This issue has been going on for well over a year. Every staff member here avoids EE for this reason. Its clearly a coverage issue rather than a device specific one.

My wife's 6 month old @oppo phone got wet in the rain it stopped working when she plugged in the charger. A robatvtwxrws back a few minutes later to say it had done some tests, found that there was indeed a problem, and said a human would call shortly. 1/3

Richard Marshall (@Marzy1867) reported@EE with just awful customer service. "Sold" broadband to wfh and stream and we get 6 mps (six) to 10 (ten) down from 250 with old provider. Agent closed complaint within 5 seconds of setting it up (without consent). When the mobiles come for renewal they are all gone.

Had a new Broadband server fitted last Tuesday, it didn’t get activated by the engineer and was lied to about it would come on at midnight. Next day rang and got a BT engineer who arrived on Thursday took 10 mins to start it. No comp/sorry!

However, I called Creations @CurrysServices @currys who advised me to let direct debits go unpaid. Very poor and let down!
