Also @VodafoneUK not one of your representatives can tell me what happens the day my contract ends? This is ridiculous. Nearly 25 years a customer. I wonder would @EE @ThreeUK or others be the same?

So according to @EE when your signal is poor in the area due to broken masts you need to use EE WiFi calling to make phone calls when inside your own home! What a disgusting response when enquiring about the lack of signal and service in this area!

Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

Contract up and decided against getting a new Iphone which does all the same stuff as the models before it. Now saving £31.98! a month. With the help of this fine gentleman @misamarrai @EE

@EE had major trouble with signal for the last 24 months. I raised this and you said there were no issues and I should get good signal, must be a handset issue. Switched providers and now get data inside the house and full strength calls, so no handset issue. How to I complain?

@EE Leaving this dreadful network as soon as contract expires. Shockingly poor signal and now a horrendous increase in monthly charges, rip off EE, total rip off.

Wow @EE ! Good customer service you say? My father has called you twice to cancel his wife's contact after her sudden death. As it's in his name you are charging him £70 to cancel!? He has his own mobile with @bt_uk (your sister) so doesn't need another phone. An all time low!!!
