@EE Hello Michael, thank you for your reply. I have tried all the usual tips. Everything is green, looking as if there's a connection but there isn't. I just rang EE and was told by recorded voice that there is a problem in this area.

@EE Thank you. The problem in the general area was fixed, except for mine. A helpful customer adviser helped me out and together we fixed it 👍😁

@ldramsey72 @EE My account wasn’t locked, Support was not doing anything over 30+ days since first reported.All access denied I couldn’t access it, I was so confused not until someone referred me to Multitask_support on Instagram who help me to reactivate it so of course they can help

@EE Left after 8 years: 1. My phone didn’t auto unlock at 18 months, contrary to your site, 2. My online account is now closed and there is no online option to unlock, 3. It could take TEN DAYS to fix, 4. I’m a freelance legal worker - I have already likely missed income. Help.

@octoberaddy @EE what the actual ****.. they wanted £70 odd for just the 12 with good data, my boyfriend got it down to £45 i'm fairly certain? i'd be happy paying £50-£60 for the 12 pro max with decent data
