This issue has been going on for well over a year. Every staff member here avoids EE for this reason. Its clearly a coverage issue rather than a device specific one.

My wife's 6 month old @oppo phone got wet in the rain it stopped working when she plugged in the charger. You use AI Bots and close down technical support at 8pm. Frustration is not a strong enough term. I will be picking this up again later today.

As Soon as i'm out of contract they gone. Would be nice if they let me out for providing a **** service.
