Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

@EE shut my network off for both my personal and business phone during a bill dispute in the middle of a pandemic - the case is with the ombudsman in which EE offered a letter of apology but still won’t turn my network back on. Heavily recommend @02 as an alternative

@EE No I will not DM you! I want the public to see you inept ability to serve customers!!... now into its 4th week, and 6 hours of call later, my complaint is still unresolved. You take some ownership and proactively resolve, instead of me! @financialombuds

@LesleyField5 @EE @Apple Hahaha just leave mate. I was with them when they were Orange for years until I realised that they’re not the best, they’re the most expensive. I moved to O2, I was offered a better deal and I can actually get signal in my house now without connecting to Wi-fi 👍🏻

@EE My current Fibre Broadband package runs out in September. I've been a mobile customer since 2000 and broadband whenever it replaced the old dial up service that Orange offered!! I agree whenever I have had to deal with Customer Service your response has been exceptional.
