Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

@EE hi - if a customer chooses Fibre Broadband with you, does the cost include line rental, or is that a separate charge (presumably to BT?). I can't find it on the terms of your broadband. Thanks

@EE got an email about me having to give you a call to give you some more info and refer to my order number on the call , apparently to get me started with EE even though I’m a long term customer, unsure if it’s a real one. Was only supposed to be receiving updates by text too

@EE EE been top class, @ThreeUK are thieves taking money every month when its been cancelled they have no customer service and by far the worst networks. @virginmedia is a lot slower than EE yet is way better than Three. Would recommend EE.

@MartinSLewis is it right that you are no longer allowed to access your online account if you are no longer a customer? I've been chasing @EE for months now to see my bills & keep getting fobbed off...I left them due to their awful customer service....shows I was right to leave!

@EE Not much of a story. I ordered a SIM on 12 Dec for my daughter’s Xmas present and when I phone EE to enquire, I get told it must have been lost. Great! Don’t worry, Sir, we’ll send you a new one within 7 days. I somehow think your Customer Services Rep missed the point....

@MrHMFL @EE We had three Virginal Outages last week. I have to see they've been super efficient at the refunds for when it's down.
