Contract up and decided against getting a new Iphone which does all the same stuff as the models before it. Now saving £31.98! a month. With the help of this fine gentleman @misamarrai @EE

  • climbingsteph Steph (@climbingsteph) reported from Chepstow, Wales

@EE After having some serious broadband issues with you last year I'm not sure you'd want a review from me!

  • chickenruby Suzanne J S (@chickenruby) reported from Monmouth, Wales

Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

  • ChrisPhil1992 Chris Phillips (@ChrisPhil1992) reported from Whitebrook, Wales

@EE It would help if it was actually available to exercise? Just tried online and nothing.. complete waste of time. Time to move to o2 I think..

  • ChrisEddy_7 Eddy (@ChrisEddy_7) reported from Llanyrafon, Wales

So according to @EE when your signal is poor in the area due to broken masts you need to use EE WiFi calling to make phone calls when inside your own home! What a disgusting response when enquiring about the lack of signal and service in this area!

  • Saralimback Sara Venn (@Saralimback) reported from Chepstow, Wales

Also @VodafoneUK not one of your representatives can tell me what happens the day my contract ends? This is ridiculous. Nearly 25 years a customer. I wonder would @EE @ThreeUK or others be the same?

  • ChrisPhil1992 Chris Phillips (@ChrisPhil1992) reported from Whitebrook, Wales

@Handrew94 @virginmedia @EE broadband is a joke as well. No end of service outages

  • stuart_davill stuart davill (@stuart_davill) reported from Ross-on-Wye, England

@EE has the website gone down as I’ve run out of data but cannot get on the site 🤯

  • TwiceNightly TwiceNightly (@TwiceNightly) reported

@EE I already called and they ‘merged’ my old account with the new one and it didn’t work. My number port was messed up last week and I had no notification that it completed today. Is there a cooling off period as I can’t spend all day sorting out your issues

  • Serretiant Serretiant (@Serretiant) reported

@RunawayLobsterr @EE Our Internet provider contract was ending start of this yr, and we looked to switch to EE we dealt with constant push backs of the Full Fibre being installed 4 Months this continued, we ended up getting a better deal with the current provider never again dealing with EE.

  • roomitchell Andrew Mitchell (@roomitchell) reported

@EE Don’t understand the reply. My point is that you *can’t* get @EE TV on your 1.6 Gbps service, which I am currently on. So I have to downgrade to a slower speed.

  • ChrisPatrols ChrisPatrol (@ChrisPatrols) reported

@RunawayLobsterr @EE That's a bit disappointing on their part, and embarrassing, really. I've never been with EE as I find they are too expensive for myself. I would've hoped their prices would've atleast reflected the help they'd give in their service 🙄🙄

  • holliedavis_ hol (@holliedavis_) reported

@EE been waiting for my returns package to be sent to me for about a month, you said last week I’d get an email and I’ve still had nothing. This is a joke, especially as a long term customer

  • SpencerLSchotel Spencer (@SpencerLSchotel) reported

@EE Yes there’s no issues it’s just globally always bad.

  • ian_girven Ian Girven (@ian_girven) reported

@EE It’s generally terrible, all my devices keep disconnecting. It keeps dropping out. I’m just going to cancel and go back to @virginmedia

  • JDY1PpoNaToR JD Yipponator (@JDY1PpoNaToR) reported

    @RunawayLobsterr @EE damn

  • judge_sweeny JudgeSweeny (@judge_sweeny) reported

@EE Time to think about changing my fibre/TV/mobile provider, but once again it WON'T be EE! Why? Well because you still cannot get the TV package with the 1.6 Gbps service. Oh well, somebody else it is for 1 Gbps for now then, maybe next time, eh?

  • kaileslie85 nk kai (@kaileslie85) reported

@EE Done this many times and we are going round in circles different person every time giving different instructions stressful explaining same thing over and over again just fix the issue
