So according to @EE when your signal is poor in the area due to broken masts you need to use EE WiFi calling to make phone calls when inside your own home! What a disgusting response when enquiring about the lack of signal and service in this area!

Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

Also @VodafoneUK not one of your representatives can tell me what happens the day my contract ends? This is ridiculous. Nearly 25 years a customer. I wonder would @EE @ThreeUK or others be the same?

Contract up and decided against getting a new Iphone which does all the same stuff as the models before it. Now saving £31.98! a month. With the help of this fine gentleman @misamarrai @EE

So @EE it's 4 weeks since I placed my order for a iPhone 13 ProMax 1TB Sierra Blue & 3+ weeks since delivery date. I've been told: Technical problem with my order 23/9 It's on track 28/9 It's coming soon 5/10 It's on track 12/10 Yet still the order is awaiting confirmation!!

@LynnieA3 @EE Did you get it fixed? I had to use the live chat thing in the MyEE app & got connected with a customer service person that way. That was the only way I could actually speak to someone I must admit, she was really helpful in the end.
