  So according to @EE when your signal is poor in the area due to broken masts you need to use EE WiFi calling to make phone calls when inside your own home! What a disgusting response when enquiring about the lack of signal and service in this area!

  Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

  Contract up and decided against getting a new Iphone which does all the same stuff as the models before it. Now saving £31.98! a month. With the help of this fine gentleman @misamarrai @EE

  @EE can you please recommend a shop that has competent staff please? Been to Stevenage and Watford and I've never experienced such inept service..trying to take a phone in for repair is impossible..it really shouldn't be this difficult!!

  @houseofbuck @EE Similar we installed and got 6-10mps when an agent told us we'd be able to stream and wfh on the package "sold" to us. The phone calls with and agent and senior manager were awful. She listened to the original call 1hr 15mins within 20 minutes end to wnd and declined complaint

  @EE Apparently police in our area looking at guy impersonating a member of your team. I have camera image which willing to dm. A a business customer I find this extremely worrying and cold calling damaging for your brand! This is happening in Whitstable, Kent

  @EE made a complaint about not being able to access my account over 2 weeks ago. Promised IR would sort and also promised to escalate the matter. Heard nothing and still can’t access account. This has been going on since you swapped us from BT Looking for a new supplier 😡

  @EE They said they cannot help as I don't have access to the settings on the phone. Because it is a new bloody phone and I can't set up with out the working SIM!

  I’ve only been a @EE broadband customer for a few more and we’ve had a few issues with our income through our fault of our own. I can’t even begin to put into words how unbelievably helpful and accommodating and they have been. Absolute top-notch customer service 👌

  @EE IT SEEMS THAT YOU AREN'T WILLING TO HELP EITHER... I CANNOT TEXT BECAUSE THERE IS NO MONEY IN MY TOP UP SERVICE... YET YOU HAVE TAKEN MONEY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT TO THE SUM OF £19.60... AND STILL NO MONEY IN MY MOBILE... I'VE SPENT ALMOST ALL DAY WITH TESCO MOBILE WHO WILL NOT ?!
