    So according to @EE when your signal is poor in the area due to broken masts you need to use EE WiFi calling to make phone calls when inside your own home! What a disgusting response when enquiring about the lack of signal and service in this area!

    Contract up and decided against getting a new Iphone which does all the same stuff as the models before it. Now saving £31.98! a month. With the help of this fine gentleman @misamarrai @EE

    Also @VodafoneUK not one of your representatives can tell me what happens the day my contract ends? This is ridiculous. Nearly 25 years a customer. I wonder would @EE @ThreeUK or others be the same?

    Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

    Excellent service by @EE today. My son lost his iPhone on Aug 19th and it was promptly blocked when reported. Today it was found and now back up and running after calling! Thank you!

    I have a complaint that's been unresolved for 14 days, so I've logged a new one that seemingly has been ignored, and I'm sick of calling you. What's the best way to resolve this please? Hours of my life enduring such poor service is becoming very tedious. @EE

    @louiemartin12 @EE I'm in South London sitting in the park using phone for past hour then all of a sudden about 10 minutes ago can't open a page or stream music on internet radio. **** has been wack since Wednesday for me. Using my Giffgaff phone to tweet this.

    @EE @mazzz_ Cracks me up you leave people without a response for days then say this a couple hours later. Maybe this is why my complaint has been left open for 2 weeks, and the 2nd has been ignored.

    Highly recommend NOT taking a phone either @EE. 27 minutes "in the queue" to get a 2 minute fix sorted to be hung up on then unable to join the queue because they're "too busy". Thanks very much for the waste of time and the ****** hold music.
