@EE @Samsung The #Samsung o/s offers a "dual app" feature which they broke with the last update. They hid the folder from o/s which means you can't send GIFs or images on the dual-WhatsApp, because the app can't see the folder to store the image file. Two updates since, no fix in sight.

@EE @Samsung My @Samsung phone intermittently shows "no network connection" across the screen. Despite connections being fine and it takes minutes to disappear. I've reported this, 6+ months ago - two updates since - no fix.

@EE @Samsung When I copy new images/video to my #Samsung phone by, for example, a network connection. The media finder doesn't automatically run. So new media doesn't show. I have to use a 3rd party app to run parse the new manually. On their forums - no fix for this after 2 updates since.
