@bt_uk @EE the broadband seems to be down in Wiltshire, we have tried everything your people and the website has suggested and we even have someone coming out on Wednesday next week to help fix it, Is it an issue on your end? Or is it something on our side.

@EE Apparently you cannot verify who I am so you cannot escalate my complaint, you keep insisting on trying to text me a pin. TO THE PHONE THAT WAS STOLEN YESTERDAY
