A robatvtwxrws back a few minutes later to say it had done some tests, found that there was indeed a problem, and said a human would call shortly. 1/3

My wife's 6 month old @oppo phone got wet in the rain it stopped working when she plugged in the charger. The person on the live chat has now left a 16 year old girl without data, which she relies on whilst travelling to school for her safety and the checking of bus times. Does the safety of 16 year old girls not matter?

Why couldn't you just migrate user accounts to the newer profiles instead of causing issues? Technology is great if you use it properly.
