So according to @EE when your signal is poor in the area due to broken masts you need to use EE WiFi calling to make phone calls when inside your own home! What a disgusting response when enquiring about the lack of signal and service in this area!

Also @VodafoneUK not one of your representatives can tell me what happens the day my contract ends? This is ridiculous. Nearly 25 years a customer. I wonder would @EE @ThreeUK or others be the same?

Contract up and decided against getting a new Iphone which does all the same stuff as the models before it. Now saving £31.98! a month. With the help of this fine gentleman @misamarrai @EE

Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

Hi @virginmedia I’m in the EU with roaming enabled but no data, texts or calls. People I'm with have @EE and @O2 with automatic connection on arrival. My son also has Virgin and he had an issue last month too - why do only Virgin customers have this problem and what can I do?

@EE Unfortunately that is the wrong interpretation of my silence - I have been speaking to customer services on the phone and in store but somehow have ended up with a ludicrously expensive contract i didn’t sign up to and a phone that doesn’t make calls, texts or connect to data.

@EE @btsport The fact my EE mobile data and BT broadband stop working at the exact same time surely isn't a coincidence... please communicate with your PAYING customers and let us know what's going on?.... I should not have to ask, this seems to be an everyone problem, not just myself...

@EE Have 4 b’band accounts with you. I’ve used EE cos your Customer Service has been excellent. Sadly, no longer. Had an issue with you for 2 weeks & whilst trying to get WiFi working I’ve been promised 4 return calls. NONE HAVE HAPPENED. Please get it sorted #EE

@EE sent my trade in phone back last Monday keep getting texts and now a threatening email saying £275 would be added to my next bill. Not happy. I posted it last Monday and it was supposed to be 48 hour tracking. What an awful email to wake up to

@virginmedia Obviously I can't text because I don't have any service 🙃 I'll have to manage with wifi then but will be sure to switch me and my son to @EE or @O2 soon, as we continually have frustrating problems with Virgin mobile and broadband that are bizarrely difficult to resolve. Thanks
