Warning I have been told that @EE do not hold warrantys on phones they sell. My wife's 6 month old @oppo phone got wet in the rain it stopped working when she plugged in the charger. I was told I would have to take it up with oppo direct. 20+ years a customer with 4 contact's 😡

Excellent service from @EE. We had an intermittent broadband problem. Their Web site says text HELP to them, so I did. A robatvtwxrws back a few minutes later to say it had done some tests, found that there was indeed a problem, and said a human would call shortly. 1/3

@ee recently swapped to EE FROM BT for broadband - whole family complaining as speed terrible- whats worse is they dont answer the phone and i cant contact them - not impressed at all - anyone know a good provider?

Trying to make a call from a train in the UK is just a waste of time. I know this but I still attempted it this evening. Lost the signal and the call dropped just at a critical moment. Times that by a zillion and dip it in something brown @EE 😠

@EE Why should I have to waste time in a queue calling for you inadequacy? Your engineer turned up on Monday and luckily my other half could get home to meet him. The week before you came on the Wednesday when it was booked for Thursday and never told us so we missed apt spot
