Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

Also @VodafoneUK not one of your representatives can tell me what happens the day my contract ends? This is ridiculous. Nearly 25 years a customer. I wonder would @EE @ThreeUK or others be the same?

@EE Not too shabby today, 7 data calls, 4 disconnected. 8 mobile calls, 3 disconnected. Various issues with data connection during the day, but that's kinda standard.

@ispreview Just been told by @EE that not only are VPNs not supported (fair enough), they are BLOCKED by their mobile network. Just taken out a contract in the last 6 weeks with enough data to tether off in case of emergency, only to find the tethering is useless for me now.

@EE have you got problems in KT20, usually great 4G signal, last few weeks it’s been awful, hoping from 4G to 3G to E…..not working.

@PriyaMulji @O2 @EE I been with them 16 years, service is terrible, customer service is horrendous! Personally I check trustpilot and on here. Seriously ask in your area about network speed and reliability

@EE Good afternoon. I've got a Galaxy Active 2 watch, from EE, which got stuck in a rebooting loop 2 weeks ago while I was swimming. Nothing I tried (holding buttons down) would stop it looping. Eventually the battery went flat. When I got to a charger again, I put it on... 1/3

@e4wizzo @MarcAllera @EE Yeah that's what I'm thinking I just keep getting the same excuses of a mast problem. It's been going on for years. Just rip it out and replace it with the new 5g mast that is needed.

@EE I am using your network through another provider @Plusnet and my signal is awful. On the EE coverage checker it says 4g coverage is good for my postcode. I can rarely make calls with my mobile though. It’s an iPhone XR. What’s going on?
