Contract up and decided against getting a new Iphone which does all the same stuff as the models before it. Now saving £31.98! a month. With the help of this fine gentleman @misamarrai @EE

So according to @EE when your signal is poor in the area due to broken masts you need to use EE WiFi calling to make phone calls when inside your own home! What a disgusting response when enquiring about the lack of signal and service in this area!

Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

Also @VodafoneUK not one of your representatives can tell me what happens the day my contract ends? This is ridiculous. Nearly 25 years a customer. I wonder would @EE @ThreeUK or others be the same?

@EE I received a fraudulent text message and private number call but now I can't call you on either 150 or the 0800 number because of the network issue. Live chat bot won't connect me to the right person either

@Ofcom where do we stand with now the 2nd day of not being able to make calls with @EE social media has been awful and resulted in me visiting an EE store who have confirmed that despite EE stating last night on social media the issue was resolved it is still ongoing.
