Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

@Devinemufc @EE It’s horrible mate. I’ve no problem with EE, I’ve been with them for years and I’ve no problem with inflationary increases. I’m fortunate enough to be able to afford them. I have a problem with them inflicting a 7.5% increase on people though. Horrible.

@WAFLL_92 @EE PLC’s are a broken model imo. We have to find a better way. Not saying they should be state owned, that’s got it own downsides, but having most of the planets major companies only concerned about profit, it’s just not health.

@EE I can't even reach you on the phone as it just does not recognise a number that is not mine and that you have cancelled - so as you can imagine this is causing me issues!

@EE I have been on the land line 50mins with Patrick who is helpful, but we cant sort out the problem that I have already highlighted to you that my 'temporary' number is still showing up when I text people - which means they are not answering the text as they don't recognise me!

@EE More over Patrick thinks that this maybe a sim issue. Which I have already brought to your attention a month ago, now to send me a sim card you are going to charge me £1.50 for an issue that is not my fault it is your fault! I am obviously not happy!

@DarrenSteinmann @EE Disgusting, does a company not have a surge price cap to prevent charges like this or a trigger point to inform the customer of such elevated usage. Get a grip EE
