    @EE The problem lasted only for about 30 minutes. It affected all voice calls (via mobile and VOIP) and data services.

    Excellent service from @EE. We had an intermittent broadband problem. Their Web site says text HELP to them, so I did. A robatvtwxrws back a few minutes later to say it had done some tests, found that there was indeed a problem, and said a human would call shortly. 1/3

    Warning I have been told that @EE do not hold warrantys on phones they sell. My wife's 6 month old @oppo phone got wet in the rain it stopped working when she plugged in the charger. I was told I would have to take it up with oppo direct. 20+ years a customer with 4 contact's ๐Ÿ˜ก

    @EE Hello Michael, thank you for your reply. I have tried all the usual tips. Everything is green, looking as if there's a connection but there isn't. I just rang EE and was told by recorded voice that there is a problem in this area.

    @ee recently swapped to EE FROM BT for broadband - whole family complaining as speed terrible- whats worse is they dont answer the phone and i cant contact them - not impressed at all - anyone know a good provider?

    I've recently been getting a large number of calls from numbers that are very similar to my own. I am on @EE and from what I can see it is isolated to EE numbers. Has anyone on other networks had the same issue?

    @EE Thank you. The problem in the general area was fixed, except for mine. A helpful customer adviser helped me out and together we fixed it ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜

    @EE I feel my loyalty has counted for nothing in this process and don't understand being upgraded to a phone which isn't brand new on the market can be more money per month, unfortunately I am in a situation where I may have to go to another network,

    @EE your staff telling my mother that you can use mobile data up whilst on WiFi? What utter crap! Saying 1GB can be used on 1 YouTube video?! Wow.. utterly poor customer service!

    @GillRaeWalker @LeilaniDowding @EE My elderly parents were forced onto fibre by BT. Now they can't guarantee being able to phone for assistance during a power cut. Had to get new mobiles because 3G was turned off yet I work in parts of the country with no signal at all.

    @LeilaniDowding @EE Oh and the mast had gone down too so the mobile phone wouldnโ€™t work either! I had to drive over to check on my parents.

    @EE Hello I tried it in the Mifi I bought which is tied to a particular network it donโ€™t work I put it in my iPhone it works that will do because I donโ€™t have any broadband fibre optic ATM and am using my iPhone to connect to the internet as my Sky sim lost connectivity.

    @EE EE mobile service has been down the last 2 days! In postcode area SA62 6RJ WEST WALES! I have reported and signed up for alerts and states known issue! When will it be fixed?? Itโ€™s unacceptable
