@EE Unfortunately no it's been down for 9 days now and customer services have no time line as to when it will be fixed. Its a pain I have 6 lines and none of them work outside the house.

And again, the same with @EE Absolutely nothing to help if you're still in contract. All you suppliers tell us to contact you early if households forsee money issues and yet - there's nothing. Great job 👍

So @EE my husbands phone has no signal he can’t even phone YOU - all cos of a mistake you’re people made on a sim only contract. Should he just go to a decent network - like @ThreeUK

@EE Hi, it is still very intermittent. Even though I have a 5g phone we don't have 5g yet at home so it jumps back to 4g which is what the issue is, I've no signal with 4g at all I'm getting ! next to the signal icon. It's happening to other peoples too?
