So according to @EE when your signal is poor in the area due to broken masts you need to use EE WiFi calling to make phone calls when inside your own home! What a disgusting response when enquiring about the lack of signal and service in this area!

Contract up and decided against getting a new Iphone which does all the same stuff as the models before it. Now saving £31.98! a month. With the help of this fine gentleman @misamarrai @EE

Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

So if you buy an @ee PAYG sim for parents for emergency use and the try to use it after 179 days it will be cut off. They will have been sent texts to let them know but phone will be off,and they do not know about texts. Which mobile providers do not do this?

@EE The threat was losing the number, not some sort of temporary thing the phone is for emergency usage and so MUST remain active I was not told this could happen by the sales man whom was informed WHY I was getting it.

@EE Hi Megan. Whilst I appreciate the response someone has done the same before and always suggested there are no issues what-so-ever. It appears the damage has already been done. I've raised this 3 / 4 times previously to EE and its not been resolved. Instead I've been fobbed off.

In the house move I’ve dealt with a lot of big companies who were unhelpful & obstructive, however today @EE exceeded my expectations. The lady I spoke to was incredibly kind, helpful & wanted to get the matter sorted, which she did. Totally brilliant customer service. Thank you

@EE Busiest parts = city’s the rest of us will have to wait years. Ps I have a 5G phone and never once seen a 5G signal.
