@JoeBowker98 right. new contract new device. an existing customer on a data bound contract can't upgrade to unlimited unless they get a new iPhone via @ee.

Going old school by asking the Twittersphere for advice. Since switching to @VodafoneUK my Huawei doesn't hold a 4G signal. It was perfectly fine on @EE. I can be on 4G, take a call, the phone switches to 2/3G and never reconnects to 4G (1/3)

@JoeBowker98 @EE It's makes no sense that an existing customer can't just start a new contract from today with unlimited data on their current sim.

@nikolajht @EE Yep, if you manually select another network. Wait a bit and then select EE again it works. That signs you off EE's network apparently and when you come back it's back as 5G.

Hi @EE please can you help me take this further or advise who is best to complain to. I’ve been trying to cancel a contract since August but still being billed for it. It seems like you purposely ignore your customers to make money out of them instead🤔

@EE I have such poor network coverage at my home something that my 02 phone never struggled with. I’m in my contract for another 10 months but I can’t wait to leave. The coverage checker advises I’d get “excellent” at my home address. It’s not once been “okay” never mind excellent
