@JoeBowker98 @EE It's makes no sense that an existing customer can't just start a new contract from today with unlimited data on their current sim.

@JoeBowker98 right. new contract new device. an existing customer on a data bound contract can't upgrade to unlimited unless they get a new iPhone via @ee.

@Elliewilliamsjj @BAFTAGames @EE so they can justify mistreating their workers for the sake of a speedier timeline. Cyberpunk is the mess it is because of poor management, they deserve no accolades. And neither does Last of Us 2 or any game that harboured under the illusion that crunch was 'necessary'.

@EE big shame to ee. Every agents giving different answer to customers. And when you accept one of the agents offer they say you are given wrong information. EE, You are loosing a valued customer.

@EE So EE continually refuse to ignore my tweets asking for help. Are people aware that new sim cards are not working? We took out a brand new contract on 10th March and cannot use the phone. Why are EE not replying and not making new customers aware of this issue?!

@EE hi I have put in a complaint 2 weeks ago now and everytime I call I am promised a call back and no one ever calls back. It’s been over a week since I’ve had contact and was told the complaint would be sorted within 3 hours please help
