Been trying to get through since 9.30am to resolve the issue of them sending the WRONG phone and wanting to give in my Pack Code and they are literally hanging up the phone on you after holding 30 mins. I called last week and was told to wait 72 hours. Called today and told to wait 7-10 days. Awful service.
