    No mobile provider in the uk covers themselves in much glory but @EE are the absolute worst. Honestly the provide you with online deals that you actually cannot obtain, just money scamming bastards

    @EE Yes. Just FYI this will now be the 10th time ive been 'advised' to reset my network settings. This issue has been going on for well over a year. Every staff member here avoids EE for this reason. Its clearly a coverage issue rather than a device specific one.

    @EE Hello Michael, thank you for your reply. I have tried all the usual tips. Everything is green, looking as if there's a connection but there isn't. I just rang EE and was told by recorded voice that there is a problem in this area.

    Absolutely horrified that @EE have allowed our line to be slammed, leaving us with no landline or internet over Christmas and New Year. So no Zoom calls to grandchildren we can't be with this Christmas. Phone number of 18 years lost, no help at all from @EE or even an apology.

    I left after 21 years @EE due to their awful customer service. I'm now trying to complete my tax return but they do not allow you access to your bills after leaving. They are refusing me access unless I pay for my bills to be sent to me! #mobile #EE #Awfulcustomerservice

    @EE poor show from @EE throttling data over 600GB now. Some of us only have this option for broadband. Especially as we have no way of monitoring our data as you don’t provide that in customer portal

    @EE is the worst company ever! I was with them for over a decade. Make it so difficult to close an account. fail to stick to call back arrangements. just keep charging for a dormant account!!

    @EE I think I've mucked up ordering the 12 Pro, I can't cancel it and change it to the max 😭😭😭 the case arrived and its a small phone compared to the Huawei mate 20 pro that I have. I have to wait for this to arrive, send it back and reorder. My head hurts!!!

    @EE I am devastated that my terminally ill Aunt STILL has no broadband after two weeks of contacting you, 4 modems and 4 engineers all saying the same thing but you have not sorted! Numerous calls to your customer service AND customer quality control. Please help us FaceTime her!

    Dear @EE, called to this morning regarding having no broadband. Was advised that this could take 2-4 working days. The updates from you have been impressive and an hour and a half later I have broadband again! Thank you, and thanks to Hannah for all her help.
