A robatvtwxrws back a few minutes later to say it had done some tests, found that there was indeed a problem, and said a human would call shortly. 1/3

My wife's 6 month old @oppo phone got wet in the rain it stopped working when she plugged in the charger. Can't help thinking we'll regret getting rid of landlines, we're putting all our eggs in one (digital) basket, no good will come of it.
