@JoeBowker98 right. new contract new device. an existing customer on a data bound contract can't upgrade to unlimited unless they get a new iPhone via @ee.

@Capt_tuBBymAN @EE Video feeds probably your usual live piped in over the internet, no issue there but I'd be fascinated how they got the RT out to the aircraft as surely anything over the net is potentially hackable? Not that any actual instructions were given...

@EE - Was with EE for 2 years and had a great service, made a mistake and went to Sky. Asked EE to reconnect so why did EE open a new BT contract? I don’t want oversees call centres and the bad service BT provide, I asked for EE NOT BT. What’s going on?

@EE Broadband has failed. Rang the number that my phone told me to use only to find that there's no help available today. Pretty poor service, don't you think?
