@EE Fantastic long lasting customer service as always from @EE bill going up nearly 10% roaming charges reintroduced mid contract certainly will be leaving the company on my next upgrade not sure why ive stayed so long tbh.

@EE service is terrible in Tonypandy. Has been on and off for last 6 months. What's going on. I'm on the verge of choosing a different provider when my contract is up.

I have never known wifi be as BAD as @EE. If your thinking of them STAY CLEAR. AVERAGE DROP OUT OS OBER 16 times per day.

@BTP I tried to contact you via your 61016 short txt number yesterday. The message would not send and I have been in contact with my provider, @EE. They have stated there is a known issue which means messages will not be sent from some customers. Thought you should know.

@loubiecoo @EE I’ve been with @EE for over 20 years they have managed to delete my number. (Computer error). Was told 5 days to sort this issue out now 2 weeks. Best mobile phone company for 8 years in a row. What an absolute joke

@EE Having some issues with trying to claim (on behalf of my son as I do the topping up!) my free boost it says I can claim but the options seem to be disabled. We've had the account years on PAYG, is there a hidden limit on the number of boosts?

@loubiecoo @EE I’m in exactly the same situation, 15 years with the company and told if I want the same offer as a new customer then I have to end my current contract and start as a new customer with a different number. Shocking company.

@EE having done a recent upgrade and 2 failed attempts and 2hrs to resolve my issues via customer service centre this is hugely disappointing. I get promised resolution and nothing happens, communication very poor, will be looking to take my business elsewhere
