    @EE endless emails & txts telling me EE is down, then up, then down. PLEASE just make things work so we get what we pay for. If i restarted every time you messaged I’d get no work done, ever.

    @EE #Gloucestershire #Gloucester Off to a great start this morning NOT! BTWholesale Broadband Performance Test at 0626hrs Download Speed 10.37Mbps Upload Speed 11.52Mbps. Not good enough. Now demand Alternative Complaint Resolution.

    @EE #Gloucester #Gloucestershire well speeds now dropped to 13.44Mbps on a line where speeds achievable are stated to be 77.35Mbps. Acceptable range according to BT Wholesale 40Mpbs to 77.35Mbps. First call to EE Customer Services unexpectidly dropped. Explanation?

    @EE hello again, I have been let down again, was promised another call back today between 10am and 12 noon, no response! You are a complete shambles as an organisation, a total failure from start to finish @WhichUK @SamsungUK even @VodafoneUK aren’t this bad, pull your finger out

    Today got attacked by a group and had phone stolen. A lot of people tried to help out, @EE customer support was great in getting it blocked. (Let's not talk about how unhelpful @AppleSupport was) Luckily been given tomorrow off work.

    @EE Yes I am, everything from being able to hear people on the line, but they can't hear me, to not having a phone signal at all, often in towns. Always been issues which have only got worse in the last few weeks. Talking to other people I am not alone. Same issue in different areas

    @DanTomParker @EE Ditto... That's why I've moved our three lines over to @ThreeUK. Joined when it was One2One, had two customer service nightmares in last 12 months then a price rise... Shame to go, but @ThreeUK have been fab making the switchover easy!
