Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

@EE from the 7th May I’ve had nothing but signal problem and no compensation at all over it sometimes ask why I pay my monthly bill when you don’t keep your side of the contract

@EE They’ve said I can leave! Such outstanding customer service. I’m now left with holes drilled into my house for the EE broadband, and the hassle of finding new broadband and new telephone contracts for our 3 iPhones. Like you I thought something would be done for loyal customers

@EE V.disappointed at your Fosse Park branch. Walked in at 16:50 today, three members of staff milling about, explained my issue to them and they said that the computers had be logged off and shop was closed. Not sure why door still open and staff around if shop was shut.

@EE you might give 5G in more places - but no signal at all in way too many. Yet again I could only stay connected because I also have a contract with @VodafoneUK And EE to EE calls constantly have interference. I’m not impressed!

@EE Hi DJ, thanks for the reply, I have since agreed that due the incident with LikeWize, I can break my contract without penalty under the circumstances and leave EE.
