Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

  • atifter Atif Raza (@atifter) reported from Llanyrafon, Wales

Contract up and decided against getting a new Iphone which does all the same stuff as the models before it. Now saving £31.98! a month. With the help of this fine gentleman @misamarrai @EE

  • ChrisEddy_7 Eddy (@ChrisEddy_7) reported from Llanyrafon, Wales

So according to @EE when your signal is poor in the area due to broken masts you need to use EE WiFi calling to make phone calls when inside your own home! What a disgusting response when enquiring about the lack of signal and service in this area!

  • stuart_davill stuart davill (@stuart_davill) reported from Ross-on-Wye, England

@EE has the website gone down as I’ve run out of data but cannot get on the site 🤯

@EE No sense ordering a new phone when the EE coverage in Brightlingsea is awful due to you apparently needing to put in a new mast that is going to take years!

  • paulcuzcurry Paul Curry (@paulcuzcurry) reported

@EE That was days ago, a bit slow, tho the signal was still poor yesterday

  • jonathankeeffe1 Jonathan O’Keeffe (@jonathankeeffe1) reported

@EE I cannot wait for my contract to end with you guys, worse network I’ve ever been with! Left @VodafoneUK as I thought their service was was rubbish, yours is WORSE, maybe I should try @O2 next 😡

  • nac6562 Nick Coleman (@nac6562) reported

Dear @EE please stop your tv ad that suggests you landed an A320 over a phone signal. You didn’t. You just watched it land, that’s all.

  • mythicaldan666 Mythicaldan (@mythicaldan666) reported

Hi @EE I moved to you across from BT (I know same company) for my broadband service for cost purposes. I chose the same speeds (950Mb) but getting significantly less than I was on BT. On BT I was getting speeds of at least 6-700 now on #EE 150-260. It’s a significant drop.

  • chockley112 chris hockley (@chockley112) reported from Derry, Northern Ireland

@d0lb9 @stevelow7475 @EE You must live in the London area where signal is guaranteed Scotland and northern Ireland is terrible, and costumer service when problems happen is non existent, very difficult to speak to a actual human

  • luccykellaway lucy (@luccykellaway) reported

@EE what is up with your internet speed? it’s been like it for a while now used to be fast not it’s slow. Can you sort it out please, thanks

@EE why are your upgrade cost for the new iPhone considerably more than any other network check it out for yourselves nobody else is charging £330 upfront for a iPhone pro max 1T I’m very disappointed

  • Charlie_k1234 Charlie (@Charlie_k1234) reported

@mgthedj88 @EE With CPI + 3.9% yearly you’d be stupid to take up a contract when apple are 0%
