    @EE Yes. Just FYI this will now be the 10th time ive been 'advised' to reset my network settings. This issue has been going on for well over a year. Every staff member here avoids EE for this reason. Its clearly a coverage issue rather than a device specific one.

    @EE Yes, it was clearly explained when I raised the case and your operative was very helpful. However, a week later, no one has contacted me about getting the issue sorted. I have called the number above, but they were unable to help or even see that I had raised a case.

    @EE Yes we are aware of that! This is the issue we have it’s my iPad number but my iPad doesn’t recieve those kind of texts. It’s the same issue over and over again. The DPD app I did have but of course iPad number linked but was signed into my mobile number for Tescos. Stupid.

    @EE signal is awful, technical team no help in saying there is no resolution for this. Surely its breach of contract when your website states that 4G/5G signal should be at least ‘good’ in my postcode area

    @EE Hi, on hols in Corfu which is included in my roaming package however, it seems I’m picking up my signal from Albania which is not so you are asking me to pay!! How do I avoid this?
