    Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

    Also @VodafoneUK not one of your representatives can tell me what happens the day my contract ends? This is ridiculous. Nearly 25 years a customer. I wonder would @EE @ThreeUK or others be the same?

    Day 18 no home broadband. Multiple houses in street. Providers blame Openreach and vice versa. Need scaffolding to fix the problem. Scaffolders turn up today, but no engineers so they leave again. Impossible to do my job. Teenagers in meltdown. @WeAreOpenreach @VodafoneUK @EE

    @EE I requested a new physical sim on weekend as changing from iPhone to samsung, the sim hasn't yet arrived but my iPhone (esim) has got no service so cannot use the phone, is this normal?

    @EE Its called mobile for a reason. Ie, it’s supposed to work when you’re moving! The issue, is your coverage; you don’t have enough of it. What customers want, is some of the big EE profits reinvested in decent infrastructure, so customers don’t have to have EDGE data rates in 2025!

    @EE I paid for my friend bill thought your website. But nothing seems to be updated. We are abroad and we can’t speak to support.

    @EE I’ve tried that, still getting the same error! I’ve been in store today and they’ve replaced the sim and done a data network reset but the advisor said she’d heard some say the other day that gifting was down
