@Christo59860743 @JoeBowker98 @EE Didn't sign yesterday. I've been a customer for 8 years and upgraded data and changed plan many times -- most recently a month ago. EE allow it; are flexible like that and even have shared data SIMS for 3 iPads. So technically they can do it, they just don't.

@EE please help... we’ve had intermittent WiFi for 3 weeks. It was due to be fixed today but didn’t go ahead. I’ve now nearly used all my data. EE is my phone provider & broadband. Heeeelp please!!

@JoeBowker98 right. new contract new device. an existing customer on a data bound contract can't upgrade to unlimited unless they get a new iPhone via @ee.

@ee received new iPhone today but smart benefits not activating (received text saying issue your end), now need to pay for new eSIM to be sent to me (not sure why I have to pay again!) Now find unexplained charges on account but CS not answering phone cause of technical issues!

@EE If we switch off our broadband routers for that amount of time, it has to resynch every time you switch it on, so your speed will suffer. And BT broadband speed where I live is so poor that any lower means no streaming.

@EE appalling customer service from yourselves. My sister is waiting to get her phone unlocked, you told her up to 24hrs. That’s past and now you’re saying it could be up to 10 days. She’s now going to have to pay to get it unlocked. She should be compensated! Sort it out please.

@WithamKnight @EE If had any new number almost a week now and reset was 2 days ago. Some people have no issues but about 6 so far do. Noome can seem to find a reason why this is happening
