Shane (@ski_57) reported from Bathford, EnglandHelen is trying to download 1.8Mb on @O2 4G, It’s painful and still going even while I type this slowly. Just as bad as @EE slow poor signal quality everywhere. It’s almost as if a new service is coming 🤔 3 minutes and counting
-
Andrew Hudson (@ukhack) reported from Bathford, England@JirwinArt @O2 I know how you feel. In the centre of Bath, O2 is horrendous. -
Gary (@rr123xx) reported from Trowbridge, England@EE I’ve just transferred to you from @O2 and I’ve never experienced such awful service. Are you always this bad? Currently nobody are answering your phones and your website is down! Shocking @EE
-
Adam Crawford (@AdzCrawford2003) reported from Bathford, England@EE you can actually give a timeframe on network issues unlike @VodafoneUK who take 2 months to fix problems. That’s what I call quality. Glad to be working for you and @btcareers this year on my apprenticeship.
-
Gillian Elson (@Mrsafrica2006) reported from Melksham, England@EE seems I never got the #emergencyalert

So far,so #unsustainable I was told what a loyal, wonderful customer I was for staying with EE but failed to mention I needed a ruddy new plug!!! How? From where? What if I had limited mobility?
-

Looking forward to @Blu_Wireless providing #5G powered trackside Wifi in future.
-
Malcolm Cupis (@EvelKeevil) reported from Keevil, England@Femi_Sorry @EE Hi @EE, I was on Orange since I started using mobile phones and switched to you almost as soon as you took them over. But I will switch service provider immediately if you give in to this fascism. #cherishfreedom

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
And That’s On You (@Amazonian589) reported@EE it is dumb to need to verify WiFi login by needing a passcode I can only access by email WHEN I AM TRYING TO LOGON TO WIFI. I have no bloody internet!!! Make it make sense
-
Jason Unsworth | Atmosphere Airlines 🛫🇬🇧🇹🇭 (@JasonUnsworthAA) reportedAfter getting a new 🆕 phone and iPad from @tescomobile recently the signal around Wisbech is non existent, I’ve put in my @EE SIM card today, actually getting two bars and a working signal, next to sign up to @Starlink tomorrow. 👍🏻💯
-
ikraam (@ikraamdaanis) reported@Karlski420 @EE It's like their engineers don't test their website... layout shifts, terrible loading states, menu instantly showing without a delay, long loading times, bad animations and the list goes on
-
Jaws2 (@asanga747) reported@EE @TomTugendhat Try getting a phone signal at all in and around China Town in London
-
Sam Evans💙🚜 (@SamEvans336) reported@EE roaming has gone down pls sort it out
-
Ellie (@EllieMBond) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE They are probably using the same masts. It is a lack of masts that is the problem. No one wants them in their backyard but everyone wants good coverage.
-
Clint Sookermany (@ClintNorDD) reported@_nicks_tweets @EE Hi Nick, where are you? I am in Oslo Norway and experiencing the same. AND THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO INFORMATION FROM EE. Logging in to the app is not possible because NO ONE can text me and they require to text my phone a one time only passcode. So if they have network issues you are cut off from getting in touch with them.
-
Natalie Marchant (@taliena) reported@EE @_nicks_tweets You are having issues with roaming. My husband and I can’t use our SIMs in Austria either. Can’t call as no signal
-
Jim Fogarty (@64Jimfogarty) reported@EE must say very disappointed that you ask for extra £10 for wifi extenders after promising when taking contract out that I wouldn't need them and if I did you would provide them. Like the rest once in contract yous do what you want at customer cost. Lesson learned be careful
-
CryptoeSIM.io (@cryptoesim) reported@Anarchy_Jim @status_is_down @EE carrier roaming going down while you're abroad is genuinely nightmare fuel pro tip for next time — grab a local eSIM as a backup before you fly. takes 30 seconds, no passport scan, and you're never stranded like this again
