    Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

    So according to @EE when your signal is poor in the area due to broken masts you need to use EE WiFi calling to make phone calls when inside your own home! What a disgusting response when enquiring about the lack of signal and service in this area!

    Also @VodafoneUK not one of your representatives can tell me what happens the day my contract ends? This is ridiculous. Nearly 25 years a customer. I wonder would @EE @ThreeUK or others be the same?

    Contract up and decided against getting a new Iphone which does all the same stuff as the models before it. Now saving £31.98! a month. With the help of this fine gentleman @misamarrai @EE

    @EE Thanks for the reply, But not worth the time. I ended up getting a new SIM card on a EE store. Where they said they couldn't help me with the card I bought at Sainsbury's. Which was also disappointing.

    @EE I bought a SIM card in a Sainsbury's, inserted the chip, tried some 7 or 8 times to activate it on your site, using the phone of 2 friends to receive the SMS code, but it never worked. Went back to return the card, but got no refund cause I didn't keep the receipt. Terrible UX

    @EE Yes same , I am unable to call 150 or to contact EE . When you message the same response comes up. I will be reviewing my options at the end of this contract as I won’t tolerate poor service. Also saying my contract ends on 8th July when I renewed in 25th June . Poor

    @EE why is it impossible to speak to a manager? Are they frightened or simply don’t care. 2 elderly people in remote position shut down phone and Bband from Plusnet which worked but hasn’t connected to EE. Nobody appears concerned.

    @EE And if you read my post (Bot) it was a general gripe how bad the signal is here in the UK around the small towns. Yet in the bleakest of areas around Norway, you get a 5G signal.
