Also @VodafoneUK not one of your representatives can tell me what happens the day my contract ends? This is ridiculous. Nearly 25 years a customer. I wonder would @EE @ThreeUK or others be the same?

Contract up and decided against getting a new Iphone which does all the same stuff as the models before it. Now saving £31.98! a month. With the help of this fine gentleman @misamarrai @EE

So according to @EE when your signal is poor in the area due to broken masts you need to use EE WiFi calling to make phone calls when inside your own home! What a disgusting response when enquiring about the lack of signal and service in this area!

Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

@EE shocking service all day today in the BB80DJ region. How long till its sorted. Bouncing from emergency calls only to no signal in the middle of a town I'm normally on 4g with. Any ideas? Contract customer here and need my data! Cheers

@EE Hi Jason. I just tried that and the same thing happens. It's all ok on the main upgrade page but when I click the link for "See All Phones" it opens up the page that says"Sorry We Couldn't Find That Page". Up until my upgrade date I had no problems seeing that page.

@EE No. My mother struggles to hold a conversation due to illness, that she’s just learned to ‘grin and bear it’. I don’t blame @EE per se, as I personally should have recognised the issue, however, I do feel that something could be done to stop it from happening to others.
