A week after re-joining @EE, I already regret it. Been trying to get through since 9.30am to resolve the issue of them sending the WRONG phone and wanting to give in my Pack Code and they are literally hanging up the phone on you after holding 30 mins. Nothing changed in 4 years!

@melaniewithanie @EE They did send letters out but I am agreeing with you.Don’t get me wrong. I am in the same situation.They quoted me over £2k early cancellation fee if I were to go now.I knew it is CPI+ 3.9% but now one could have guessed an inflation of 5+%. Just shows that contracts are stupid.

@EE Yip tried that also.....inputted my mobile number when told to and said it didnt recognise it and basically told to hang up .....all this was automated also
