    @EE Hi there. Two questions. When does NHS unlimited data end? Also I’ve just moved house and the area I’m in it’s awful 4G and even 3G! Luckily enough I can connect to a hotspot. Is there any chance I can get better signal because I don’t get any.I’ve heard about EE booster pack

    Warning I have been told that @EE do not hold warrantys on phones they sell. My wife's 6 month old @oppo phone got wet in the rain it stopped working when she plugged in the charger. I was told I would have to take it up with oppo direct. 20+ years a customer with 4 contact's 😡

    @EE is there any news on the status of the issues with data gifting. It’s been down since Friday and as yet I haven’t seen any official acknowledgement from your twitter account on the issue. Support and customer services have confirmed there is an issue.

    @EE The problem lasted only for about 30 minutes. It affected all voice calls (via mobile and VOIP) and data services.

    I've recently been getting a large number of calls from numbers that are very similar to my own. I am on @EE and from what I can see it is isolated to EE numbers. Has anyone on other networks had the same issue?

    @EE Thank you. The problem in the general area was fixed, except for mine. A helpful customer adviser helped me out and together we fixed it 👍😁

    @EE @Apple What is going on? A friends new iPhone 16 was crushed by a car in a carpark by someone else and you can’t do anything about it because no insurance.. even tho it can still be tracked and rings. They are still paying £65 a month for contract. Poor poor service

    @EE help my broadband has broken and I can’t get a new one until Monday at the earliest. Can you get it to me any soon or does any EE shops have any stock of routers that I could collect ,my girls having a sleepover on Saturday to watch movies on @NetflixUK and on @sky streaming

    @EE My DM is getting stuck in an automated loop. I am abroad in Australia with an account bar on my SIM - outbound calls/SMS fail and I can't clear my voicemail. I have already tried speaking to your agents over the phone but none have been able to help

    @EE how do you justify £300 charges in one go to cancel wifi a bit earlier? You are money grabbing and have 0 ethics. I will never recommend you to anybody and will make sure everyone is aware how you operate as a business

    So, the only payment options with EE are giving free rein to take any amount from your bank with direct debit OR register your debit/credit card for @EE to drain your account at any time 🤔 Either option isn't putting #customers in control. #EE worst mobile provider @itvMLshow
