A robatvtwxrws back a few minutes later to say it had done some tests, found that there was indeed a problem, and said a human would call shortly. 1/3

micka9990 (@Michael66108716) reported@EE Iโve found that I can never sign in to my account either online or app since Iโve added tv to my account , I already had broadband, I was advised to change my email address as it may of been a glitch and then link my account number to it which I did and worked once , no good

Dale (@gde_dale) reported@EE Because the signal strength and Wi-Fi channel are identical to my neighbors. This usually happens when the a single access point is broadcasting multiple SSIDs for multiple networks.
