  @EE I have had the most shocking & disgraceful service from EE!! Stuck with @apple iPhone 11 Pro which cannot contect to network, no service while looking after my 100 year old grandmother. Exec office sent me to a shop to get a loan phone, which EE aren’t allowed to do.

  @EE No point really. It’ll be fixed when it’s fixed, and then it’ll be countdown to the next issue. I’m not going to regurgitate the same old comments, but after nearly 20 years of zero improvements to the signal in all my area, and excessive annual tariff increases, I’ve had enough.

  @EE how is it not possible to apply my NHS discount because it wasnt done at point of upgrade? Been told my option would be to return the phone and cancel upgrade before upgrading again which is more hassle than you just adding the discount which has been on the account before
