Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

Half in the morning (target mara pace +10- 20%). Then back to @EE. Hopefully get it fixed or cancel my contract. I'm a lorry driver, I can't exist without Google maps and such.

@EE Dreadful customer service today from your telephone advisors. Problem with a contract taken out at an official ee shop but simply told to go back there. Been a customer since the one to one days- so much for loyalty ......
