Also @VodafoneUK not one of your representatives can tell me what happens the day my contract ends? This is ridiculous. Nearly 25 years a customer. I wonder would @EE @ThreeUK or others be the same?

Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

Oh God, someone mentioned that @EE advert in which they land a plane and I just went off on a prolonged rant about general aviation airfields that use AFIS (like the one in the ad), that technically only provide an advisory service and cannot legally provide landing clearances.

@EE best communication, best customer services, best this best that you say but your payment part of the app has never really worked. Time to put some resources into that, instead of customers having to go to the website or have a dreaded direct debit

@EE I will tell you now yesterday I received Attrocious Customer Service from some stupid idiot just like the last time I asked about why I had no Bill I expect it was the same person, I have emailed Customer Services and A letter will be sent by Post to your Head Office asap

@EE I have found your Head Office Postal Address, I will be filing my complaint and The Attrocious Customer Service I received Saturday from a member of your staff about why my bill did not come by email like the last 2 years it will be sent 1st Class Post

Service for signal in KY6 are for @EE very limited if at all …. Coming up for 24hrs, second ‘outage’ in the 4 months since joining. Even if you mentioned why it’s down we would understand more than some problems ‘take a little longer than usual to fix’ 😡

@EE Rubbish network in Surrey area. 2 bars of signal dropping to 1, 4G dropping to 3G when this doesn’t normally happen. Been told there is nothing going on and signal is fine. Not my phone. Sick of this now!! Also, when will 5G be coming to KT22 area? This is frustrating
