  So according to @EE when your signal is poor in the area due to broken masts you need to use EE WiFi calling to make phone calls when inside your own home! What a disgusting response when enquiring about the lack of signal and service in this area!

  @EE what on earth is going on with your signal lately? Since BT bought ee out the service has been going down the drain. I've got 2G when normally it's 4G, whilst I sit in the same place at home.

  @EE an update should happen as part of course. If its simply technical error, fine. But no chance I'm paying for a service I cannot use, who would?
