    So according to @EE when your signal is poor in the area due to broken masts you need to use EE WiFi calling to make phone calls when inside your own home! What a disgusting response when enquiring about the lack of signal and service in this area!

    Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

    Contract up and decided against getting a new Iphone which does all the same stuff as the models before it. Now saving £31.98! a month. With the help of this fine gentleman @misamarrai @EE

    @EE Super impressed with you Full Fibre Max 900 product. However concerned that a firmware or system issue with router will not allow upload speeds greater that 50mg with line stating 120mg is possible.

    @EE my wifi dongle is from O2 because @EE didnt want to provide me with a portable wifi box or a dongle and when i moved three months ago @EE didnt want to give me a new wifi box - even though i was having issues with it prior to moving and now its given up the ghost!
