  @littlenaughty38 @MarcAllera @EE After almost 4yrs of promises that it would improve at my home, I was told that it was not going to happen and tech support said “as you are near the end of your contract, you know what to do....leave!” Left for #vodafone, better coverage, speeds and can make/take calls at home!

  @LeilaniDowding @EE We had no landline, no internet and no mobile signal last week due to issues with Vodafone . I had to walk up the road and basically shout my account details at someone to try and fix it. What would happen if there was an emergency? I couldn’t call 999.

  @EE shame your online customer service isn't as good as the team in Telford Town Centre branch. Tried to order a bundle of bits for my new phone online, you took my money and promptly informed me it's all out of stock and it wont be refunded to me for up to 14 days. Not great!

  @LeilaniDowding @EE I resisted swapping out my copper for fibre for a long time exactly because of this. I live at the end of the line as far as services are concerned and have learned the hard way over the years. Can't rely on WiFi as there are often breaks in the electricity and poor or no signal.
