Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

So according to @EE when your signal is poor in the area due to broken masts you need to use EE WiFi calling to make phone calls when inside your own home! What a disgusting response when enquiring about the lack of signal and service in this area!

@EE hell of a day for your network to be playing up, have a grandmother in hospital - only able to make one call. Needing to check my son is OK at school as he is suffering horribly with allergies - unable to make any call, can't even contact my wife to see how he is. 1/2

@EE what on earth is going on with your signal lately? Since BT bought ee out the service has been going down the drain. I've got 2G when normally it's 4G, whilst I sit in the same place at home.

@EE 5G/4G not working in the SK14 area, either. Any news on when this will be sorted?

@EE an update should happen as part of course. If its simply technical error, fine. But no chance I'm paying for a service I cannot use, who would?
