@EE Hi Bob at EE. Still fed up with the dropping out of the Internet every 20minutes. Please advise how I can either cancel my contract or you improve the service. Thank you.

@EE has the worst phone service I’ve ever encountered. Misrepresented my contract, failed to resolve my issues half a dozen times in half a dozen different ways with a dozen reassurances over the last 4 months. I’m sick of this. @EE fix up.

@EE I am looking to start a new contract next week, but want to keep my same number. My current phone is on EE but in my dads name. How do I go about keeping my number. I can’t find anything online about it unless I’m coming from another network. Thanks

@ee says their customers don’t have right to an #invoice where the #VAT is displayed. Unless the customer is a business. This is surely illegal is it not?

3 people now I've spoken to at @EE and no call back! The solution is not plug in my old router than was slow anyway. Then charge me for your most expensive package. Never had an issue before, we are in a bad broadband area. Solution, put us back on low tariff with discount

@EE Hi Michael. Yes, router changes to solid yellow with no connection. I go to the router management webpage and run the “No Connection” help wizard, and it comes back briefly before dying again, suggesting it’s not actually an issue with my line.
