    Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

    Contract up and decided against getting a new Iphone which does all the same stuff as the models before it. Now saving £31.98! a month. With the help of this fine gentleman @misamarrai @EE

    @DeputyGrocott @EE I’ve been with EE or predecessors since mobiles were a thing. I tell them I’m going to leave! I got my a14 for same cost I was paying my a11 with 25 GB data by trading in and getting £12 discount a month along with long service discount.

    of dense text of the warranty. Even the operator talking to me couldn't find it for several minutes and she supposedly knew it was there. All my fault then, they tell me. So, the whole thing was a colossal waste of time and I feel an idiot for sticking with @EE for so long.
