So according to @EE when your signal is poor in the area due to broken masts you need to use EE WiFi calling to make phone calls when inside your own home! What a disgusting response when enquiring about the lack of signal and service in this area!

Also @VodafoneUK not one of your representatives can tell me what happens the day my contract ends? This is ridiculous. Nearly 25 years a customer. I wonder would @EE @ThreeUK or others be the same?

Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

@EE I am so disgusted with your service. I bought an apple SE watch in your Beverley store in March this year. I asked for insurance on the watch and I find out today it was never done. The Beverley store blame me for the mistake. Now I have a watch which isn’t covered.

@EE Hi, I want to buy a non-phone product from your site but it won't let me log in as I'm an ex-customer and my account is closed, can't re-register either. Surely I don't need to have an EE contract just to be able to buy something from you?

@ryanfenwick @LoverOfTechBA @EE 1000% agree. It's a stupid stupid decision. The worse thing is that it makes it pretty crap for roaming as well. What a bloody nightmare tbh

@nirave @EE Nah there is no I get it when it comes to this one. This is serious downside to eSim. A normal nano would have been an easy remove and place in a new phone. This new world order stuff is low key bad.
