@EE can someone please help me, nobody answering the phone, nobody replying back to emails. I’ve have several contract with you that luckily come up for renewal next month, I’ve now been on hold for 4hrs, I don’t mind waiting but this is beyond a joke

@EE Jenny thank you - I called 150 but because the contract is so old I have no idea on password or what device the contract relates to. Unless I have this I can’t can’t cancel which is madness. Hence my annoyance as there were no options given to me except sorry can’t help you

Thanks @EE for taking off £5.54 in charges for a 10 second call to a premium rate number. I understand it was @Hermesparcels, shocking! Getting through for 10 seconds nearly cost me £5. You should hang your heads in shame Hermes! I didn’t even speak to anyone.

@EE what's going on with your newark store its colder inside than out!!! Its December get the heating sorted! Feel bad for the staff who were very polite and apologetic despite likely being unconfortably cold themselves!

@EE No problem, yes I do I was under the impression I was upgrading but the new sim has been added as an extra line on my account with a new number, I didn’t want this. Is there any way I can cancel? :)
