    @EE Hello Michael, thank you for your reply. I have tried all the usual tips. Everything is green, looking as if there's a connection but there isn't. I just rang EE and was told by recorded voice that there is a problem in this area.

    @EE is there any news on the status of the issues with data gifting. It’s been down since Friday and as yet I haven’t seen any official acknowledgement from your twitter account on the issue. Support and customer services have confirmed there is an issue.

    @EE #Gloucester #Gloucestershire well speeds now dropped to 13.44Mbps on a line where speeds achievable are stated to be 77.35Mbps. Acceptable range according to BT Wholesale 40Mpbs to 77.35Mbps. First call to EE Customer Services unexpectidly dropped. Explanation?

    @EE Hi, Darlene here. Last May I wanted to cancel contract, was offered another contract - unlimited texts, calls, data. I have discovered that was false. I have no unlimited data & a lost phone. I went to Wandsworth shop today. No help. I pay £28 Still want to cancel. Can YOU help.

    @EE Hey, don't worry, I've checked the coverage before and unfortunately no carrier manages to get 4G indoors here. It stops just shy of our road. A few years ago they wanted to build an antenna nearby but the NIMBY's got up in arms. Now they wonder why our reception is poor.
