    @JoeBowker98 @EE It's makes no sense that an existing customer can't just start a new contract from today with unlimited data on their current sim.

    @XboxOneReece @EE I left EE last yr coz. of this rubbish and I had multiple phones with them now I’m saving my self well over £70 pounds plus EE now have put on a roaming charge on which they said they would never do and they don’t have to (GREEDY)

    @EE You've told us to contact BT and BT have told us to contact you so it's a bit of a yo-yo situation now. I have emailed BTs switching team to figure this out but as I said this is not the service we had hoped for and we thought we would be dealing with EE.

    @ThreeUK I’m in Norfolk on holiday. My husband (with @EE ) has had a good connection- I’m using his data now, but mine has been really poor. Any plans to improve? I’m wondering whether to switch as we’re here regularly.

    @EE Hi I’ve been having issues with phone and 4G Lincoln LN42TF. I barely get 1 bar, most of the time no bars and no 4G. I’m paying for a service I can’t use. I believe it’s an issue with our local mast. When will this be resolved and can I get a rebate in the meantime?
