    Looking for help got iPhone 8. Get terrible back ground noise/interference when I use it been back to @EE they say it’s an Apple fault. Looking for anyone with same problem please. @Unteachabull #Apple #poorservice

    Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

    @EE so you think that putting my mobile phone bill up by 10% mid contract represents great customer service, I think not, my wages dont go up like this. I'm sure the CEO can go without that extra cocktail

    @EE I have had broadband with you but have just changed to BT.. I was told that it will automatically cancel my contract with you now the new service is up and running, but can you confirm that please.. I don't want to be charged twice.. Thanks..

    @EE Our 4G connection is down again, no Internet line so have to use 4G via router. Ongoing issue still to be resolved. Please can I have an update on this. 👍

    @EE poorly customers service. I renewed my contract. What a big mistake!! They say they have the best support and network. Not a week that the data get cut or no service. Seriously 😒
