@EE Yes. Just FYI this will now be the 10th time ive been 'advised' to reset my network settings. This issue has been going on for well over a year. Every staff member here avoids EE for this reason. Its clearly a coverage issue rather than a device specific one.

@EE has anyone from #EE ever travelled from Bristol to Manchester by train and experienced quite the worst connectivity I have ever seen in the UK - not even 3G for the majority of the journey! Looking forward to @Blu_Wireless providing #5G powered trackside Wifi in future.

Awful service from @EE in Bristol, (Mangotsfield). My mum has been without service since last Friday albeit an hour here and there. Lots of people are in the same boat. EE £40 refund for these people is a joke! Can’t supply the service, all contracts null & void? @BristolLive

@EE I wish to formally complain that you are not making it easy to move an eSIM to a new phone. Apple have a process for this but you have not implemented it. It is maddening and a bad user experience that you have to send me a new QR code in the post. In the post ffs.

Surprised @EE isn't more eager for me to trade up from rolling PAYG to a 24-month contract. I would take a deal like the ones they offered recently, to get e.g. visual voicemail and Apple Watch support. Seems odd not to be courting their new PAYG customer during my first month.

@EE Just had a very unacceptable situation: one of your agents sold me a product that actually I wasn’t eligible for and I stayed over the phone trying to get it fixed (2 HOURS CALL) and at the end I had to cancel my plan because it wasn’t possible to change it over the phone.

Hey, @google @EE . My Pixel 6 is rubbish as a phone. It drops connection, the microphone cuts out on calls. Any sign of this magic update that may fix these Agile 'features'?
