@EE why have you closed my account? It was supposed to transfer to PAYG a month ago but instead all calls are now blocked and the app is blank so no online help. I am not in the U.K. so can’t call. Incompetent.

@FirstNorwich It is not the same stop as I mentioned yesterday, but the problem is same. This has not yet resolved, just for your information. I am using a stable connection from @EE and @virginmedia , it failed to load page with both these connections - even now. No updates pending for app

Do @EE 5G Home Broadband devices have 4G/3G backup? Similarly, do your 4G devices have 3G backup? My home has always had variable coverage despite the surrounding area having a strong indoor and outdoor mobile signal. #5G

@EE What I meant was, I've rang 150 and spoke to 6 or 7 reps each time, all say they'll ring back, then they don't ring back. So then I have to ring again and go through it all again. Garbage customer service
