@EE @WeAre8Official I only switched my family to @EE for the first time last year. My contract is up in January 2022. If you persist in this idiotic idea you've lost three contracts from me. Funny how no other network needs to screw it's customers in this way to, "invest in the network".

@EE you can actually give a timeframe on network issues unlike @VodafoneUK who take 2 months to fix problems. That’s what I call quality. Glad to be working for you and @btcareers this year on my apprenticeship.

@EE Having some issues upgrading on the site, offering me a free early upgrade but when I go to upgrade it says there are no suitable plans available for this device (on every phone I look at) I spoke on live chat but they didn’t seem to be much help. Can you assist?
