    Terrible customer phone service from @EE today BUT I went into store and the customer service was great. All sorted now so I’m happy #RetailPriceIndex

    After being 20 years with @EE contract, there customer service (now I'm on pay as you go) has reached an all time low. Actively looking at other providers.

    @EE you can actually give a timeframe on network issues unlike @VodafoneUK who take 2 months to fix problems. That’s what I call quality. Glad to be working for you and @btcareers this year on my apprenticeship.

    Ok so due my upgrade now and @EE will finally lose my custom this year. I dont want to go anywhere near @CPWTweets carphone ********** either. Shocked at the difference between prices. **** this, i am bringing out my old ""indestructible" nokia, and being serious too!

    @EE Waited week & half for new phone: it comes WITHOUT A PLUG? which has to be PURCHASED SEPARATELY?!! I cant use the handset I have signed up for. Unbelievable. Also, what a waste of plastic - what am I supposed to do with the perfectly good old one? @Ofcom #Sustainability fail

    Brilliant service from Tom @EE Bath retail store. Went in for a sim swap, due to having to reset my iPhone. Done & dusted in 5 minutes - that is so good 😀😀😀

    @EE Would of thought seeing as I’ve been a customer of yours for 22yrs (orange beforehand), I would of been treated better since you want me to upgrade. NOT HAPPY !!

    @EE Disappointed? More like ripped off? Buy a new phone and SEPARATELY buy a new plug? So far,so #unsustainable I was told what a loyal, wonderful customer I was for staying with EE but failed to mention I needed a ruddy new plug!!! How? From where? What if I had limited mobility?

    Helen is trying to download 1.8Mb on @O2 4G, It’s painful and still going even while I type this slowly. Just as bad as @EE slow poor signal quality everywhere. It’s almost as if a new service is coming 🤔 3 minutes and counting

    Hi. Been waiting +2 weeks for #EE to sort out a major issue. 2 handsets but set up incorrectly with data allowance. Called my #business account person. Not interested. Not his problem. Went in store. Not their #problem . Thing is, I will take this all the way! @EE

    @DerekAllan61 @EE My wife and I buy brand new mobiles every 3 years (usually Xiaomi previous years model at knocked down price) and have our sim with Talkmobile. Has been £5 per month for years for 10 years, just every now and then they increase the data allowed. Never been a problem.

    @EE I have tried to call in good time of opening hours yet it says you’re closed. Having had several weeks of your tv channel’s freezing, not available or just not working as they should… I’ve had enough. Paying extortionate fees, please reply! #ofcom
