    @autoalex @EE Bin EE go with virgin much better deals and much cheaper and the signal is just as good

    Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

    Also @VodafoneUK not one of your representatives can tell me what happens the day my contract ends? This is ridiculous. Nearly 25 years a customer. I wonder would @EE @ThreeUK or others be the same?

    @EE wow! Been with you for years and just told that after having an Apple Watch that’s faulty within a week I’m only entitled to a replacement?!! The first problem I’ve ever had and this is how you treat customers?!!!

    today and tommorrow, no stream, something serious had happened which is top prioity for me other I be charged with some hefty fees. I can't disclose what it's about for legal reasons but it's about @EE, currently contacting their support team about it or trying to.

    @EE @ITV @decappeal If you want to waste your time and money, I strongly recommend to go ahead with this company. I moved two weeks ago and I'm still waiting for them to supply my new home and all the responses that I get is that it will be fixed in 48h and then nothing. Terrible customers support.

    @EE Hi Georgia - yes I did. It said it would be down until the 8th. And guess what..it came back late last night. Although EE comms were useless all day

    @EE Guys we’re in the US, both our iPhones wont work. I can’t access MyEE and no-one available on live chat. I can’t call for help either ! Can someone get back to me as I’m on a Max plan and get call or use data. URGENT please
