    Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

    @EE Hi Helen, I spoke to someone from customer services, who has tried to add the pack. They told me to turn my phone off and on again, and that the pack would be automatically added. It wasn’t but my credit was taken. The next two times I called customer services they hung up on me.

    @EE Hi, I tried to ring, but my data issue hasn't been resolved. My data has gone down very rapidly this month, I'm a heavy YouTube user, by my own checking handset days usage+the EE app, it seems my Video Data Pass is no longer giving me free YouTube data. Has the policy changed?
