Also @VodafoneUK not one of your representatives can tell me what happens the day my contract ends? This is ridiculous. Nearly 25 years a customer. I wonder would @EE @ThreeUK or others be the same?

Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

@EE/@bt_uk/@BTCare-We moved my elderly parents to Digital Voice. Now we cannot switch the voicemail feature off. Why can you not add the ability to switch this feature off, especially for the elderly? They cannot work Voicemail in the upper 80’s. Help create the ability to action

@EE Vampiric. Parasitic. Amoral. You hike charges for loyal customers but reward disloyal new customers with lower prices. Shame on you. How can you rip off innocent, elderly, loyal customers every day and still look in the mirror? Do something different, EE. This sucks. 🤨
