  Helen is trying to download 1.8Mb on @O2 4G, It’s painful and still going even while I type this slowly. Just as bad as @EE slow poor signal quality everywhere. It’s almost as if a new service is coming 🤔 3 minutes and counting

  @EE No it didnt. This is the same albeit slightly modified solution that @GoogleUK suggests. Neither solution has worked. I have also tried a factory reset. I will try a new SIM and let you know what happens!

  Brilliant service from Tom @EE Bath retail store. Went in for a sim swap, due to having to reset my iPhone. Done & dusted in 5 minutes - that is so good 😀😀😀

  @EE I take out a 5g phone and can’t get any signal even when it drops to 4G I pay good money each month and the signal is **** ! Don’t say check the area to see if theirs a fault either ! Sort or it goes in the bin !
