Suzanne J S (@chickenruby) reported from Monmouth, WalesDear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up
-
Eddy (@ChrisEddy_7) reported from Llanyrafon, WalesSo according to @EE when your signal is poor in the area due to broken masts you need to use EE WiFi calling to make phone calls when inside your own home! What a disgusting response when enquiring about the lack of signal and service in this area!
-
Steph (@climbingsteph) reported from Chepstow, Wales@EE After having some serious broadband issues with you last year I'm not sure you'd want a review from me!

Peter H Todd (@Peter_H_Todd) reported@EE @NOW we've recently purchased another Firestick (for mostly watching F1). Our EE box is very close to the TV due the living room layout, but why is the firestick a little buffering. Sometimes it feels like it's being filmed in 1.25 speed & then 0.75 speed, any help/know why?
-
Audrey Gordon (@f1gpgirl) reportedGetting by fed up with @EE as the television and internet is constantly dropping in and out. Has been an issue since installing but getting ridiculous now.

Been absolutely horrible with moving homes that they moved me to BT & now I can’t even go back to EE where all my other mobile phones etc… are. Ongoing since July 6th & no hope!! Brag bout being best co 25 times!!
-
DR (@ulookingatmefu) reported@EE so wife has been on your live chat for 3 hours now. Yep 3 hours as you have not provided our free EU roaming as promised when she bought a new phone and renewed her contract in March. Is this how you treat over 25 year customers? @Ofcom a complaint will follow unless sorted
-
Ben (@WorbleGames) reported@lizardbutts @MarkyTalk @EE As I said to Mark, buying the phone outright upfront is often significantly cheaper long term. Obviously the upfront cost is quite large but generally i've found you save about £100-£200 over 24 months doing it that way. I'm with EE for internet as well so that brings it down
-
The Chumpasaurus (@TheGrumpasaurus) reported@EE WHERE'S MY BROADBAND? It's been months now and I'm still using your awful 4G hub . You've got until the end of August then I'm leaving. I'll also cancel my phone contract out of shear spite.
-
Bodz84 (@AFCBUDDY85) reported@EE dont worry, i'll just blast your Customer service team on the phone and then look cancel my broadband with you.
