    Warning I have been told that @EE do not hold warrantys on phones they sell. My wife's 6 month old @oppo phone got wet in the rain it stopped working when she plugged in the charger. I was told I would have to take it up with oppo direct. 20+ years a customer with 4 contact's 😡

    I've recently been getting a large number of calls from numbers that are very similar to my own. I am on @EE and from what I can see it is isolated to EE numbers. Has anyone on other networks had the same issue?

    Mobile networks are just full of bullshit! @ee 3days with no service and now saying it won’t be sorted until Monday! Aweful service

    @EE The problem lasted only for about 30 minutes. It affected all voice calls (via mobile and VOIP) and data services.

    Excellent service from @EE. We had an intermittent broadband problem. Their Web site says text HELP to them, so I did. A robatvtwxrws back a few minutes later to say it had done some tests, found that there was indeed a problem, and said a human would call shortly. 1/3

    @EE Hi there. Two questions. When does NHS unlimited data end? Also I’ve just moved house and the area I’m in it’s awful 4G and even 3G! Luckily enough I can connect to a hotspot. Is there any chance I can get better signal because I don’t get any.I’ve heard about EE booster pack

    @EE Morning. We have an issue in that we are not receiving our 4g Internet. You were doing work yesterday, but having rebooted the system, you are still not getting a network connection. Strange as phones working

    @EE I raised a formal complaint last week regarding abhorrent service in your High Wycombe branch. A replacement sim was due to be arrive Wednesday and it hasn’t. Please get in touch. This is regarding my sons phone who has a heart condition and epilepsy.

    @EE Funniest thing is. When taking any upgrade - dont need a passport. Just your phone, your security questions. Phone costs 1000£+. PS5 costs 470£. Other thing is - u have a right to cancel any cobtract 28days. Not even mentioning when u even cant pick up - as by laziness of store
