Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

So according to @EE when your signal is poor in the area due to broken masts you need to use EE WiFi calling to make phone calls when inside your own home! What a disgusting response when enquiring about the lack of signal and service in this area!

Also @VodafoneUK not one of your representatives can tell me what happens the day my contract ends? This is ridiculous. Nearly 25 years a customer. I wonder would @EE @ThreeUK or others be the same?

Contract up and decided against getting a new Iphone which does all the same stuff as the models before it. Now saving £31.98! a month. With the help of this fine gentleman @misamarrai @EE

@TalkTalk Your only suggestion is to use my mobile data when there is no service where I live, right ok. @EE have provided me with emergency WiFi vouchers yet my actual provider have no alternative to give me? I’ll be changing my provider ASAP. Formal complaint incoming.

@EE have started to open, log and close complaints as soon as one hangs up. New practice demonstrates complaints are being logged and addressed in lightning speed. Reality; issues unresolved, no proper investigation, escalation process or resolution to the problems. @Ofcom

Missing your product? Given wrong advice when sold something at a @EE store. This is a common occurrence recently and ee seem to not want to solve any of the issues. It goes as far as people like @Nomme1992 ordering something and not getting the device in the box on arrival.

@EE As I said @EE you need to be held to account, until you sort out you awful logistics handling and poor customer care. I feel that this unfortunately whilst this may get resolved for me, many more will suffer a similar fate and now the principle of this is far more important than simply 1 iPhone delivery. Whilst I demand to have the item delivered as it should, as it is a breach of contact not to, you should now consider the wider implications this has on EEs reputation across the UK and undeed the world.
