  • danieldurrans Four Seasons Durrans (@danieldurrans) reported from Bristol, England

@ee “my new eSIM has been dispatched” - I guess I am not getting it in the post today as your support person thought I would. Another day without a phone #EEeSimShame

  • danieldurrans Four Seasons Durrans (@danieldurrans) reported from Bristol, England

@EE I wish to formally complain that you are not making it easy to move an eSIM to a new phone. Apple have a process for this but you have not implemented it. It is maddening and a bad user experience that you have to send me a new QR code in the post. In the post ffs.

  • GavinTranter Gavin Tranter (@GavinTranter) reported from Bristol, England

@EE Yes sort out my problem today, because I am not happy about all this.

  • ukhack Andrew Hudson (@ukhack) reported from Bathford, England

@JirwinArt @O2 I know how you feel. In the centre of Bath, O2 is horrendous. I managed to get their attention and had someone call me to tell me that they were aware of the network congestion and were working on it. I’ll be going to @EE as soon as I can

  • Saralimback Sara Venn (@Saralimback) reported from Chepstow, Wales

Also @VodafoneUK not one of your representatives can tell me what happens the day my contract ends? This is ridiculous. Nearly 25 years a customer. I wonder would @EE @ThreeUK or others be the same?

  • CaptSauve Dan White (@CaptSauve) reported from Bristol, England

@EE @WeAre8Official I only switched my family to @EE for the first time last year. My contract is up in January 2022. If you persist in this idiotic idea you've lost three contracts from me. Funny how no other network needs to screw it's customers in this way to, "invest in the network".

  • Dannyk83 Daniel kalus (@Dannyk83) reported from Dursley, England

@autoalex @EE Bin EE go with virgin much better deals and much cheaper and the signal is just as good

  • RestoreBath Restore Bath (@RestoreBath) reported from Bathford, England

@EE Waited week & half for new phone: it comes WITHOUT A PLUG? which has to be PURCHASED SEPARATELY?!! I cant use the handset I have signed up for. Unbelievable. Also, what a waste of plastic - what am I supposed to do with the perfectly good old one? @Ofcom #Sustainability fail

  • Craigohbryn Craig Williams (@Craigohbryn) reported from Kingswood, England

When can a phone damage void warranty when damage does not result in failure? @EE_repair_dept @EE Not impressed!

  • RestoreBath Restore Bath (@RestoreBath) reported from Bathford, England

@EE Disappointed? More like ripped off? Buy a new phone and SEPARATELY buy a new plug? So far,so #unsustainable I was told what a loyal, wonderful customer I was for staying with EE but failed to mention I needed a ruddy new plug!!! How? From where? What if I had limited mobility?

  • AmySprongle69 Amy Johnston (@AmySprongle69) reported from Bristol, England

@EE I don't use your service. I owe about 2 grand to you from an old phone so I wouldn't register with your service again. Stay safe though.

  • doeeyedlettuce Rachael #BlackIivesmatter (@doeeyedlettuce) reported from Bristol, England

@EE any issues with broadband coverage in Bristol? Have woken up to find mine down

@EE After having some serious broadband issues with you last year I'm not sure you'd want a review from me!

  • Benjymayo Ben mayo (@Benjymayo) reported from Caldicot, Wales

@EE hi there, trying to get onto my EE, but no joy. Can’t get hold of anyone for help either?

  • rustyrossco Orange head (@rustyrossco) reported from Caldicot, Wales

@EE Think il wait until the handset is free,, you’re having my pants down enough as it is 👍🏼

  • AdzCrawford2003 Adam Crawford (@AdzCrawford2003) reported from Bathford, England

@EE you can actually give a timeframe on network issues unlike @VodafoneUK who take 2 months to fix problems. That’s what I call quality. Glad to be working for you and @btcareers this year on my apprenticeship.

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • B3CKiP Becka (@B3CKiP) reported

@EE it's completely impossibly to contact your customer services if you don't have a phoneline or mobile with EE, the app nor the phoneline allows you to continue without an EE number. I just use your broadband services and need to contact.

  • stevekirtley Steve Kirtley (@stevekirtley) reported

@EE I've spent most of the last month with broadband issues - either running significantly below minimum speed or waiting for multiple engineer visits. Yet I've been charged full price for the month. What happened to automatic compensation?

  • AD55DEMP Adam Dempsey (@AD55DEMP) reported

@EE major issues with my account - suspended without notice and forced to pay additional charges to reactivate. I’m now in the US without a working phone despite paying for the required add-ons. Pls respond to DM as need a means of using my phone for emergency contacts abroad.

  • brianmw58 Brian Withington (@brianmw58) reported

@LexiBellissima @EE EE guy couldn’t discuss with me but claims the legal cap of £45 on data roaming charges only applies to premium rate numbers - utter nonsense. He did admit that they are having systems problems with the Go Further Add On not registering though …

  • cassper11 Cass Chapple (@cassper11) reported

@nerineskinner @EE Did you get anywhere with this? Experiencing the same issue with roaming package in Aus

  • jguk John Galliver (@jguk) reported

@ryan_oliver95 @EE @EEHelpdesk Same here. If you can get on Wi-Fi call them on Skype for free +44 800 079 8586 - did this and they unsuspended account. It’s a “known issue”

.@EE yet again, more issues with my signal/dongle.

  • amiedevon amiedevon (@amiedevon) reported

Anyone got a @Google #Pixel6 & hate the processing on the selfies? 😭 the editing it does is horrible even if I try and view RAW files. Can't even get a group selfie cos the front cam l so zoomed in. Over my 14 day return time from @EE but hate it, wish I'd got a different phone!

  • hellohellomaryy equality 🏳️‍🌈 ♡ 🏳️‍⚧️ (@hellohellomaryy) reported

Hey @EE it's been 3 weeks since I rang and u still haven't processed my refund ?? u owe me £100 can I have it back or what I've called you three times ?? ******* awful honestly.

  • SpaceCadet_74 SpaceCadet_74 (@SpaceCadet_74) reported

@EE hi...how do I go about gifting data to my OH? She's the bill payer for the phones but neither of us have a gifting option in the app or the website. We also have our old phones showing too, not our current ones. Help!!!
