My wife's 6 month old @oppo phone got wet in the rain it stopped working when she plugged in the charger. This issue has been going on for well over a year. Every staff member here avoids EE for this reason. Its clearly a coverage issue rather than a device specific one.

However, I called Creations @CurrysServices @currys who advised me to let direct debits go unpaid. Very poor and let down!

Agent closed complaint within 5 seconds of setting it up (without consent). When the mobiles come for renewal they are all gone.

Or do some minor repairs to my phone & send it in with a possible £300 charge. Seems to be right across the board with poor customer service.
