-
Eddy (@ChrisEddy_7) reported from Llanyrafon, WalesSo according to @EE when your signal is poor in the area due to broken masts you need to use EE WiFi calling to make phone calls when inside your own home! What a disgusting response when enquiring about the lack of signal and service in this area!
-
Atif Raza (@atifter) reported from Llanyrafon, WalesContract up and decided against getting a new Iphone which does all the same stuff as the models before it. Now saving £31.98! a month. With the help of this fine gentleman @misamarrai @EE

Andrew MacDowall (@andrewmacdowall) reportedEndless @EE incompetence. Never possible to download pdf bills from the website, despite promises it's about to be fixed. So I have to call every quarter for them to be emailed. Latest email doesn't even have them attached. Any better providers out there?
-
Jac Dee 🇺🇦 (@Jacsplace3) reportedFinally, a customer service employee from @bt_uk is taking ownership of my complaint. Apologies offered by her. I have requested a timeline of everything to identify human error in ceasing the account. Agreed a plan to reinstate broadband & get a refund from @EE @BBCWatchdog
-
HockeySemp (@HockeySemp) reported@EE Your Spend Cap tool has failed. My app shows £0 (attached), but you let a call run up £34 and only texted me after it ended. This is a clear breach of @Ofcom rules on preventing bill shock. I have a formal complaint (C10001911500) and need this credited. Please advise.
-
Seb (@SebParkinson) reported@EE I'm already on with a formal complaint about my abysmal service. Hoping you'll let me out of my contract so I can go with a provider that actually delivers what the customer is paying for.
-
Jason tulip (@Jasont72) reported@EE Don’t need to check online I used my phone to check, online it says I can get 5g, but it only ever shows 4g with poor speeds, is this enough reason to leave my contract ?
-
Le Coq (@LeCoq_79) reported@Ladydollx_ @EE I had a similar issue when they switched BT internet over to @EE. They insisted I’d get the same plan for the same price, but delivered a far lower plan and then tried to charge me for the upgrade. Eventually the call logs were “lost” and they matched the original offer.
-
Yorkshire Business, Media & Property (@YorkshireProps) reported@EE Simply the worst mobile app in the history of the world. Shame they won't see this post.
-
Micky Jones (@MickyJones_) reported@EE I got it done on the website eventually. The app is still down
-
Tony Crystal (@TonyCrystals) reported@Gwitter93 @EE I had a very similar problem, no one answers the phone either, when k eventually gave up and cancelled the DD they billed me for full 2 years of Sim only use. £600 for nothing. EE is shameless in its pursuit for profits. Avoid them at all costs.
-
Simon Patterson (@denkmit) reported@EE my mobile data has stopped working while roaming, your AI chat function is useless, and when I try calling customer support on either 150 or the other number I get a message telling me I've 'restricted these types of call.' What now?
