    @EE Disappointed? More like ripped off? Buy a new phone and SEPARATELY buy a new plug? So far,so #unsustainable I was told what a loyal, wonderful customer I was for staying with EE but failed to mention I needed a ruddy new plug!!! How? From where? What if I had limited mobility?

    @JirwinArt @O2 I know how you feel. In the centre of Bath, O2 is horrendous. I managed to get their attention and had someone call me to tell me that they were aware of the network congestion and were working on it. Iโ€™ll be going to @EE as soon as I can

    @EE Iโ€™ve just transferred to you from @O2 and Iโ€™ve never experienced such awful service. Are you always this bad? Currently nobody are answering your phones and your website is down! Shocking @EE

    @EE No it didnt. This is the same albeit slightly modified solution that @GoogleUK suggests. Neither solution has worked. I have also tried a factory reset. I will try a new SIM and let you know what happens!

    @littlenaughty38 @MarcAllera @EE After almost 4yrs of promises that it would improve at my home, I was told that it was not going to happen and tech support said โ€œas you are near the end of your contract, you know what to do....leave!โ€ Left for #vodafone, better coverage, speeds and can make/take calls at home!

    @EE you can actually give a timeframe on network issues unlike @VodafoneUK who take 2 months to fix problems. Thatโ€™s what I call quality. Glad to be working for you and @btcareers this year on my apprenticeship.

    Brilliant service from Tom @EE Bath retail store. Went in for a sim swap, due to having to reset my iPhone. Done & dusted in 5 minutes - that is so good ๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€

    @EE Waited week & half for new phone: it comes WITHOUT A PLUG? which has to be PURCHASED SEPARATELY?!! I cant use the handset I have signed up for. Unbelievable. Also, what a waste of plastic - what am I supposed to do with the perfectly good old one? @Ofcom #Sustainability fail

    Helen is trying to download 1.8Mb on @O2 4G, Itโ€™s painful and still going even while I type this slowly. Just as bad as @EE slow poor signal quality everywhere. Itโ€™s almost as if a new service is coming ๐Ÿค” 3 minutes and counting

    @EE Thanks. finally: A call to 150 shd allow ME, the customer to choose to talk to a real person. Twice it leads me round the houses, then says, "Weve sent you a text. Follow the instructions and you're sorted. Good bye". I need to say thanks and bye to end the call.

    @ee Hi, I have problem in establishing with some degree of accuracy when my property is due to be able to access Full Fibre. Having been told last year it would be the end of 2026, now I am told there is no identifiable plan. Not acceptable. Help, please.

    @MajorManor @EE Mines the same can hardly get any coverage anywhere. They are slowing loads down in the hopes you upgrade to a higher package

    @EE @EEBroadbandUK is your WiFi down because since Iโ€™ve joined Iโ€™ve not been impressed and it always seems to not work in certain rooms even with a WiFi extender

    @EE Now I'm trying to get free my bank card on the app so I can pay but when ever I click on add card I'm asked to register a sim which I already have can't add a bank card can't use the sim and the team couldn't help, Is gifgaf any good

    @EE had no service since yesterday morning still have no service at almost 3pm, this has been over 24 hours with nothing, cant make calls or texts who do we contact as this is a joke
