  • jasonkneen Jason Kneen (@jasonkneen) reported from Ludgershall, England

@Christo59860743 @JoeBowker98 @EE Didn't sign yesterday. I've been a customer for 8 years and upgraded data and changed plan many times -- most recently a month ago. EE allow it; are flexible like that and even have shared data SIMS for 3 iPads. So technically they can do it, they just don't.

  • jasonkneen Jason Kneen (@jasonkneen) reported from Tidworth, England

@JoeBowker98 right. new contract new device. an existing customer on a data bound contract can't upgrade to unlimited unless they get a new iPhone via @ee.

  • josieewarman Josie✌ (@josieewarman) reported from Tidworth, England

@EE my signal is not working at all!!!

  • AndrewDowson Andrew Dowson (@AndrewDowson) reported from Pewsey, England

@EE The 4g signal in Pewsey SN95DW appears to be down, it was also yesterday for a few hours? Please advise.

  • gardener_the The Constant Gardener (@gardener_the) reported from Salisbury, England

@EE Have re-scanned 3 times in past 48 hrs (since problem started), but still no sign of HD channels.

  • jasonkneen Jason Kneen (@jasonkneen) reported from Tidworth, England

@JoeBowker98 @EE It's makes no sense that an existing customer can't just start a new contract from today with unlimited data on their current sim.

  • AndrewDowson Andrew Dowson (@AndrewDowson) reported from Pewsey, England

@EE you sent me a message to say the signal has been fixed, it hasn’t. SN9

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Lcfc_1884 Mark (@Lcfc_1884) reported

@EE are useless, send me a text to say I can upgrade my phone. Ring them and got to pay £140 before I do for early upgrade. Been a customer for 10+ years and the upgrade offers even if I pay the £140 are a rip off, and they have a phone cost as well 😳

  • sharrondavis MrsD (@sharrondavis) reported

@EE stop sending me bullying emails threatening to close my account. I closed it months ago and have not used your SIM since April 2020…. Any other ex EE customers had similar problems?

  • kidswithbeards_ LJ (@kidswithbeards_) reported

@EE How about you respond to the endless messages from your customers requiring help instead of posting this garbage!

  • Mizza33 Miriam Broome (@Mizza33) reported

@flairxdd @EE I ordered on Wednesday and was delivered Monday. We didnt get any updates but i spoke to customer services and they gave me tracking details

  • f1las32 L.I.AM Stuchberry (@f1las32) reported

@EE terrible customer service from your broadband team! I have an issue with my BT Sport (ID003) and I have spoken to over 10 agents this week (all calls at least 1 hour long) and 5 web forms submitted to BT and still not resolved! #poorcustomerservice

  • EthanKnight ethan knight aka Pete Marsh (@EthanKnight) reported

Hi @EE. Been a customer for over 20 years. You sure sending me a text essentially saying “we’re doubling your bill and if you don’t like it, leave” is good customer service? Plenty of other providers who are offering me a better deal.

  • picklefork1965 Tony Rumsey 🐓🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (@picklefork1965) reported from Ilford, England

@EE What a joke of a company, two hours spent on the chat trying to sort out an issue of a tablet upgrade, and being charged for two tablets. All I get is bullshit, by no marks, almost trying to insinuate its my fault. Not taking it laying down. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

  • LynneMWhite1 Lynne (@LynneMWhite1) reported from Wilmslow, England

@OneMinuteBriefs @EE You must have @EE in Wilmslow. Others don't work. Emergency calls only and no text

  • VindalooSG7 Grant (@VindalooSG7) reported

I ******* hate @bt_uk Now @EE are in the BT Group, I was sold BT broadband again. Nothing changed, even my EE router was working. But then: I plugged in the BT router which meant reconnecting all my devices and just to really ******* off, the BT email account stopped.

  • Nikki_newhouse Nikki C (@Nikki_newhouse) reported

@EE fibremax 300, with smart wifi & discs I was told would cost me £52 per month inc vat. I’ve once again got a bill for over £60. The service is awful, we keep getting full internet loss, router I was told was the same as BT when it’s actually much slower. Not fit 4 purpose!
