@EE absolutley terrible signal today and I know why. You need to make more money year on year, so bills go up but there's no reinvestment so the service gets worse as prices continue to go up. Close to the mark?

@EE I have been trying to call about an upgrade on my s23 Ultra one terabyte. Now I haven't got time to be running around after you if you want the business then get in touch my times more expensive than yours if not back to three network

Believing what the call centre operatives told me I switched from @skytv to @EE !!! What an absolute pile of ****... when the contract is up its getting cancelled along with 3 phone lines...

@patmcfaddenmp Pat, you really also need to start dealing with corporations that have no idea about LPA’s for the elderley. Companies like @EE and @bt_uk are *awful*. The LPAs are electronic, but still need to see paper copies in branch. Utterly, repeatedly incompetent.

@EE Yes we are aware of that! This is the issue we have it’s my iPad number but my iPad doesn’t recieve those kind of texts. It’s the same issue over and over again. The DPD app I did have but of course iPad number linked but was signed into my mobile number for Tescos. Stupid.
