    Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

    Lol my internet from @EE gets so slow I can't even run a speedtest in my browser. I used to be able to online game with it but it's just got worse and worse each month and is now at a point we don't bother using it and just tether to our phones most of the time.

    @EE Twice I have been told you would contact me to confirm my request for PAYG, once that time was after two hour consultation with EE store, the lady was trying to help me, she was on phone to EE all that time, she said I would get a confirmation phone call next day from EE. No call

    @EE Once again, excellent customer service skills by @EE no reply to DM. They certainly dont care about taking peoples money for services not provided - unfairly charged for apple music on 2 accounts . . . shall I add screenshots to expose @EE ?

    @EE @JOOPERS2014 @EE Same. No signal at home. Increased prices. End of contract. Leaving. I can’t see any benefit to customers of taking out a 24 month contract now it has a variant price clause.. ..especially one that at the time of taking out the contract is unpublished/unknown and volatile
