Our local store advised him to cancel his DD as his contract had ended. He has spoken to someone on the phone who was of no help. Please advise as this is ALOT of money 😡

Been trying to get through since 9.30am to resolve the issue of them sending the WRONG phone and wanting to give in my Pack Code and they are literally hanging up the phone on you after holding 30 mins. The store not able to sort it. I had to buy another phone. I need to know your complaints procedure. Store manager - appalling.

We’ve had to TWICE cancel fake accounts in our names which we NEVER signed up for & they’ve taken money from both our bank accounts every month even after cancellation! We will be seeking legal advice against them & unfortunately you too as they are part of your circle.
