    Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

    Also @VodafoneUK not one of your representatives can tell me what happens the day my contract ends? This is ridiculous. Nearly 25 years a customer. I wonder would @EE @ThreeUK or others be the same?

    @autoalex @EE Bin EE go with virgin much better deals and much cheaper and the signal is just as good

    @EE It would help if it was actually available to exercise? Just tried online and nothing.. complete waste of time. Time to move to o2 I think..

    @EE Hi the callback system is not working,no texts are being received,it’s pretty poor tbh that you have to call and call and hope to get through it never used to be this bad

    @EE I have been on the phone for 40 minutes and hung up. Want to take my service with me when I move. Apparently I can have a brand new service with no issue but to take my current service requires another day off of work and engineer. Why so hard to just move house. Rude service

    Trying to speak to @EE to cancel an old contract I don't need, 45 minutes on hold and counting. Called their sales line (different phone) and was speaking to a human in less than 45 seconds.

    @EE You might brag about being the best network for 12 years running but I can't even get through to a customer service rep after more than 20 minutes editing with no idea of what the waiting time is expected to be.

    @EE please can someone phone me who can help rather than spend large amounts of the call saying nothing or replying ‘2 secs’ all the time. Long time customer who is now going to cancel

    Day 7 in BT25. The unthinkable happened today. Mil couldn’t reach me because of absent @ee service connection. Drove up the road in person to find a lady who needed medical attention.

    I’ve upgraded the broadband an extra £6 a month. All the new equipment arrived on Saturday and the EE guy was supposed to come today and install it. Man alive, why do they tell you they’ll come then just don’t bother and let you down. I could have put money on that hppening. @EE
