Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

So according to @EE when your signal is poor in the area due to broken masts you need to use EE WiFi calling to make phone calls when inside your own home! What a disgusting response when enquiring about the lack of signal and service in this area!

@RomeoPapa60 @EE What brings you to my neck of the woods? Signal in Norfolk is terrible! We even loose signal on airwaves in places

@EE Thanks but you are apparently stuck in some sort of legal difficulties with the site / tower that provides service to Crick. @EE are not really doing all you can to resolve the issue of service. Why not work with a Crick based landowner to install a new tower?

@EE Doesn’t appear to have worked sorry Even tried deleting the previous texts from certain contacts and instead of just deleting, they appear to be there in the background Very weird, as it’s never been an issue before

@EE that's the one thing I'm trying to avoid, the hard reboot. Tried both. From 95% of contacts its fine, from that other 5% its not working. If hard reboot is only solution, ill avoid it

@EE sent a text to say the outage in Chorley had been fixed, so far today I’ve had to reboot the WiFi network 6 times! Off the back of a long phone call to find a resolution on Friday! Paying £40 for at best intermittent service! Not acceptable

@EE Sorted now. Switched from Safari to Chrome and it worked fine. I’m on an iPad Pro running IPad OS 14.4 - latest version of Chrome. Might help other users.
