    @EE every avenue I try to contact you with to terminate my contract doesn’t work! I’ve tried calling 150 (got cut off), live chat doesn’t work. Just want to terminate my contract as of November 30th. It shouldn’t be this hard!

    @EE so disappointed with this service . I have 3 mobile contracts with you which I've always been happy with....I them brought over my home broadband to you. I recently called as out internet speed is appalling. We had an engineer booked in to come out......contiued

    @EE my 4G is still terrible even though you say it’s now resolved. With bt wifi crashed I can’t use phone as a hotspot as your signal is so poor. I’m out of contract and will now be off to another provider.

    @EE I have been speaking with your colleagues for days on end. The trouble and issues you have caused out of the simplicity of an early upgrade is atrocious. You have taken two payments from me, double the amount owed, and if you do not return it then you are stealing.

    @TheEvEngineer @EE I’ll second that, VF are ****. Especially after my week where I had a few teams calls with them… But cmon EE, 2 days of outages, 0 comms, it sucks. They could do way better. Made worse by the fact I rescheduled everything on Thursday to Friday and then it failed again!

    @EE mast down again. Msg resolve in 14 hrs, then 7 hrs now we are taking a while- we will get back to you. As no fixed landline ee only way so Wi-Fi calling is like trying to stir tea with a choc spoon. What are you going to do about? Give comp so we can use another mobile!

    @EE Assume you’ll be compensating those affected. Who pay a small fortune for a basic service that you regularly fail to provide? As having decent & consistent phone signal seems beyond most phone companies.

    @EE Ive given up - ive phoned everyday of my holiday. Ive made a complaint. Ive been told to talk to store. Ive talked to store who said talk to EE. Nobody can pass my details to repairs. My hub was returned to store 12th July and there's been no update since. Best to leave EE
