    I've recently been getting a large number of calls from numbers that are very similar to my own. I am on @EE and from what I can see it is isolated to EE numbers. Has anyone on other networks had the same issue?

    @EE The problem lasted only for about 30 minutes. It affected all voice calls (via mobile and VOIP) and data services.

    @EE Hi there. Two questions. When does NHS unlimited data end? Also Iโ€™ve just moved house and the area Iโ€™m in itโ€™s awful 4G and even 3G! Luckily enough I can connect to a hotspot. Is there any chance I can get better signal because I donโ€™t get any.Iโ€™ve heard about EE booster pack

    Mobile networks are just full of bullshit! @ee 3days with no service and now saying it wonโ€™t be sorted until Monday! Aweful service

    @EE is there any news on the status of the issues with data gifting. Itโ€™s been down since Friday and as yet I havenโ€™t seen any official acknowledgement from your twitter account on the issue. Support and customer services have confirmed there is an issue.

    Excellent service from @EE. We had an intermittent broadband problem. Their Web site says text HELP to them, so I did. A robatvtwxrws back a few minutes later to say it had done some tests, found that there was indeed a problem, and said a human would call shortly. 1/3

    @ee recently swapped to EE FROM BT for broadband - whole family complaining as speed terrible- whats worse is they dont answer the phone and i cant contact them - not impressed at all - anyone know a good provider?

    @EE I feel my loyalty has counted for nothing in this process and don't understand being upgraded to a phone which isn't brand new on the market can be more money per month, unfortunately I am in a situation where I may have to go to another network,

    Warning I have been told that @EE do not hold warrantys on phones they sell. My wife's 6 month old @oppo phone got wet in the rain it stopped working when she plugged in the charger. I was told I would have to take it up with oppo direct. 20+ years a customer with 4 contact's ๐Ÿ˜ก

    If @EE call me again saying โ€œas a valued business customer we have a great deal......โ€ STOP This isnโ€™t a business phone, tariff or anything like that - get your facts right, remove my number this database!!! Rude customer service is never good service by the way #EE

    @EE we had an engineer come round to install an upgrade today. completely incompetent and constantly on the phone to a call centre who were of no help. left early and we now have no internet. Could you advise me as to where I lodge a formal complaint and seek compensation?

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I have terrible reception. I have 2shout to be heard. Having ditched my land line relieved to be rid of BT, &loving free calls on Whatโ€™s App all over the world I can hear people overseas with ease but they can hardly hear me. But with people nearby we can barely hear one another

    After getting a new ๐Ÿ†• phone and iPad from @tescomobile recently the signal around Wisbech is non existent, Iโ€™ve put in my @EE SIM card today, actually getting two bars and a working signal, next to sign up to @Starlink tomorrow. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿ’ฏ

    Laura at @EE said she would call back at 4pm Tuesday 16th June 2026, I can't call as EE send a text with a code and the link won't open CoPilot says its BT's dreadful computer software, the issue is when BT took over.

    @EE hi there need some help please. We have disconnected our broadband services and been asked to send back out router however we havenโ€™t received any packaging or the QR code that had apparently been sent. How do I get another sent to us asap so we can post? Thanks
