    Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

    Hey @EE when I upgraded in September I handed over a PERK code and was told it wouldn’t show up on the September bill but will on the next bill. It looks like it’s never been applied. Can this be looked into and back date please.

    @ee gone from 10/10 to 1/10. 7000 hoops to get through to talk to customer service. Roaming abroad up from £10 a month to £15. No justification for such a huge increase. Will now just turn on for the exact time I am abroad. #EE #roaming

    @EE Today I received the letter that my family phone contracts are increasingly by £262.00 this year spoke with EE and all they could offer is a free phone MOT thanks EE for the support during this time. As each contract expires we will be cancelling. Getting in touch don’t bother
