@EE I have happily been with Orange then EE for nearly 20 years and although I have always had a weak signal in my house for the past year I have had to go out in my garden to go online or to make calls. I do not have and home broadband. Want to stay with EE please help. Thanks

Hi @EE, after having an @OpenreachHelp engineer trying to fix our internet for 6 hours today and finding the fault is on your end, we’re now being told the only thing you can do is send another OR engineer tomorrow to do the same tests again. Can you look into this please?
