@EE please help... we’ve had intermittent WiFi for 3 weeks. It was due to be fixed today but didn’t go ahead. I’ve now nearly used all my data. EE is my phone provider & broadband. Heeeelp please!!

@Christo59860743 @JoeBowker98 @EE Didn't sign yesterday. I've been a customer for 8 years and upgraded data and changed plan many times -- most recently a month ago. EE allow it; are flexible like that and even have shared data SIMS for 3 iPads. So technically they can do it, they just don't.

@JoeBowker98 right. new contract new device. an existing customer on a data bound contract can't upgrade to unlimited unless they get a new iPhone via @ee.

@EE getting ridiculous now how much your network is going down in my area...5 days and counting I've had almost no service. Yet your website keeps saying "will be fixed in 16 hours" Surely some kind of refund is due, especially as I've missed important calls I was waiting for 🤨

@EE I wfh twice a week and it's increasingly difficult due to poor WiFi. Losing connection, slow. We have to take both mobiles off the WiFi if we want to stream.

@EE @MarkBower019 I have no signal for 4 days, and then the mobile phone prompts, please contact EE. When registering an account by email, I need to fill in a mobile phone number. Why did I fill in the UK number that I used, and the display is wrong?

@EE absolutely sick to death of the totally useless WiFi from EE. Reported this several times and never get a final response or resolution. RUBBISH.
