    Also @VodafoneUK not one of your representatives can tell me what happens the day my contract ends? This is ridiculous. Nearly 25 years a customer. I wonder would @EE @ThreeUK or others be the same?

    So according to @EE when your signal is poor in the area due to broken masts you need to use EE WiFi calling to make phone calls when inside your own home! What a disgusting response when enquiring about the lack of signal and service in this area!

    Contract up and decided against getting a new Iphone which does all the same stuff as the models before it. Now saving £31.98! a month. With the help of this fine gentleman @misamarrai @EE

    Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

    @EE Can you tell me after agreeing a tariff,paying a deposit towards a new phone then after going into store 3 times to collect it the systems were down every time when I eventually get sat down to get the phone you can suddenly up the tariff after an agreement was made 😡

    @EE I'm back home now but when ever we go to skegness the signal works in some places but not in others think this needs looking at

    @witchfind666 Do NOT change to BT. They are a disgrace. I was with them for a few months. Nothing worked properly. When I said I'm leaving they CHARGED me £125! On top of 3 months charges for nothing. Never ever again. Back with @EE now.

    @EE what Appalling service today, the team refused to talk to me as I wanted to talk about a Pay as you go, I was told there is nothing to talk about, as I was asking a question, not impressed with the Attitude from the team! READY TO Take my business elsewhere!!!!

    @EE Roll on Tuesday,leaving EE!! A network that can't provide a proper signal in CT8 until maybe next year!? Coupled with shockingly appalling customer service can't wait to leave for O2. Bye!! NEVER AGAIN!! 😡😡😡😡👋👋

    @EE Hi Georgia, the advisor I spoke to admitted that new customer deals can't always be given to existing customers, so I'm afraid your comment about valuing existing customers doesn't ring true. I would in effect be charged £224 over the contract as an 'existing customer penalty'.
