    @EE It would help if it was actually available to exercise? Just tried online and nothing.. complete waste of time. Time to move to o2 I think..

    So according to @EE when your signal is poor in the area due to broken masts you need to use EE WiFi calling to make phone calls when inside your own home! What a disgusting response when enquiring about the lack of signal and service in this area!

    Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

    Contract up and decided against getting a new Iphone which does all the same stuff as the models before it. Now saving £31.98! a month. With the help of this fine gentleman @misamarrai @EE

    Also @VodafoneUK not one of your representatives can tell me what happens the day my contract ends? This is ridiculous. Nearly 25 years a customer. I wonder would @EE @ThreeUK or others be the same?

    @EE so your executive complaints team have been “ dealing “ with my issues for some time now- but not heard a thing since the last promise ( in a very long line) of a final resolution- about a week ago . You cant supply service in my house so I want to leave? What is SO HARD???

    @EE No worries. I attempted to call but instead of putting me through to someone it provided a text message service which is frustrating because I can’t explain the issue to a bot. Asked for a call back so hopefully it’ll get resolved 🤞🏾

    @EE bugger all signal again 🥺🥺. 4gee really isn’t up to it so many times in recent weeks/months we’re on 3mbps max download PLEASE sort it properly
