@ee recently swapped to EE FROM BT for broadband - whole family complaining as speed terrible- whats worse is they dont answer the phone and i cant contact them - not impressed at all - anyone know a good provider?

@EE Yes. Just FYI this will now be the 10th time ive been 'advised' to reset my network settings. This issue has been going on for well over a year. Every staff member here avoids EE for this reason. Its clearly a coverage issue rather than a device specific one.

@EE Yes he tried to contact EE through the chat but you would not help him because off security he could not make any calls or receive any. He had to borrow a family members phone too ring through to customer service. To be honest terrible service!

@EE I was in hospital with a very sick child yesterday and I had no reception what so ever so couldn’t keep in touch with my family (hospitals WiFi wasn’t great) the person next to me on a different network was able to use their phone normally and receive phone calls..sort it out

@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?
