  • Eddieshred1
Mark Manuel⭐⭐ (@Eddieshred1) reported from Lower Bullingham, England

@EE so you think that putting my mobile phone bill up by 10% mid contract represents great customer service, I think not, my wages dont go up like this. I'm sure the CEO can go without that extra cocktail

  • chickenruby
Suzanne J S (@chickenruby) reported from Monmouth, Wales

Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

    Hazard Hyena (@hazardhyena) reported

@TheBeardedNardo @EE And medical reasons should not be required by any company to accommodate for a business to prioritize their customer to me that just sounds like a scam or a way for you to sell clients information I would never work with a company like that nor would I recommend such a company

  • ianMM
    Ian (@ianMM) reported

@EE whats going on with the phone signal in the Haggerston area of east London? no 5G and it cuts out constantly

  • charles_uk
    Charles Field 🇺🇦 🇹🇼 🇮🇱 (@charles_uk) reported

Just had a power cut in #WestOxon. It's times like this you realise the importance of a usable mobile signal. It's a shame @EE and other providers don't recognise this and refuse to accept their signal here is not fit for purpose.

  • J0NMAY
    Jon May (@J0NMAY) reported

@EE why on earth has my internet gone so slow it cant load a single page? this is unacceptle when i pay you £180 a month.

  • DinaGlyphs

@Stsantek @virginmedia Newsflash, @EE is also ridiculous with shady contracts. I hope you never get to cross hairs with them.

  • sheree17smith
    Sheree (@sheree17smith) reported

@EE get your act together. Sent a complaint in over two weeks ago asking for this complaint to be resolved and to send me a PAC code. You came saying you were looking into it and that you would call back. I request you deal with this as a matter of urgency.

  • thejabzz
    Jabzz (@thejabzz) reported

So @EE failed at customer services today. They make the mistake, make things worse and dont want to fix it. It shouldn't be this difficult and stressful for a disabled person to just get broadband! Appalling!! 🤬

  • MelJD46
    Mel D (@MelJD46) reported

Dear @EE you are presuming again... I have no passport, so I wont require roaming and if I did my O2 sim would let me roam . The UK is amazing, when I have explored it all... well I never will . I dont mind relevant marketing ....
