Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

Also @VodafoneUK not one of your representatives can tell me what happens the day my contract ends? This is ridiculous. Nearly 25 years a customer. I wonder would @EE @ThreeUK or others be the same?

@EE I got a message saying you're going to be doing work and it may interfere with my mobile. I've enabled WiFi calling however I'm still concerned. I'm classed as vulnerable and my landline also isn't working. If your network fully goes down I can't contact emergency services.

@EE **** company & **** customer service. I’ve been complaining since 2020 about internet not working, 3 engineers have attended... still doesn’t work & they still want me to pay to cancel the contract, what a joke!! #THIEVES #SHITCOMPANY

@EE No problem hopefully this will help other people that wants to enable it in the future 👍 But to answer the question so far liking the phone 👌 my upgrade was due June but as I was entitled to a early upgrade & the oppo gift was introduced thought might as well get it now lol

@EE Hi - the signal light is blue for a second then turns red. All other lights are blue. Yet on my iPhone and my laptop it is saying that the wi-fi is connected (albeit weak connection). When I try to connect to the internet or any apps it says ‘no connection’
