Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

Contract up and decided against getting a new Iphone which does all the same stuff as the models before it. Now saving £31.98! a month. With the help of this fine gentleman @misamarrai @EE

Well, thats going well No phone line and no broadband. @EE say they can see there's a fault but no idea on how long to fix. Arghhhhh Until then our connected home is unconnected. (No heating controls) Annoying but first world problem.

Never go to America with @EE . Have been trying to get help from EE for 5hrs straight, followed all their advice and have added abroad packages for roaming I’m paying for yet no signal/data/internet connection while traveling America alone, worst customer service & not reliable

@O2 I topped up £10 to a Sim Card yesterday, because @EE can't provide me a service and I have no internet at home...realised that I was using more mobile data so I paid to move onto the £15 bundle, and now I wake up today to say I have no bundle+ no balance
