    Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

    It's raining again, que the shite Internet connection. Come on @EE, sort this out. Trying to have a video call with my mum who has Parkinsons and dementia so to add to the usual issues (caused by my lovely mum) again I have to contend with dial-up speeds. #frustration

    Has anyone else experienced misselling / misleading sales techniques when upgrading/renewing contract on @EE ? I’m absolutely fuming. Have logged complaint as the person I spoke with from ‘retention team’ lied, failed to inform of extra costs then just didn’t even log properly 😤

    @EE @EEHelpdesk are the worst!!!over 10 years of custom anf the past 12 months have been horrific... no broadband or phone signal on and off over the months ! Now its worst than ever tonight !

    @EE I was able to access via ee website, there was upgrade if the MyEE app today but did not fix the issue
