    Hi @EE Could you please tell me where I should send a complaint to. Sold a cheaper deal only to find that it no longer supports my data sharing sims. No help on the phone, told to go to the store, also no fix there. Family been with you for 15 years, service not what it was.

    Well @AnglianWater and @UKPowerNetworks getting the week off to a flying start, blocked sewer and no electricity wasn’t really how I was hoping #MondayMorning was going to start. Both problems reported online. (Thankfully @EE is still working).

    @EE I have had shocking customer service with ‘issues’ after ‘issues’ with your system, taking multiple (pending) payments, talking of reverting a plan because it’s not working your end when it is mine!

    @EE my 4G is still terrible even though you say it’s now resolved. With bt wifi crashed I can’t use phone as a hotspot as your signal is so poor. I’m out of contract and will now be off to another provider.

    @EE I have been speaking with your colleagues for days on end. The trouble and issues you have caused out of the simplicity of an early upgrade is atrocious. You have taken two payments from me, double the amount owed, and if you do not return it then you are stealing.

    @EE every avenue I try to contact you with to terminate my contract doesn’t work! I’ve tried calling 150 (got cut off), live chat doesn’t work. Just want to terminate my contract as of November 30th. It shouldn’t be this hard!

    @EE Can get connected but signal can be weak across much of the Yorjshire Dlaes & Lakes where we spend most of our time. A new transmitter near our cottage in Chapel Stile made a huge difference to signal availability. You just don't have good enough coverage...

    @CyclingEurope @RadioAndrewE Have this all the time in the Dales & Lakes and even on some stretches of the M6. My 5G iPhone never gets 5G, sometimes gets 4G, usually 3G but sometimes nothing :-/ @EE

    Another day @ee haven’t sorted the problem out locally. I can’t do anything. No data or service signal at all. I have a 6 year old and a parent with disabilities that sends me an alert when help is needed. Those that I’m not getting because of your problem ! Sort it out EE !!!!😡

    @EE my mobile data isn't working. Is there an issue? I keep getting a "sign in to network" message but that's just taking me to a buy data add on page. I have plenty of data, I don't want more. I just want to access apps and Internet.

    @EE Don’t see how you can help unless you build more masts! I remember being astonished on a trip to Jordan several years ago to be able to get 4G everywhere including the middle of the desert. I couldn’t get ANY signal in High Holborn last weekend. @EE
