EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • LewisGuest16 Lewis Guest (@LewisGuest16) reported

@EE Thank you so much for increasing my bill by over £10 a month. Makes me feel like such a valued customer during a cost of living crisis. My bill will be £20 more than when I first took it out. I can guarentee you as soon as the contract is up in November I will be leaving.

  • c74nicky Agent 3-7™ (@c74nicky) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@EE you have a cheek to send me an email saying my bill is going up end of March. For this crap service I'm currently getting??? Luckily I've got PAC code so I'll be off asap. Can't wait. Awful firm to deal with.

  • MrCulling Andrew Paul Culling (@MrCulling) reported

Hey @EE trying to transfer my number over to you guys on payg but not working online! Help!

  • matthew_abbott_ matt 🧔 (@matthew_abbott_) reported

@Hansie19 @EE It's always bothered me that these sort of services always say "your price will rise inline with CPI". So it's engineered to always cost the consumer more over time. It'll never go down, even with negative inflation.

  • TitanX94 TitanX Gaming (@TitanX94) reported

Bruh @EE putting up prices again on ongoing contracts. I cant wait to cancel my contract with them. Sick of the extortion they carry out every single year its bad

  • matthew_abbott_ matt 🧔 (@matthew_abbott_) reported

@Hansie19 @EE You have to go read there link, and apparently 3.9% is to support growth of their network infrastructure. Pretty sure this is all factored into their monthly costs either way? Smells like their version of "standing charges" we get on our energy bills.

  • rachelsarah_x Rachel Coleman 🌻 (@rachelsarah_x) reported

A price increase of 14.4% = an extra £6.16 slapped onto my @EE bill each month. That’s one way to lose a customer, well done(!)

  • DanielMcGsp Dan H (@DanielMcGsp) reported

.@EE been advised coverage in my area 4g/5g is currently experiencing problems……very slow if not non existent. Cannot talk to engineers as phone not in my name……please assist

  • RPassion1999 Red Passion1999 (@RPassion1999) reported

@EE I will be in touch to cancel very soon 🤬👍 Appreciate your response Kyle and this is no way any criticism/attack on you as you are someone who is just doing their job so apologies to you for getting the brunt of this But as a company this is disgraceful 🤬🤢

  • The_OG_TEAser TEAser (@The_OG_TEAser) reported

@CaraLisette @EE I guess it depends on income level, but yeah its pretty bad.
