Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

Also @VodafoneUK not one of your representatives can tell me what happens the day my contract ends? This is ridiculous. Nearly 25 years a customer. I wonder would @EE @ThreeUK or others be the same?

@EE 4G has been down for a week in my area. Still is, though your website insists all is fine. It is clearly not. No internet at home. Hours spent on hold & you can't tell me what the problem is or when it will be fixed. Making it very difficult to not move suppliers right now...

@Six2Split @EE Terrible, it's the same elsewhere, long wait times on calls everywhere, i thought mine was a long time, 1h 42 m, 2 hours.... Someone has some explaining to do.
