@EE Hello Michael, thank you for your reply. I have tried all the usual tips. Everything is green, looking as if there's a connection but there isn't. I just rang EE and was told by recorded voice that there is a problem in this area.

@EE Yes. Just FYI this will now be the 10th time ive been 'advised' to reset my network settings. This issue has been going on for well over a year. Every staff member here avoids EE for this reason. Its clearly a coverage issue rather than a device specific one.

@EE SMS Security. This will help to identify unsafe links within text messages by notifying and identifying them for you. This should help prevent you from leaking risky personal information. This service adapts seamlessly with iOS and Android but isn't compatible with iMessages.

@EE Guess what? It's now 3rd January and the problem still isn't sorted. Every time I call I get a different person and a different answer. Its not good enough. I pay over £100/month with @EE and this is the way you treat a long standing customer. Very very poor service 😕

@EE I have been trying to negotiate a new deal. The way we are being treated as existing customers is quite frankly poor. The deals are not competitive, and to gain an extra, I have to lose an add-on this, especially having been a customer for 10 years. Can someone help?
