    Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

    Contract up and decided against getting a new Iphone which does all the same stuff as the models before it. Now saving £31.98! a month. With the help of this fine gentleman @misamarrai @EE

    So according to @EE when your signal is poor in the area due to broken masts you need to use EE WiFi calling to make phone calls when inside your own home! What a disgusting response when enquiring about the lack of signal and service in this area!

    Also @VodafoneUK not one of your representatives can tell me what happens the day my contract ends? This is ridiculous. Nearly 25 years a customer. I wonder would @EE @ThreeUK or others be the same?

    @virginmedia Yeah but as mentioned the person I spoke to was useless and very rude! So doesn’t suprise me at all. Ok, but doesn’t change that we won’t have internet for over a week by that point. Luckily my phone is with @EE so they have boosted my data so I can do all that.

    @EE Hi, no internet on 4G home router, red light above globe symbol, usually fine. Status checker says no problem. Have tried restart & reset, didn't work. Anything else you can suggest? Have tried online help form but 48hrs to be told what may be wrong isn't helpful tbh. Thanks.

    @ben_cameron @glastonbury @EE You’ve got reception right now. Anyway, you have an iPhone. Save the entire lineup page to your phone as a PDF by taking a “full page” screenshot. No signal required, still easily searchable. More complex than it needs to be? Yes. Still completely doable? Also yes.

    Just tried to upgrade my phone with @EE and I'm so disappointed that after 10+ years of being a loyal customer the best upgrade they can offer is £20 more expensive than other companies. Its a shame, but with the cost of living I'm going to have to switch to Vodafone or IDMobile.

    @EE No need now, I spoke to an advisor on the phone last night. There's a general fault in the area that's not shown on your site. Possibly no home internet all weekend. It would be helpful if your website accurately reflected the info correctly tho, when numerous people flag issues.
