    Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

    So according to @EE when your signal is poor in the area due to broken masts you need to use EE WiFi calling to make phone calls when inside your own home! What a disgusting response when enquiring about the lack of signal and service in this area!

    @EE It would help if it was actually available to exercise? Just tried online and nothing.. complete waste of time. Time to move to o2 I think..

    Contract up and decided against getting a new Iphone which does all the same stuff as the models before it. Now saving £31.98! a month. With the help of this fine gentleman @misamarrai @EE

    Also @VodafoneUK not one of your representatives can tell me what happens the day my contract ends? This is ridiculous. Nearly 25 years a customer. I wonder would @EE @ThreeUK or others be the same?

    so my @EE phone won’t make or receive calls. Tried every solution listed on their website to no avail. Only option to get in touch is to call 150. And how can I do that when I can’t make calls????

    @EE Well the service my partner has just endured was shocking.Oliver was very rude and unprofessional we are just wanting to buy a new phone . We are now on hold waiting to speak to someone else. Customers for years and get treated like paupers.

    @EE Please can you help. I’ve just landed in Tenerife, I cannot get any service all I have is the aeroplane sign and SOS message. I can’t log on to the app because it wants me to verify my account by sending a text to my phone which I’m unable to receive text messages.

    @EE I never used All my data but I’m in hospital thanks for rinsing me when I’m at my lowest. Great job
