Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

Also @VodafoneUK not one of your representatives can tell me what happens the day my contract ends? This is ridiculous. Nearly 25 years a customer. I wonder would @EE @ThreeUK or others be the same?

services which were connected with previous provider with no issues. And @EE state they have best and most reliable broadband, not in my house. Oh and won't leave me leave without penalties despite giving me an inferior service, it's like being held hostage and they want a ransom

@EE @scottyf82 If loyal customers have to beg you to give them a better deal than they can get as a new customer elsewhere, you're doing it wrong. Surely it's cheaper to keep customers than find new ones.

@EE you can assume sales are more important than customer service, one problem solving attempt was offer me extenders/boosters at £10 a month rather than a considering they hadn't sold me what I wanted to begin with and comparable to my last provider who I now wish I hadn't left

The **** show that is @bt_uk refuse to acknowledge a fault at my parents house. They've been with no internet for week. Because of ditgal voice they have been without a landline. The number one growing network for complaints @EE

@EE so after 10 years of pying nearly £24.000 in contract/line payments, as soon as I can't make a payment I'm getting cancelled and dept collecter letters. Nice customer service.

@EE Been there, done that and didn't achieve a lot. Now have 2 x bulky socket devices and a cable to sort an issue of WiFi to a TV box 7ft away from the router. Not good. Many hours of calls and chats, have an engineer here in a week, will they resolve it or will my house be at fault

@EE @charles_uk Genuinely what is the point in having X, Facebook etc when your go to is call us? Your customer service is poor at best. Trying to call EE is non existent as it try’s to palm you off with texts and go to website. It’s a shite show since you have been bought by BT.
