@hayleyjane7 @EE So, they gave you a faulty phone, you complained and got a new one, no mention of you returning the faulty one which you recycled and they’re now billing you for? You are entitled to a transcript of the call when you made your complaint, but not the recording of it

@hayleyjane7 @EE Calls are supposed to be kept for a certain amount of time. Not all calls are recorded though, that’s the only issue. But if that one wasn’t recorded it’s your word against theirs because they can’t do the transcript

@hayleyjane7 @EE I’m also quite sure if the complaint is in deadlock they cannot enforce payment by a fixed date, because the company aren’t managing it any longer but it has been escalated.

If you ever have the opportunity to go with @EE because of a desk you've seen. Absolutely don't bother. No service, poor customer services and no solutions that don't involved paying them more money. JOKE

@hayleyjane7 @EE If the complaint is in deadlock they cannot discuss it. This probably means the call isn’t on their records. If I were you I’d contact the ombudsmen and explain what happened. Speak to citizens advise too

@EE I just ordered and paid for a new phone and pay monthly contract with you, but now it’s asking me to call you and your opening hours are until 8pm.. My current phone contract says it runs out today as I had to request the PAC code.. Is there any way you can help?

@EE not even 2 months into my contract and appalling service continues - please explain to me why I'm being charged for my tariff twice to the tune of nearly £100, let alone why the discount I have on my tariff hasn't been deducted at all yet for any of my monthly payments...

@EE Thanks Holly but I frankly can’t be bothered. Last time I called, they tried to sell me an Apple Watch, gave me their email in case of any problems, then never replied to my emails. EE have blown it for me I’m afraid. Your service & support is a fraction of what it was.

@EE as must as I love speaking with you on the phone, I’d rather not have a my regular 4-5 month chat about restarting my phone due to poor internet service. So fix up! PS I would like compensation for the terrible service last 48 hours in my area.
