@ee “my new eSIM has been dispatched” - I guess I am not getting it in the post today as your support person thought I would. Another day without a phone #EEeSimShame

  • DollyDeluxe Angel Eyes #FBPE 🇪🇺🇬🇧🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧ (@DollyDeluxe) reported from Patchway, England

@EE @c_howarth This is outrageous, why are you doing this EE, have been an EE/Orange customer since 2001. I will defo change operator when my contract ends. Shame on you EE/BT

  • CaptSauve Dan White (@CaptSauve) reported from Bristol, England

@EE @WeAre8Official I only switched my family to @EE for the first time last year. My contract is up in January 2022. If you persist in this idiotic idea you've lost three contracts from me. Funny how no other network needs to screw it's customers in this way to, "invest in the network".

  • danieldurrans Four Seasons Durrans (@danieldurrans) reported from Bristol, England

@EE I wish to formally complain that you are not making it easy to move an eSIM to a new phone. Apple have a process for this but you have not implemented it. It is maddening and a bad user experience that you have to send me a new QR code in the post. In the post ffs.

  • DanielFry23 Daniel Fry (@DanielFry23) reported from Filton, England

Awful service from @EE in Bristol, (Mangotsfield). My mum has been without service since last Friday albeit an hour here and there. Lots of people are in the same boat. EE £40 refund for these people is a joke! Can’t supply the service, all contracts null & void? @BristolLive

  • Braddersbristol Bradley Cahill (@Braddersbristol) reported from Bristol, England

@Liam_Saunders_ @EE Their all as bad as each other I’m sure! I pay for 80 get about 5! They do their test which is a copy and paste job and tell me I’m wrong! If I’m watching iPlayer and using my phone at the same time the tv stops dead!! Brilliant service from @sky

  • Dreamy_Trance Dreamy (@Dreamy_Trance) reported from Bristol, England

@EE Going to leave this so-called network on the day of end of contract....It doesn't work, numerous faults, extraordinarily expensive and a rip-off.

  • JezzaScreen Jezza Screen (@JezzaScreen) reported from Bristol, England

@EE Dw complaint has been made. We get our pac codes in an hr and are off.

  • imlost187 Mick Dundee (@imlost187) reported from Malmesbury, England

@EE Yes. Just FYI this will now be the 10th time ive been 'advised' to reset my network settings. This issue has been going on for well over a year. Every staff member here avoids EE for this reason. Its clearly a coverage issue rather than a device specific one.

  • Borisbex Bex Russell (@Borisbex) reported from Bristol, England

@EE thanks for sorting my issue... Fab customer service the way it should be. #CustomerExperience

  • samdownie Sam Downie (@samdownie) reported from Bristol, England

@Aaron_787 @EE @O2 See I’ve never had an issue with O2 myself and my upgrade actually came quicker than what they said it would when I did it last November. Could it be down to the delivery courier or something and poor communication from O2?

@Femi_Sorry @Rhammified @EE Good logic Femi. Ban everyone with a different opinion to you. Farage a scumbag but wouldn’t want to ban him. Many people could make an argument you need to be banned for your BLM lies! People dead, billions of $s in property damage in BLM riots/lies.You are thick at times mate!

  • kieranbs94 Kieran Smith (@kieranbs94) reported

@Femi_Sorry @EE Hi @VodafoneUK same applies to you, I’ve been with you for years and tbh it’s going ok. But if you support this I will be gone and taking my way too regular iPhone upgrades elsewhere.

  • kittytonk Kathryn A 💙 #European #FBPE (@kittytonk) reported

@StopFundingHate @EE I’ve been a happy customer for more than 20 years (through your various name changes). I will switch if you support hate and misinformation in the news. #DontFundGBNews Please don’t be an enabler of a further decline in UK news standards.
