Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

@EE Still going down almost every hour now… the advisor told me earlier in the week that up to 20,000 people had the problem… I don’t want another call telling me to give it another 24 hours… I’ve done that for a week already.

@EE what happened to my 10% discount that I normally always get awarded on new upgrades or lines on my contract ??. Always had it why not now on my new upgrade contract? Have you stopped awarding this to your loyal customers? Any help or advice would be great as I’m not impressed
