So according to @EE when your signal is poor in the area due to broken masts you need to use EE WiFi calling to make phone calls when inside your own home! What a disgusting response when enquiring about the lack of signal and service in this area!

Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

Contract up and decided against getting a new Iphone which does all the same stuff as the models before it. Now saving £31.98! a month. With the help of this fine gentleman @misamarrai @EE

@EE ive been a loyal customer for 6yrs now, upgrade coming soon and yet I still get thrown under the bus with what I can be offered. Yet I go on your website and instantly see something more appealing that supposedly didn't exist when talking to your centre, its disappointing.

@BBCClick @BBC remember the other year when Sonos was bricking their speakers well we're 2021 but yet another company @EE is adding to the #Ewaste mounting by disabling my perfectly working EETV box 😡 so can't keep using it after 31/03/2021 or donate it to a charity. #fail

@EE OK you are stopping EETV service but why does it mean you are going to disable my EE TV box. It's a working freeview box with hours of recordings on it that I've not watched yet but it's going to become a brick. Why are you contributing to the #Ewaste MOUNTAIN? 😡😡😡

@EE hi EE, I seem to have lost my 5G over last week? Had a strong 5G signal for a good couple of months at home, now I get nothing except weak a 4G one. What happened? Tried restarting my phone and still ziltch.

@EE we have had no wifi since 14:30 today. We spoke to customer service early afternoon who told us the wifi would be back within 4hours. We still do not have wifi. Could you please urgently assist as we need to notify our work places if we cannot work due to no wifi.
