  • stuart_davill stuart davill (@stuart_davill) reported from Ross-on-Wye, England

  • ChrisEddy_7 Eddy (@ChrisEddy_7) reported from Llanyrafon, Wales

So according to @EE when your signal is poor in the area due to broken masts you need to use EE WiFi calling to make phone calls when inside your own home! What a disgusting response when enquiring about the lack of signal and service in this area!

  • chickenruby Suzanne J S (@chickenruby) reported from Monmouth, Wales

Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

  • Saralimback Sara Venn (@Saralimback) reported from Chepstow, Wales

Also @VodafoneUK not one of your representatives can tell me what happens the day my contract ends? This is ridiculous. Nearly 25 years a customer. I wonder would @EE @ThreeUK or others be the same?

  • climbingsteph Steph (@climbingsteph) reported from Chepstow, Wales

@EE After having some serious broadband issues with you last year I'm not sure you'd want a review from me!

  • leeharris85 lee harris (@leeharris85) reported

@EE does this mean with the greater than inflation price increase that my phone contract will be paid off sooner?? What improved service will I be getting from the “uk’s best network” because currently I get next to no coverage at old Trafford where other networks do??

  • deisetrev Trevor Stone (@deisetrev) reported

@EE And yet the service is crap.... contract is up .... 20 year plus loyal customer LEAVING.

  • luke_jones1986 luke jones (@luke_jones1986) reported

@pauloefc1878 @EE I have 4 phones on there. I’m tempted to cancel my direct debit and send phones back and let them try to take me to court but as far as I’m concerned sending phones back is a fair deal. Also I fell the increase should only be on the line cost itself not the phone cost as well

  • luke_jones1986 luke jones (@luke_jones1986) reported

@pauloefc1878 @EE Just had a couple script inbox replies not answering my issues don’t understand how the government have aloud it to happen even the top bosses at EE have no common sense that they are going to loose millions of customers

  • seanfitz575 Sean Fitzgerald 💙 (@seanfitz575) reported

@EE 14.4% mobile price increase! Blatant profiteering! How do you justify that, help me understand

  • bcfc_gazza Gazza_BCFC🇬🇧 (@bcfc_gazza) reported

@SarahWhe78 @EE Worst network in the country absolutely shocking signal

  • tlouis0862 Tony Louis (@tlouis0862) reported

@EE Help with paying a monthly bill which has just increased by 14.4% would be nice, how can this be justified, is EE now running on gas! using the CPI as an excuse to make more profits out of your customers is a disgrace, I

  • kebab Joe (@kebab) reported

@EE Thanks for the reply Dom. Is that regulated or a voluntary scheme? How much do you expect to gather and spend on these services for services for vulnerable people? Should investment in the service not come from profit?

  • Miss_CK1980 Miss C (@Miss_CK1980) reported

@EE @WildThang187 I should get a reduction due to never having any phone coverage in my area.
